Description

プライミング機能を示すため、図1及び図2、特に、図3、図4及び図5も参照する。プライミング機能を果たすべく内側投薬本体13及び作動要素18は係合する。この係合は、案内曲線部と、該案内曲線部と係合する係合部材との間にて行われる。係合部材は、一方にて軸方向ストッパと、他方にて半径方向ストッパとの間にて案内曲線部内を画成された仕方にて動くことができる。一方にて案内曲線部、及び他方にて係合部材は、内側投薬本体13及び作動要素18の相互に対面する表面領域上に形成される。
図4の変更例において、接続部分24は、同一の軸方向高さにて単純に直線状に伸びている。
図6及び図9には、注射装置の後側部分が長手方向断面図にて示されており、各々、投薬量を選ぶことができる状態を示す図である。これに相応して、駆動装置10/18は、供給ストッパ5と当接し、投薬部材13、14は、その軸方向前端の位置をとる。駆動装置10/18の供給及び投薬ストッパ12と投薬部材13/14の投薬ストッパ15との間に、2投薬単位に相応する、僅かな距離が残る。従って、2投薬単位の投薬量を視認窓34にて読み取ることができる。更に、この投薬量に割り当てられた投薬量標識31も明確に見ることができる。駆動装置10/18はその供給及び投薬ストッパ12を介して供給ストッパ5と当接するから、インジケータ32を形成する駆動装置10/18の標識線は、軸方向距離だけ投薬量標識31に対し平行に伸びる。この距離は2投薬単位に相応する。この状況は図9に見ることができる。注射装置は、駆動装置10/18をピストンロッド8に対し投薬ストッパ15まで後退させることにより「装填」される。この装填動作が行われたならば、その後、駆動装置10/18及びこれにより従動したピストンロッド8を前進させることにより、2投薬単位を供給することができる。図10にはこの状態が示されており、駆動装置10/18はその供給及び投薬ストッパ12を介して投薬部材13/14の投薬ストッパ15と当接している。投薬量数字「2」に割り当てられた投薬標識31及びインジケータ32は互いに正確に重なり合う。

Claims (21)
- a)製品のリザーバ(2)を有するケーシング(1、3)と、
b)製品を供給するため、リザーバ(2)内に保持された製品に作用する被駆動装置(K、8)と、
c)投与すべき製品投与量を供給するため、被駆動装置(K、8)に作用し且つ、供給を開始する供給位置から供給ストッパ(5)まで軸方向の駆動方向に供給行程(Ah)だけケーシングに対し変位可能な駆動装置(10/18)とを備える、流体製品を投与する投与装置において、
d)製品が充填された空間から空気抜きするため、軸方向の駆動方向への駆動装置(10/18)のケーシングに対するプライミング行程(Ph)を規制するプライミングストッパ(23)を、駆動装置(10/18)に対し備え、プライミング行程(Ph)は最大供給行程(Ahmax)よりも軸方向に短く、
e)駆動装置(10/18)は、プライミングを開始するプライミング位置から、プライミングストッパ(23)まで軸方向の駆動方向に、且つ、供給位置まで周方向に、ケーシングに対し変位可能であることを特徴とする、投与装置。 - 請求項1に記載の投与装置において、供給位置を規定し且つ、プライミング位置から供給位置までの駆動装置(10/18)の周方向の変位を制限するストッパ(26)を備えることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1又は2の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、駆動装置(10/18)が、供給位置からプライミング位置まで周方向に変位することができることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項3に記載の投与装置において、供給位置を規定し且つ、プライミング位置への駆動装置(10/18)の周方向の変位を制限するストッパ(25)を備えることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から4の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、プライミング位置から供給位置までの駆動装置(10/18)の周方向の変位が、軸方向の回転軸線(L)の周りの回転動作であることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、案内曲線部(20)がプライミングストッパ(23)を有し、案内曲線部(20)と係合する係合部材(19)が駆動装置(10/18)により形成されることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項6に記載の投与装置において、製品投与量を設定するために、駆動装置(10/18)に対する投薬ストッパ(15)を形成する投薬部材(13/14)を有し、該投薬部材は、ねじ継手(6、16)によりケーシング(1、3)に可動に結合されて、軸方向の駆動方向に向けて又は駆動方向と反対方向に投薬ストッパ(15)のケーシングに対する軸方向の位置を調節し、投薬部材(13/14)が、案内曲線部(20)を形成する、ことを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項6又は7の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、案内曲線部(20)及び係合部材(19)が、軸方向に伸びる2つの部材の相互に対面する表面領域上に形成され、該2つの部材の一方が、駆動装置又は駆動装置(10/18)の1つの構成要素(18)であり、その他方(13/14)が、ケーシング(1、3)に結合されることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項6に記載の投与装置において、駆動装置及びケーシングが、案内曲線部及び係合部材(19)を介して係合して、プライミング行程を規定することを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項6から9の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、案内曲線部(20)が、第一の案内部分(21)と、第二の案内部分(22)とを備え、係合部材(19)が、駆動装置(10/18)が供給行程(Ah)でケーシングに対し変位するとき、第一の案内部分(21)と係合し、駆動装置(10/18)がプライミング行程(Ph)でケーシングに対し変位するとき、第二の案内部分(22)と係合することを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項10に記載の投与装置において、係合部材(19)が、案内部分(21、22)の一方とのみ係合することができ、また、案内曲線部(20)の接続部分(24)を介して案内部分(21、22)の1つから他方の案内部分まで変位することができることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から11の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、投与量を設定するための投薬部材(13/14)が投薬ストッパ(15)を形成し供給ストッパ(5)と投薬ストッパ(15)との間の軸方向距離を調節するようケーシング(1、3)に対し、軸方向に変位可能であり、前記軸方向距離が供給行程(Ah)の長さを規定する、ことを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項12に記載の投与装置において、駆動装置(10/18)が、駆動方向の反対方向に投薬ストッパ(15)までケーシングに対し軸方向に変位することができることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項12又は13の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、投薬部材(13/14)のケーシングに対する変位は、駆動装置の軸方向の駆動方向、又は駆動方向の反対方向への平行移動であることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項12から14の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、投薬部材(13/14)のケーシングに対する変位が、駆動装置の軸方向の駆動方向、又は駆動方向の反対方向への平行移動と、軸方向の回転軸線(L)の周りの回転動作との組み合わせであることを特徴とする、投与部材。
- 請求項12から15の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、投薬部材(13/14)が、互いに接続された2つの投薬本体を備え、該2つの投薬本体の一方が半径方向内側投薬本体(13)を形成し、その他方が半径方向外側投薬本体(14)を形成し、該2つの投薬本体の間に、ケーシング(1、3)が嵌入していることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項16に記載の投与装置において、投薬本体の一方(13)が、軸方向の回転軸線(L)の周りにてケーシング(1、3)と螺着係合し、その他方(14)が、回転軸線(L)の周りの回転動作に従動して軸方向変位可能であることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から17の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、駆動装置(10/18)が、互いに接続された駆動部材(10)と作動要素(18)とを備え、該駆動部材及び作動要素は、軸方向の駆動方向及び駆動方向の反対方向には互いに相対変位しないよう固定され且つ、軸方向の回転軸線(L)の周りにて互いに回転することができ、駆動装置(10/18)が軸方向の駆動方向に変位するとき、駆動部材(10)が被駆動装置(K、8)と係合して被駆動装置(K、8)を従動させ、作動要素(18)を介して駆動装置(10/18)が操作されることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項18に記載の投与装置において、作動要素(18)が、プライミングストッパ(23)に係合する係合部材(19)を有することを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から19の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、被駆動装置(K、8)が、リザーバ(2)の出口に向けてリザーバ(2)内で動いて製品を供給することのできるピストン(K)と、駆動装置(10/18)と係合するピストンロッド(8)とを備えることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項20に記載の投与装置において、ピストンロッド(8)が、軸方向に伸びる少なくとも1列の歯(9)を備え、駆動装置(10/18)が、少なくとも1列の歯(9)と係合する少なくとも1つの従動手段(11)を備え、駆動装置(10/18)が軸方向の駆動方向に被駆動装置(K、8)を従動させることを特徴とする、投与装置。
