【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は住宅に係り、特に可動間仕切りによって居住領域を仕切ることができる住宅に関するものである。
【０００２】
【背景の技術】
例えば、特開平９−４９３３９号公報に記載のように、二つの部屋が隣接配置された住宅において、互いに隣接する部屋どうしを仕切る間仕切り壁が着脱可能に配置されたものが知られている。
このような間仕切り壁では、壁を取り外すことで、互いに隣接する二つの部屋を連通して一つの大きな部屋とすることができ、また、壁を取付けることで、該大きな部屋を二つの部屋に仕切ることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記のような間仕切り壁を備えた住宅では、該間仕切り壁を取付け、取外しすることで、部屋を単に仕切ったり連通したりすることはできるが、住宅内の部屋のレイアウトを住人の使い易いように変更することは困難であった。
特に、近年では個人の住宅においてホームパーティ等を開催することもあって、住人においてはキッチンに隣接する部屋のレイアウトを変更することで、該部屋を使用状況に応じてパーティルームにしたり、寝室等の個人用の部屋にしたいという要望があった。
また、前記間仕切り壁を取り外した場合、該間仕切り壁が邪魔になるので、これを収納する場所を確保する必要があり、この収納場所の確保に苦慮する場合があった。

本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、住宅内に可動間仕切りを移動可能に設けることで、住宅内の部屋のレイアウトを住人の使い易いように変更することができ、また、可動間仕切りを容易に収納することができる住宅を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項１の住宅は、平面視略方形状をなす住宅内に、キッチンを含む第１居住領域とキッチンを含まない第２居住領域とを左右に隣接して配置するともに、これら第１居住領域と第２居住領域との境界部に内壁を設け、この内壁の中央部に第１居住領域と第２居住領域とを連通する開口部を形成し、前記第１居住領域および第２居住領域のうちの一方の居住領域に配置され、かつ該居住領域を二つの部屋に仕切る可動間仕切り家具を、前記開口部を通って前記第１居住領域と第２居住領域との間で移動可能に設け、
前記第１居住領域の左右幅を前記第２居住領域の左右の幅より大きく設定するとともに前記可動間仕切り家具の幅を前記第２居住領域の左右の幅とほぼ等しく設定し、
前記第１居住領域の、前記可動間仕切り家具と対向する壁部にスペーサを設け、このスペーサに前記可動間仕切り家具の一方の端部が当接した状態において、前記可動間仕切り家具の他方の端部が前記開口部に位置するようになっているものである。

前記キッチンを含む第１居住領域には、浴室、洗面室、トイレ等の水回り系の部屋を配置するのが望ましい。この場合、これら水回り系の部屋をキッチンの近傍に配置することで、住宅内における給排水の配管を集中することができ、配管の施工が簡単になる。

請求項１の住宅においては、可動間仕切り家具を前記第２居住領域に配置した場合、該第２居住領域が二つの部屋に仕切られるので、これら二つの部屋を寝室等の個人用の部屋として使用することができる。また、前記第１居住領域はキッチンを含んでいるので、このキッチン以外の場所を該キッチンと連通したリビングとして使用することができる。一方、前記可動間仕切り家具を、内壁に形成された開口部を通して第１居住領域に配置した場合、該第１居住領域はキッチンとその他の部屋とに仕切られるので該その他の部屋を個人用の部屋として使用することができる。また、前記第２居住領域は、可動間仕切り家具によって仕切られないので、一つの大きな部屋となり、この部屋をパーティルーム等として使用することができる。このように、請求項１の住宅では、前記可動間仕切り家具を第１居住領域と第２居住領域との間で移動することで、所望の居住領域を仕切ることができるので、住宅内の部屋のレイアウトを住人の使い易いように変更することが可能となる。
また、可動間仕切り家具は間仕切り壁より厚く、内部に空間を有するので、間仕切られた部屋どうしの防音効果がよくなるという利点がある。

請求項２の住宅は、請求項１において、前記可動間仕切り家具には、二つの収納部が設けられており、一方の収納部は前記可動間仕切り家具によって仕切られた一方の部屋側から物を出し入れできるようになっており、他方の収納部は他方の部屋側から物を出し入れできるようになっている。前記可動間仕切り家具は棚や引出しを有するもので、該可動間仕切り家具を移動可能にするには、例えば、可動間仕切り家具の底部にキャスターを取付ければよい。また、可動間仕切り家具は一つの大きな家具で構成してもよいし、複数の家具で構成してもよい。

請求項２の住宅においては、可動間仕切り家具には、仕切られた部屋のそれぞれから物を出し入れできる収納部が設けられているので、各部屋ごとの収納として使用することができる。

請求項３の住宅は、平面視略方形状をなす住宅内に、キッチンを含む第１居住領域とキッチンを含まない第２居住領域とが左右に隣接して配置されるとともに、これら第１居住領域と第２居住領域との境界部に内壁が設けられ、
この内壁の中央部には第１居住領域と第２居住領域とを連通する開口部が形成され、前記第１居住領域および第２居住領域のうちの一方の居住領域に配置され、かつこの一方の居住領域を二つの部屋に仕切る可動間仕切りが、前記開口部を通って前記第１居住領域と第２居住領域との間で移動可能に設けられており、
前記可動間仕切りが、平面視において所定の部分を支点として回動可能な可動間仕切り壁または可動間仕切家具であり、
前記所定の部分は平面視において前記開口部内に配置されていることを特徴とする。
前記所定の部分は、平面視において可動間仕切り壁の一端部であってもよいし、その他の部分であってもよい。また、可動間仕切り壁を、その一端部を支点として回動可能にする場合、該一端部を、平面視において前記開口部内に配置するのが望ましい。

請求項３の住宅においては、可動間仕切り壁または可動間仕切家具を回動させることで、所望の居住領域を仕切って、住宅内の部屋のレイアウトを住人の使い易いように変更することが可能となるとともに、該可動間仕切り壁または可動間仕切家具を前記開口部内に位置させることができ、これによって、第１居住領域と第２居住領域とを、それぞれの領域内に間仕切りが無い状態で、仕切ることが可能となる。
また、間仕切り家具を仕切られた部屋用の収納として有効に利用することができ、さらに、間仕切り家具は間仕切り壁より厚く、内部に空間を有するので、間仕切られた部屋どうしの防音効果がよくなるという利点がある。

請求項４の住宅は、請求項３に記載の住宅において、
前記可動間仕切りが可動間仕切り壁であり、
前記第１居住領域には、第２可動間仕切り壁が設けられており、
この第２可動間仕切り壁は、平面視において中央部または一端部を支点として回動自在に設けられており、この第２可動間仕切り壁の回動支点は、前記可動間仕切り壁の回動支点から前記第１居住領域と第２居住領域との境界部に設けられた前記内壁と平面視において直交する方向に離間して配置されていることを特徴とする。

請求項４の住宅においては、可動間仕切り壁を第１居住領域と第２居住領域との間で回動させるとともに、第２可動間仕切り壁を回動させることで、所望の居住領域を仕切ることができるので、住宅内の部屋のレイアウトを住人の使い易いように変更することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明の住宅の実施の形態例について説明する。
(第１実施形態例)
図１および図２は本発明の住宅の第１例を示す平面図である。図１に示すように、本例の住宅は平面視略方形状をなしており、第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２とが東西に隣接して配置されている。

前記第１居住領域１は、キッチン３を含んでおり、該キッチン３の東側には洗面室４、浴室５、トイレ６等が配設され、トイレ６の南側には、南入りの玄関７が配設されている。また、キッチン３の南側は、図１に示す状態ではリビング８とされている。
また、前記第１居住領域１と第２居住領域との境界部には、内壁１０が設けられており、該内壁１０の中央部には第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２とを連通する開口部１１が形成されている。

前記第２居住領域２には、該第２居住領域２を南北の二つの部屋１２,１３に仕切ることが可能な可動間仕切り家具(可動間仕切り)１４が配設されている。この可動間仕切り家具１４は、前記開口部１１を通って第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２との間で移動可能に設けられたもので、該可動間仕切り家具１４の幅は第２居住領域２の左右(東西)の幅とほぼ等しく設定され、可動間仕切り家具１４の高さは、第１居住領域１および第２居住領域２の天井の高さとほぼ等しいか、若干低く設定されている。
また、可動間仕切り家具１４の底部には、その四隅部にそれぞれキャスター(図示略)が取付けられており、該キャスターによって可動間仕切り家具１４は第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２との間を移動可能となっている。さらに、可動間仕切り家具１４には二つの収納部１４ａ,１４ｂが設けられており、収納部１４ａは部屋１２側から物を出し入れできるようになっており、収納部１４ｂは部屋１３側から物を出し入れできるようになっている。

なお、図１に示す状態において部屋１２,１３は寝室とされており、寝室１２とリビング８とを仕切る内壁１０には、寝室１２とリビング８とを行き来するための、引き違い戸(図示略)が設けられており、寝室１３とキッチン３とを仕切る内壁１０には、寝室１３とキッチン３とを行き来するためのドア(図示略)が設けられている。
また、前記第１居住領域１の、前記可動間仕切り家具１４と対向する壁部には、スペーサ１５が設けられており、このスペーサ１５に可動間仕切り家具１４が当接するようになっている。そして、図２に示すように、このスペーサ１５に可動間仕切り家具１４が当接した状態において、該可動間仕切り家具１４の左端部が前記開口部１０に位置するようになっている。

そして、上記のような可動間仕切り家具１４を備えた住宅では、図１に示すように、可動間仕切り家具１４を前記第２居住領域２に配置した場合、該第２居住領域２が二つの部屋１２,１３に仕切られるので、これら二つの部屋１２,１３を寝室等の個人用の部屋として使用することができる。また、前記第１居住領域１はキッチン３を含んでいるので、このキッチン３の南側を、キッチン３と連続したリビング８として使用することができる。
一方、図２に示すように、前記可動間仕切り家具１４を、内壁１０に形成された開口部１１を通して移動させて、前記スペーサ１５に当接して第１居住領域１に配置した場合、該第１居住領域１はキッチン３とその他の部屋１６とに仕切られるので該その他の部屋１６を個人用の部屋として使用することができる。また、前記第２居住領域２は、可動間仕切り家具１４によって仕切られないので、一つの大きな部屋１７となり、この部屋１７をパーティルーム等として使用することができる。
このように、本例の住宅では、前記可動間仕切り家具１４を第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２との間で移動することで、所望の居住領域を仕切ることができるので、住宅内の部屋のレイアウトを住人の使い易いように変更することができる。

また、前記可動間仕切り家具１４によって、前記第１居住領域１または第２居住領域２を仕切った場合に、該可動間仕切り家具１４を仕切られた部屋用の収納として有効に利用することができ、また、可動間仕切り家具１４には、仕切られた部屋のそれぞれから物を出し入れできる収納部１４ａ,１４ｂが設けられているので、各部屋ごとの収納として使用することができる。
さらに、可動間仕切り家具１４は通常の間仕切り壁より厚く、内部に空間を有するので、間仕切られた部屋どうしの防音効果を高めることができる。

なお、本例では、第１居住領域１または第２居住領域２を、可動間仕切り家具１４で仕切るように構成したが、該可動間仕切り家具１４に代えて、通常の可動間仕切り壁で第１居住領域１または第２居住領域２を仕切るように構成してもよい。この場合、可動間仕切り壁は、可動間仕切り家具１４より薄いので仕切られた部屋が広くなるという利点がある。

(第２実施形態例)
図３〜図５は本発明の住宅の第２例を示す平面図である。これらの図に示す住宅が前記図１および図２に示す住宅と異なる点は、可動間仕切りの構成であるので、本例ではこの点について説明し、図１および図２に示す住宅と共通構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。

すなわち、図１に示すように、前記第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２とを仕切る内壁１０に形成された開口部１１には、可動間仕切り壁２０が配設されている。この可動間仕切り壁２０は、平面視において、その一端部を支点として回動可能に設けられたもので、該可動間仕切り壁２０の厚さは、内壁１０と等しく設定され、また、前記可動間仕切り壁２０の平面視における長さは、前記開口部１１の平面視における幅より小さく設定されている。
前記可動間仕切り壁２０を回動可能に設けるには、該可動間仕切り壁２０の一端部を軸２１によって床と天井に回動自在に支持するとともに、該可動間仕切り壁２０の上下縁部と、天井と床との間に若干の隙間をもたせることにより行われている。

また、前記可動間仕切り壁２０の、前記軸２１によって支持されている側と反対側の端部下面には、図６に示すように、脚部２２が設けられている。この脚部２２は可動間仕切り壁２０の下面から出没自在なものであり、該脚部２２にはレバー２２ａが固定され、このレバー２２ａは可動間仕切り壁２０の側端面に形成された長孔２３を通して該可動間仕切り壁２０の側端面に突出されている。
そして、前記可動間仕切り壁２０では、前記レバー２２ａを上方に引き上げることで、脚部２２が可動間仕切り壁２０に引込まれて、前記軸２１を支点として回動可能となり、一方、前記レバー２２ａを押し下げて、脚部２２の下端部を床面に押し付けることで、所定の位置で回動不能に固定できるようになっている。

そして、上記のような可動間仕切り壁２０を備えた住宅では、図４に示すように、可動間仕切り壁２０を回動して、前記第２居住領域２に配置した場合、上記第１実施形態例の場合と同様に、該第２居住領域２が二つの部屋１２,１３に仕切られるので、一方の部屋１３を寝室等の個人用の部屋として使用することができる。また、前記第１居住領域１はキッチン３を含んでいるので、このキッチン３の南側を、キッチン３と連続したリビング８として使用することができるとともに、該リビング８と前記部屋１２とが連続しているので、これらを広いリビングとして使用することができる。

一方、図５に示すように、前記可動間仕切り壁２０を、内壁１０に形成された開口部１１を通して回動させて、第１居住領域１に配置した場合、該第１居住領域１はキッチン３とその他の部屋１６とに仕切ることができる。また、前記第２居住領域２は、可動間仕切り壁２０によって仕切られないので、一つの大きな部屋１７となり、この部屋１７と前記部屋１６とは連通しているので、これらを広いパーティルーム等として使用することができる。

さらに、前記可動間仕切り壁２０を図３に示すように、前記開口部内に配置した場合、第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２とを、それぞれの領域内に間仕切りが無い状態で、仕切ることが可能となり、これら第１居住領域１および第２居住領域２をそれぞれ広い部屋として使用することができる。
このように、本例の住宅では、前記可動間仕切り壁２０を第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２との間で回動させることで、所望の居住領域を仕切ることができるので、住宅内の部屋のレイアウトを住人の使い易いように変更することができる。

(第３実施形態例)
図７〜図１０は本発明の住宅の第３例を示す平面図である。これらの図に示す住宅が前記図３〜図５に示す住宅と異なる点は、可動間仕切りの構成であるので、本例ではこの点について説明し、図３〜図５に示す住宅と共通構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。

すなわち、前記第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２とを仕切る内壁１０に形成された開口部１１には、可動間仕切り壁２４が配設されている。この可動間仕切り壁２１は、平面視において、その中央部より端部側に近い中途部を支点として回動可能に設けられたもので、該可動間仕切り壁２４の厚さは、内壁１０と等しく設定され、また、前記可動間仕切り壁２４の平面視における長さは、前記開口部１１の平面視における幅より小さく設定されている。
前記可動間仕切り壁２４を回動可能に設けるには、上記第２実施形態例の場合と同様に、該可動間仕切り壁２４の中途部を軸２１によって床と天井に回動自在に支持するとともに、該可動間仕切り壁２４の上下縁部と、天井と床との間に若干の隙間をもたせることにより行われている。

また、前記第１居住領域１には、第２可動間仕切り壁２５が前記玄関７の近傍において配設されている。この第２可動間仕切り壁２５は、平面視においてその中央部を支点として回動自在に設けられたもので、その平面視における長さは、図１０に示すように、左右に延在するように配置した際に、前記左右に延在するように配置された可動間仕切り壁２４と干渉しなような長さに設定されている。なお、前記可動間仕切り壁２４および第２可動間仕切り壁２５のいずれにも、前記可動間仕切り壁２０と同様に、脚部２２が設けられ、該脚部２２によって所望の位置に回動不能に固定できるようになっている。

そして、上記のような可動間仕切り壁２４および第２可動間仕切り壁２５を備えた住宅では、図７に示すように、可動間仕切り壁２４を回動して、前記第２居住領域２に配置した場合、上記第２実施形態例の場合と同様に、該第２居住領域２が二つの部屋１２,１３に仕切られるので、一方の部屋１３を寝室等の個人用の部屋として使用することができ、また、他方の部屋１２とキッチン３の南側のリビング８が連通するので、これらを広いリビングとして使用することができる。
さらに、前記第２可動間仕切り壁２５を回動して、南北に延在させた状態で配置した場合、該第２可動間仕切り壁２５が前記玄関７の玄関ホール前に位置する隠し壁となり、玄関からの目線を遮断することができる。

また、図８に示すように、前記可動間仕切り壁２４を回動して、前記内壁１０に形成された開口部１１に配置した場合、前記第２住居領域２を、寝室１３とこの寝室１３に連通した個人用のリビング１２として使用することができる。また、前記第１居住領域１をキッチン３とこのキッチン３に連通したリビング８として使用することができる。
さらに、図８に示す状態から、図９に示すように、第２可動間仕切り壁２５を回動して東西に延在するように配置した場合、第１住居領域１において、キッチン３とリビング８とをある程度仕切ることができるとともに、玄関ホール前を開放的な空間とすることができる。
また、図９に示す状態から、図１０に示すように、可動間仕切り壁２４を回動して東西に延在するように配置した場合、第１居住領域１のリビング８と、第２居住領域２の部屋１２とが連通し、この連通した部屋を広いリビングとして使用することができ、また、第１居住領域１のキッチン３とリビング８とを仕切ることができる。
このように、本例の住宅では、前記可動間仕切り壁２４を第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２との間で回動させるとともに、第２可動間仕切り２５を回動させることで、所望の居住領域を仕切ることができるので、住宅内の部屋のレイアウトを住人の使い易いように変更することができる。

(第４実施形態例)
図１１〜図１６は本発明の住宅の第４例を示す平面図である。これらの図に示す住宅が前記図７〜図１０に示す住宅と異なる点は、可動間仕切りの構成であるので、本例ではこの点について説明し、図７〜図１０に示す住宅と共通構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。

すなわち、前記第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２とを仕切る内壁１０に形成された開口部１１には、上記第３実施形態例の場合と同様にして、可動間仕切り壁２４が配設されている。
また、前記第１居住領域１には、第２可動間仕切り壁２６前記玄関７の近傍において配設されている。この第２可動間仕切り壁２６は、平面視においてその一端部を支点として回動自在に設けられたもので、その平面視における長さは、図１４に示すように、左右に延在するように配置した際に、前記左右に延在するように配置された可動間仕切り壁２４と干渉しなような長さに設定されている。
なお、前記可動間仕切り壁２４および第２可動間仕切り壁２６のいずれにも、前記可動間仕切り壁２０と同様に、脚部２２が設けられ、該脚部２２によって所望の位置に回動不能に固定できるようになっている。

そして、上記のような可動間仕切り壁２４および第２可動間仕切り壁２６を備えた住宅では、図１１に示すように、可動間仕切り壁２４を回動して、前記第２居住領域２に配置した場合、上記第３実施形態例の場合と同様に、該第２居住領域２が二つの部屋１２,１３に仕切られるので、一方の部屋１３を寝室等の個人用の部屋として使用することができ、また、他方の部屋１２とキッチン３の南側のリビング８が連通するので、これらを広いリビングとして使用することができる。
さらに、前記第２可動間仕切り壁２６を回動して、南北に延在させた状態で配置した場合、該第２可動間仕切り壁２６が前記玄関７の玄関ホール前に位置する隠し壁となり、玄関からの目線を遮断することができる。

また、図１３に示すように、前記可動間仕切り壁２４を回動して、前記内壁１０に形成された開口部１１に配置した場合、前記第２住居領域２を、寝室１３とこの寝室１３に連通した個人用のリビング１２として使用することができる。また、前記第１居住領域１をキッチン３とこのキッチン３に連通したリビング８として使用することができる。
さらに、図１３に示す状態から、図１４に示すように、可動間仕切り壁２４および第２可動間仕切り壁２６を回動して、それぞれを東西に延在するように配置した場合、第１居住領域１のリビング８と、第２居住領域２の部屋１２とが連通し、この連通した部屋を広いリビングとして使用することができ、また、第１居住領域１のキッチン３とリビング８とを仕切ることができるとともに、玄関ホール前を開放的な空間とすることができる。

また、図１４に示す状態から、図１５に示すように、可動間仕切り壁２４を回動して開口部１１に配置した場合、第１住居領域１において、キッチン３とリビング８とをある程度仕切った状態で、第２居住領域２を個人用の寝室１３とこれに連通する個人用のリビング１２として使用することができる。
さらに、図１５に示す状態から、図１６に示すように、可動間仕切り壁２４を１８０度回転した場合、第１居住領域１のリビング８と第２居住領域２の個人用のリビング１２とを完全に仕切ることができる。
このように、本例の住宅では、前記可動間仕切り壁２４を第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２との間で回動させるとともに、第２可動間仕切り２６を回動させることで、所望の居住領域を仕切ることができるので、住宅内の部屋のレイアウトを住人の使い易いように変更することができる。

(第５実施形態例)
図１７は本発明の第５例を示す平面図である。この図に示す住宅が前記図１および図２に示す住宅と異なる点は、可動間仕切りの構成であるので、本例ではこの点について説明し、図１および図２に示す住宅と共通構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。

図１７に示すように、前記第１居住領域１には、該第１居住領域１をキッチン３と、このキッチン３の南側にあるリビング８とに仕切ることが可能な可動間仕切り家具３０が配置されている。この可動間仕切り家具３０は、前記開口部１１を通って第１居住領域１と第２居住領域２との間で回動可能に設けられたもので、該可動間仕切り家具３０の幅は、これを第２居住領域２に配置した場合に、該第２居住領域２の壁に設けられたスペーサ３１に当接するような幅に設定され、可動間仕切り家具３０の高さは、第１居住領域１および第２居住領域２の天井の高さとほぼ等しいか、若干低く設定されている。
