Description
表面処理工程と、金属構成板を所定の形状に型抜きする型抜き工程と、金属構成板に穴をあけ、ビードを形成するプレス工程と、金属構成板を組み付ける組み付け工程とを有するメタルガスケットの製造方法であって、前記洗浄工程において、金属構成板がステンレス材料である場合に、エキシマ照射によるドライ洗浄を行うと共に、前記表面処理工程における表面処理を水系表面処理で行うことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- メタルガスケットの金属構成板の表面の洗浄を行う洗浄工程と、金属構成板の表面処理を行う表面処理工程と、金属構成板を所定の形状に型抜きする型抜き工程と、金属構成板に穴をあけ、ビードを形成するプレス工程と、金属構成板を組み付ける組み付け工程とを有するメタルガスケットの製造方法であって、前記洗浄工程において、金属構成板がステンレス材料である場合に、エキシマ照射によるドライ洗浄を行うと共に、前記表面処理工程における表面処理を水系表面処理で行うことを特徴とするメタルガスケットの製造方法。
- 前記水系表面処理の後に塗布するプライマーに水系プライマーを、塗料に水系塗料を使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載のメタルガスケットの製造方法。
