Claims (10)
- ベアセルと、前記ベアセルの下部、または、上部に結合される絶縁体であるカバーと、前記ベアセルの側面に包装され、かつ前記カバーの側面を覆う絶縁体であるラベルと、を含む缶型リチウムイオン二次電池において、
前記カバーには、前記ラベルが包装される際に生成されるラベル重合部を受入れるように、側面の所定位置に所定幅で切欠されて形成されるラベル重合受入れ部が形成されることを特徴とする缶型リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記ラベル重合受入れ部は、前記カバーの長側面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の缶型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記ラベル重合受入れ部は、前記カバーの短側面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の缶型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記ラベル重合受入れ部は、前記ラベル重合受入れ部の一側が前記カバーの角部に接して形成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の缶型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記ラベル重合受入れ部は、前記カバーの長側面、または、短側面の上部において、前記カバーの底面の上面まで形成されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の缶型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記ラベル重合受入れ部は、前記カバーの長側面、または、短側面の上部において、前記カバーの底面の下面まで延ばされて形成されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の缶型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記ベアセルの上段に結合される保護回路を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の缶型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記保護回路は、樹脂からなる回路モールディング部の内部にモールディングされることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の缶型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記回路モールディング部は、前記カバーのラベル重合受入れ部が形成される位置と同一線上にラベル重合受入れ溝が所定幅で形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の缶型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記カバーの長側面または短側面のいずれか一方にラベル重合受入れ部が形成され、前記ラベル重合受入れ部が形成されない方の長側面または短側面の全てが除去されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の缶型リチウムイオン二次電池。
