【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、建物の壁体に外装材を取り付けるための外装材の取付金具および外装材の縦貼り用胴縁、並びに、建物の壁体に外装材を取り付ける外装材の取付け工法に関する。

【背景の技術】
近年、住宅等の建物の構築についてはその工業化が進み、例えば壁や床、屋根といった構成要素を予め工場にてパネル化しておき、施工現場でこれらのパネルを組み立てることにより、建物を構築するといったパネル工法が一部に採用されている。
このようなパネル工法に用いられるパネルとして、例えば、図11に示すような壁パネルが知られている。

図11に示す壁パネル100は、縦框材101,101と横框材102,102とが矩形状に組み立てられるとともに、この矩形枠の内部に補強芯材103…が縦横に組まれて枠体104が形成され、さらにこの枠体104内にグラスウール等の断熱材(図示省略)が充填された状態で枠体104の表裏面に合板等の面材105,105が貼設されたものである。上記縦框材101,101と横框材102,102とは面材105,105の間に介設される芯材の1つを構成するものである。

従来、上記のような壁パネルへ外装材を取り付けるには、例えば、外壁用のものでは、前記面材105,105に胴縁を取り付け、その上に外装材をネジ又は釘等で止着する。胴縁が介在することで壁パネルと外装材との間に空間が設けられ、この間に結露が溜まってしまうなどの不具合が回避される。

また、取付金具により壁パネルへ外装材を取り付ける方法も従来公知であり、例えば、特開平10−306509号に開示されている。
取付金具を用いた外装材の取付方法としては、例えば、図12に示すような取付方法がある。
この方法は、例えば、外壁110の外面に縦方向に長いジョイナー111…を所定の間隔で取り付けた後、外装材112を下から上へ横貼りで取り付け、この際、取付金具113を所定の間隔に配置させて外装材112を取り付ける。

取付金具113は、例えば、鉄板を抜き打ち、及び折曲加工したものからなり、下側の外装材112の端面部と係合する下係合部(図示省略)と、上側の外装材112の端面部と係合して支持する上係合部(図示省略)を有している。
そして、この取付金具113の下係合部を下側の外装材112の端面部に設けられた被係合部に係合させた状態で外壁110に取付金具113を固定し、更に、次の外装材112を該外装材112の下側端面部に設けられた被係合部と前記取付金具113の上係合部に係合させる。このような工程を繰り返すことにより、外装材112を壁の上端まで取り付けることが出来るようになっている。

この取付金具を用いた外装材の取付け方法によれば、釘打ちにより外装材を取り付けてしまう従来の方法に較べて外装材の取り付けを容易にすることか出来ると共に、取付金具により外装材と外壁110との間に空間が設けられるので、胴縁を不要とすることが出来る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような取付金具を介した外装材の取付け方法を、外装材を縦貼りする場合(縦に長く設置する場合)に適用する場合、次のような課題を生じさせた。
すなわち、外装材を縦貼りする場合、取付金具は外装材の左右の縁部に対応して縦方向に多数配置されている必要があり、且つ、取付金具は強度確保のため壁パネルの芯材の箇所に止着される必要がある。これら両者の条件を満たすには、取付金具は壁パネルの横芯材でなく縦芯材の箇所に止着する必要がある。なぜなら、横芯材に取付金具を止着したのでは、縦方向に並ぶ取付金具の数が横芯材の数に限られてしまい数が少なくなるからである。

更に、取付金具を縦芯材に止着する場合、次のような問題を生じさせた。すなわち、取付金具の横方向の間隔が壁パネルの縦芯材の間隔に限定されるので、外装材の横幅長もこの間隔により限られてしまう。また、壁パネルに対する外装材の割付け位置がずれてしまうと、取付金具の止着位置が壁パネルの縦芯材の箇所からずれてしまい、外装材を取り付けられないといった問題を生じさせた。

ところで、上記従来の取付金具を用いた外装材の取付け方法は、外装材を直接釘等により止着するのに較べて外装材の取付けが容易になっているものの、現場にて取付金具を壁パネルに止着していく工程が付加される分まだ煩雑であり、作業工程の改善の余地は残されている。

この発明は、上記実状に鑑みてなされたもので、取付金具を用いて外装材を縦貼りする場合でも、取付金具の横方向の取付け間隔や外装材の横幅長に制約が掛けられることなく、確実な強度で且つ容易に外装材を壁体に取り付けることの出来る外装材の取付金具、外装材の縦貼り用胴縁、および、外装材の取付け工法を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
次の手段の説明中、括弧書きにより実施の形態に対応する構成を1例として例示する。実施の形態と同一の単語を使用している場合には符号のみ記す。上記課題を解決するため、請求項1記載の発明は、図3と図4に示すように、建物の壁体(20)に外装材(40)を取り付けるための外装材の取付金具(1)であって、ベース枠(2)の正面側に、左右の外装材(40,40)の各縁部に設けられた被係合部(41,42)にそれぞれ係合する外装材係合部(係合片7a,7a,7b)が設けられる一方、前記ベース枠(2)の裏面側に、壁体(20)と外装材(40,40)との間に介在され左右方向に伸びる胴縁(横胴縁30)に取り付けられる胴縁用取付け部(案内部3A,3B、接触面4a〜4c)が設けられており、
前記胴縁用取付け部には、胴縁(横胴縁30)の取付け面に沿って広がると共に、胴縁(横胴縁30)への取付け時に前記取付け面に面接触される接触面(4a〜4c)が前記ベース枠(2)の左右両端側と中央側にそれぞれ設けられており、前記中央側の接触面(4b)に止着用孔(5a)が形成されており、
前記左右方向に伸びる胴縁(横胴縁30)の縦幅より広い幅長を有すると共に、前記胴縁用取付け部には、胴縁(横胴縁30)が嵌入されて案内される凹状の案内部(3A,3B)が設けられている構成とした。

この請求項1記載の発明によれば、取付金具(1)が胴縁(横胴縁30)に取り付けられた状態で外装材(40)が壁体(20)に取り付けられる構成を実現するので、例えば、予め胴縁(横胴縁30)に取付金具(1)を止着しておき、その後、この胴縁(横胴縁30)を壁体(20)に固定すると云った方法が可能となり、それにより、従来、取付金具(1)を1個ずつ壁体(20)に固定していたのに較べて、作業効率が向上する。
また、取付金具(1)が胴縁(横胴縁30)に取り付けられた状態で胴縁(横胴縁30)が壁体(20)に固定される構成を実現するので、胴縁(横胴縁30)が壁体(20)に高い強度で接続できれば取付金具(1)が高強度に固定されることとなり、個々の取付金具(1)を従来のように壁体(20)の高強度に接続できる箇所(例えば芯材(23,縦框材24)のある箇所など)に対応させて取り付ける必要がなくなる。それゆえ、外装材(40)を縦張りする場合でも、取付金具(1)の横並びの間隔や外装材(40)の横幅の長さを壁体(20)に関係なく自由に選択することが出来る。
また、取付金具(1)の左右方向の位置を自由に設定できることから、壁体(20)に対する外装材(40)の割り付け位置も自由に設定できると共に、壁体(20)に対して外装材(40)の割り付け位置がずれた場合でも、問題なく外装材(40)を取り付けることが出来る。

ここで、上記の外装材係合部は、外装材の縁部に設けられた被係合部をただ掛け止めするタイプ、金属弾性を利用し外装材を取付金具に押し付けることで外装材の被係合部を係止し固定するタイプ、取付金具を分離固定可能な2つの部材で構成すると共にこれら2つの部材で外装材の被係合部を挟みつけることで該被係合部を固定するタイプなど、種々の形式がありえる。
また、取付金具はそれのみで外装材を固定可能なタイプに限られず、外装材の仮止めや半固定をするタイプのものも含まれる。仮止めや半固定した場合には、後に釘やネジで外装材の本固定を行う。
また、上記の胴縁用取付け部は、例えば、釘やネジで木製の胴縁に取り付けられるタイプ、接続片を有しネジ等で金属製の胴縁に取り付けられるタイプ、溶接等で金属製の胴縁に取り付けられるタイプなど、胴縁取付け用のものであれば種々の形式が含まれる。

また、胴縁(横胴縁30)が凹状の案内部(3A,3B)に嵌入されて案内されるので、取付金具(1)を胴縁(横胴縁30)へ固定する際の作業性が向上される。すなわち、正確な位置・傾きで容易に且つ確実に取付金具(1)を胴縁(横胴縁30)に固定することが出来る。

この請求項記載の発明によれば、壁体(20)に上記横胴縁(30)を取り付けた後、横胴縁(30)に付いた取付金具(1)を介して外装材(40)を組み付けるだけで外装材(40)の壁体(20)への取り付けを遂行することが出来る。すなわち、壁体(20)の周りに足場を組んで壁体(20)に1個ずつ取付金具(1)を取り付けていくと云った従来の煩雑な作業が省け、現場における作業効率を大幅に向上することが出来る。また、取付金具(1)は1本1本独立した横胴縁(30)に対して固着されることでこの縦貼り用横胴縁(30)が構成されるので、壁体(20)の周りに足場を組んで取付金具(1)を1個ずつ壁体(20)に取り付けていくのに較べて、取付金具(1)が容易に且つ正確に横胴縁(30)に固定される。従って、正確で確実な外装材(40)の取り付けが可能となる。また、横胴縁(30)を壁体(20)に取り付けることで取付金具(1)が固定されるので、従来、取付金具(1)を個々に壁体(20)に取り付けていた場合にあった、取付金具(1)の取付位置や横方向の取付間隔並びに外装材(40)の横幅長の制約が生じない。従って、取付金具(1)の取付間隔や外装材(40)の横幅長を自由に設定して外装材(40)を取り付けることが出来る。

請求項記載の発明は、建物の壁体(20)に外装材(40)を取り付ける外装材(40)の取付け工法において、予め工場にて請求項1または2に記載の外装材(40)の取付金具(1)を横胴縁(30)に所定間隔を開けて複数個設ける工場艤装工程と、外装材(40)を取り付ける現場にて、前記取付金具(1)が取り付けられた横胴縁(30)をその長手方向を横にして前記壁体(20)の芯材(23,縦框材24)に止着する横胴縁止着工程と、横胴縁(30)が止着された壁体(20)に前記取付金具(1)を介して外装材(40)を縦が長くなる方向に組み付ける外装材組付け工程とを有する工法とした。

この請求項記載の発明によれば、工場艤装により高い生産性および高い信頼性で取付金具(1)を横胴縁(30)に設けることが出来ると共に、外装材(40)の取付け現場では壁体(20)への横胴縁(30)の取付けと、取付金具(1)を介した外装材(40)の組み付けのみ行えばよいので、現場での作業工程が大幅に縮小される。また、取付金具(1)の設けられた横胴縁(30)を使用して外装材(40)を取り付けるので、外装材(40)を縦貼りする場合でも、取付金具(1)の取付位置や横方向の取付間隔並びに外装材(40)の横幅長の制約が生じず、取付金具(1)の取付間隔や外装材(40)の横幅長を自由に設定して外装材(40)を取り付けることが出来る。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態の外装材40の取付金具1、縦貼り用胴縁、および、取付工法について、図1〜図6の図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1〜図3は、本発明の実施の形態の取付金具1を示すもので、図1(a)はその正面図、図1(b)は下面図、図2(a)は左側面図、図2(b)は右側面図、図3は斜視図である。
この実施の形態の取付金具1は、建物(例えば住宅)の壁体20に外装材40を取り付けるための金具で(図4参照)、アルミやステンレス等の金属をプレス加工や折曲加工等により一体成形して構成される。この取付金具1は、正面視でほぼ矩形状のベース枠2に、外装材係合部としての係合片7a,7b、横胴縁30に取り付けられる胴縁用取付け部である凹状の案内部3A,3Bおよび接触面4a〜4c、並びに、横胴縁30に取り付けるための止着用孔(止着部)5a,5bが設けられている。

ベース枠2は、横胴縁30の取付け面における短い方の幅よりも広い幅長を有し、また、外装材40と壁体20との間に空間を設けるために厚み方向に嵩を有している。また、ベース枠2の上面部は外装材40に当接される当接面2a,2bになっている。
案内部3A,3B(図2,図3)は、ベース枠2の左右の立脚部にそれぞれ設けられた、横胴縁30が嵌入される凹状の開口である。案内部3A,3Bの深さは横胴縁30の厚さと同じ長さに設けられ、案内部3A,3Bに横胴縁30を嵌入した際に横胴縁30の裏面とベース枠2の裏側の端部が面一になるように設計されている。

接触面4a〜4cは、横胴縁30の正面側の面(取付面)に面接触することで、取付金具1を横胴縁30に対して安定的に据えさせるためのものである。これら3つの接触面4a〜4cは同一の高さに設けられ、2個の接触面4a,4cはベース枠2の左右両端側に、1個の接触面4bはベース枠2の中央側、中央の開口部6に臨んで設けられている。止着用孔(止着部)5a,5bは、取付金具1を横胴縁30にネジ又は釘により止着するためのものであり、一方の止着用孔5bは仮止め用のものでベース枠2に設けられ、他方の止着用孔5aは本止め用のもので中央の接触面4bに設けられている。

係合片7a,7b,7aは、外装材40の左右の縁部に設けられた被係合部41,42と係合する片であり、これら被係合部41,42が挿入される空間を設ける立脚部7cからほぼ直角(90度より僅かに小さい角度)に折り曲げられた形状に形成されている。これら係合片7a…,7cは、立脚部7cを含めて金属弾性により僅かに変移可能に構成され、この弾性を利用して外装材40が挿入されるようになっている。
なお、上記の係合片7a,7a,7cなど、取付金具1の前面に設けられる係合部の構成は、外装材40の被係合部の構成や外装材40の組付け方法等に対応して種々に変更可能である。

次いで、本発明の縦貼り用胴縁の実施の形態について説明する。
縦貼り用胴縁は、上記の取付金具1を複数所定間隔を開けて横胴縁30に固定したユニットである。取付金具1…の固定位置は、外装材40…の割付け位置に対応して設定される。
なお、上記の取付金具1を横胴縁30に取り付ける工程は、例えば、現場でなく工場にて行い、現場では一体的に構成された縦貼り用胴縁を使用することが、品質管理や作業工程の短縮化からみて好ましい。

上記工場艤装工程は、横胴縁30…に複数の取付金具1…をネジ又は釘等の止着部材により所定位置に止着する工程である。ここで、取付金具1…の止着位置は、壁体20に対する外装材40…の割り付けに対応させて設定する。

胴縁止着工程は、工場艤装された取付金具1…付きの横胴縁30を、壁体20の芯材23…又は縦框材24…の箇所に、ネジ又は釘にて止着していく工程である。ここで、壁体20には、例えば、縦框材24…、横框材、縦芯材23および横芯材からなる骨組に面材21,22を貼り合わせた壁パネルを用いている。また、横胴縁30…は縦方向に横芯材の数より多い多数段止着し、それぞれの横胴縁30…の横方向の取付け位置は、上下段の横胴縁30…に取り付けられた取付金具1…が縦に一直線に揃うように止着する。このとき、取付金具1…が壁体20の芯材23…や縦框材24…の箇所にくる必要はない。
なお、壁体20として壁パネルを用いて説明したが、本発明の外装材の取付工法は、壁体として、例えば在来の軸組工法やツーバイフォー工法によって構築された壁体にも適用可能である。

図5は、取付金具と外装材との係合部の周辺を示す横断面図である。図6は、外装材の下端部の周辺を示す縦断面図である。
外装材組付け工程は、取付金具1…の係合片7a,7a,7bや外装材40…の被係合部41,42の構成に応じて適宜変更可能な工程であり、ここではその一例を説明する。
この外装材組付け工程が開始される前に、基礎72上の土台71に外装材40を支持すると共に外装材40裏の水抜きをする水抜き用桟50(図4,図6参照)を取付け枠53を介して例えば十字穴付き木ネジ54等で止着しておく。図6中、符号52が水抜き用の穴である。

外装材40の組み付けは、取付金具1…の係合片7a,7a,7bの弾性を利用して、縦2列に並ぶ複数の取付金具1…の間に外装材40を押し入れていくことで行う。詳細には、図5を参照しながら説明するが、先ず、外装材40の右側の被係合部42のみを縦1列に並ぶ取付金具1…の係合片7a,7aに掛け止め(係合)させる。次いで、左側の被係合部41を左の1列の取付金具1…に押し入れて被係合部41を係合片7bに係合させる。このとき、バールなどにより取付金具1…の係合片7bを立たせる方向に圧し、更に、外装材40の僅かな反りを利用して被係合部41の係止ブロック41aを係合片7bのサイドを通過させて、係合片7bを被係合部41の凹部41bに通す。
なお、この被係合部41の係止ブロック41aを係合片7bのサイドを通過させる際、取付金具1の上面開口部6およびその側縁に設けられた凹部6aが、被係合部41に当節しないように逃げ、これによりスムーズに被係合部41を取付金具1に係合ざせることが出来る。

或いは、外装材40の左縁部の構成において、被係合部41の係止ブロック41a(図5)を取付金具1…に対応する高さ範囲のみに設ける一方、取付金具1の無い範囲の係止ブロック41aを削除しておくことで、更に、容易に外装材40の組付けが可能となる。
すなわち、外装材40の左縁部を嵌める際に、外装材40を高さ方向に少しずらし取付金具1…に対応する高さに係止ブロック41aが削除された範囲を持ってくる。そして、そのまま、外装材40の左縁部を取付金具1…に押し入れる(係止ブロック41aが無いのですんなり入る)。そして、その後、外装材40を降下させることで取付金具1…の係合片7bが被係合部41の凹部41bに挿入されて係合される。

ここで、下から1段目の外装材40は、図6に示すように、その下端部が水抜き用桟50の支持部51に当節されて支持される。また、下から2段目以降の外装材40は1段下の外装材40の上端部に当節して支持される。

また、取付金具1…は横胴縁30を介して壁体20に固定される構成を実現するので、横胴縁30が壁体20に高い強度で接続できれば取付金具1…も壁体20に対して高強度に固定される。それゆえ、従来の取付金具1…の取付位置が壁体20の縦芯材23…や縦框材24…の位置に限られると云った制約が取り除かれ、取付金具1…の横並びの間隔や外装材40…の横幅の長さを壁体20に関係なく自由に選択することが出来る。
また、取付金具1…の左右方向の取付位置を自由に設定できることから、壁体20に対する外装材40…の割付け位置も自由に設定できると共に、壁体20に対して外装材40…の割付け位置がずれた場合でも、従来と異なり問題なく外装材40…を取り付けることが出来る。
