【発明の効果】本発明は以上詳述した如く構成したか
ら、下記の諸効果を奏する。 (1)受け金具および掛け金具は、いずれも鋼板を打ち
抜き加工、折り曲げ加工および穿設加工するだけで形成
することができ、溶接作業は不要であるし、2部材のみ
からなるので製造が簡単であり、低廉に製造することが
できる。 (2)受け金具と掛け金具は、係合溝に嵌入片を挿嵌し
て係止するだけで縦柱間に横架材を架設することができ
るから、現場での軸組作業期間を従来技術と比較して大
幅に短縮することができるし、熟練した技術者を必要と
しないので、作業費を低減することができる。 (3)受け金具および掛け金具を縦柱および横架材にそ
れぞれ固設する作業は、工場で予め行ない、現場では組
み付け作業のみを行なうから、全体の工期を短縮するこ
とができる。また、受け金具および掛け金具の固設作業
を工場内で行なうことにより高い精度で組み付けること
ができるから、現場での作業効率を高めることができ
る。 (4)掛け金具を係止した受け金具も横架材の凹陥部内
に収容された状態になるから、木造軸組構造の家屋の外
観を損なうことがないし、横架材に下地板等の建材を釘
打ちすることができるので作業性に優れている。また、
パネル等を横架材に取着する際に受け金具および掛け金
具が障害にならないので、パネルに掛け金具を回避する
ための切り欠きを形成する等の作業は不要であり、作業
性に優れているし、施工の仕上がりも綺麗にできる。 (5)受け金具の掛け金受け部は掛け金具を支承し、掛
け金具の連結片の先端側に位置する係止部は受け金具の
基板部上端に係止することにより、受け金具に対して掛
け金具は確実に係止することができる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 縦柱にボルト・ナットを介して固設する
受け金具と、横架材の木口に形成した凹陥部内にボルト
・ナットを介して固設され、該受け金具に係止すること
により前記縦柱に該横架材を架設するための掛け金具と
からなる軸組建築物用接続装置であって、前記受け金具
は、複数のボルト挿通穴を有し、前記縦柱に締着され基
板部と、該基板部の両縁側から表面側に略L字状に突出
して基板部との間に係合溝を形成する一対の溝形成部
と、前記基板部の下縁から表面側に突出する掛け金受け
部とを一体に形成し、前記掛け金具は連結片と、該連結
片の両端から下向きに折り曲げた平板からなり、複数の
ボルト挿通穴を有して前記横架材に形成する溝に挿入さ
れる一対の挿入片と、該各挿入片の先端から外向きに突
出し、前記受け金具の係合溝に摺嵌する一対の嵌入片と
を一体に形成したものからなる軸組建築物用接続装置。
