【0071】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ship pulley that is used by being attached to a reinforcing material arranged in a vertical direction on the inner wall of the ship, and is particularly suitable for use when attaching a seat, a rope, or the like at a high position in the ship. Relates to a ship pulley.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when loading cargo on a ship, it is customary to load the cargo as it is, but in this case, it is necessary to clean the ship after unloading the cargo. Work is not easy.
[0003]
Therefore, in some cases, it is considered that a ship seat is installed in the ship and that the walls on both the left and right sides and the walls on both sides in the fore and aft direction are covered with the ship sheet.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when installing a ship seat in the shipboard, it is necessary to install a locking bracket for locking the ship seat at a high position in the ship as a retrofit. Since only a part of the cargo such as cement is required, it is not always a good idea to attach the locking brackets to all the existing ship's vessels. If this is done, they will form irregularities on the wall surface of the ship, so that there is a problem that the scattered cargo loaded without using the ship sheet tends to adhere to the uneven parts.
[0005]
In addition, if a locking bracket or the like is attached in advance, it is necessary to use an elevating carriage, a long ladder, or the like when locking the string member of the ship's seat to the locking bracket. There is also a problem.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the present situation, and provides a ship pulley that can easily install a locking bracket or the like at a high position in the ship without using a large machine or tool. For the purpose.
[0007]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a ship pulley that can move a case body up and down smoothly with a small force when the case body is raised and lowered along a reinforcing material.
[0008]
Another object of the present invention is to prevent the rolling elements provided in the case body from being damaged even when a large external force is applied to the case body. It is an object of the present invention to provide a ship pulley that can prevent a problem that the movement of the case body is extremely worse when the case body is moved up and down along the reinforcing material.
[0009]
Another object of the present invention is a ship pulley that can be easily attached to and detached from the reinforcing material of the case main body, with the case main body detachably attached to the reinforcing material having a T-shaped cross section as a split structure. To provide.
[0010]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a ship pulley that can reduce the number of divisions of a case main body that is detachably attached to a reinforcing member having a T-shaped cross section, and can further simplify the attaching / detaching operation. In offer.
[0011]
Another object of the present invention is to simplify the structure of the case body that is detachably attached to the reinforcing member having a T-shaped cross section when the load pulley is not so heavily loaded, thereby reducing the weight. To provide a pulley for.
[0012]
Another object of the present invention is a ship pulley that can be easily attached to and detached from the reinforcing material of the case body by using a split structure as the case main body that is detachably attached to the reinforcing material having an L-shaped cross section. To provide.
[0013]
Still another object of the present invention is to simplify the structure of the case main body that is detachably attached to the reinforcing member having an L-shaped cross section when a large load is not applied to the ship pulley, thereby reducing the weight. To provide a ship pulley.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a ship pulley that is detachably attached to a reinforcing material having a cross-sectional T shape or a L-shaped cross section that is vertically disposed on the inner wall of the ship and that moves up and down using the reinforcing material as a guide rail. A case main body that is detachably attached to the reinforcing material in a state in which the distal end portion of the reinforcing material is surrounded; and a surface of the reinforcing material that is provided on the case main body and moves up and down along the reinforcing material. A contact member that comes into contact with each other; a locking bracket that is provided on the case body and that is used to lock various ropes and shackles used in the ship; And a connecting bracket to which a lifting and lowering string body for moving up and down is connected. And this allows the case main body to move up and down along the reinforcing material only by an operator on the lifting string body, and if various ropes and brackets are locked to the locking brackets in advance. As well as the case body, it will move up and down along the reinforcing material. For this reason, it is possible to easily install the locking metal fittings or the like at a high position in the ship without using a large machine or tool. Moreover, since the case main body can be attached to and detached from the reinforcing material, it can be removed and applied to other ships when unnecessary.
[0015]
The present invention is also characterized in that both the locking metal fitting and the connecting metal fitting are used. As a result, when the number of various ropes and metal fittings to be locked is small, the structure can be simplified to reduce the size and weight.
[0016]
The present invention is also characterized in that the contact member is formed of a sliding body that slides on the reinforcing material when the case body moves up and down along the reinforcing material. As a result, the inner surface of the case main body is not in direct contact with the reinforcing material, and the resistance during raising and lowering can be reduced.
[0017]
The present invention is also characterized in that the contact member is formed of a rolling element that rolls on the reinforcing material when the case main body moves up and down along the reinforcing material. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a smooth raising / lowering operation by reducing the resistance when the case main body is raised / lowered.
[0018]
The present invention is also characterized in that an auxiliary sliding body that comes into contact with the reinforcing material when the case main body is inclined with respect to the reinforcing material is provided in the vicinity of the rolling element. As a result, even when a large external force is applied to the case body, it is possible to prevent the rolling elements provided in the case body from being damaged, and even if the rolling body is damaged, When moving up and down along the reinforcing material, it is possible to prevent such a problem that the movement becomes extremely worse.
[0019]
The present invention also includes a case main body, a front case portion corresponding to the front surface of the front end flange of the reinforcing member having a T-shaped cross section; and a front surface flange portion disposed on both sides of the front case portion and corresponding to the rear surface of the front end flange and one side surface of the web. A pair of side case parts; and the front case part and each side case part are detachably or detachably connected. Thus, it is possible to facilitate the attaching / detaching operation of the case main body attached to the reinforcing material having a T-shaped cross section.
[0020]
The present invention also provides a case main body having a main case portion corresponding to a front surface of a front end flange of a reinforcing member having a T-shaped cross section, one rear surface of the front end flange, and one side surface of a web continuous with the rear surface; And a sub case portion corresponding to the other side surface of the web continuous with the back surface, and the two case portions are connected to each other so as to be detachable or openable / closable. As a result, the number of divisions of the case body detachably attached to the reinforcing member having a T-shaped cross section can be reduced as much as possible, and the attaching / detaching operation can be simplified.
[0021]
The present invention also provides a case main body having a front end flange front surface of a reinforcing member having a T-shaped cross section and a main case portion corresponding to one rear surface of the front end flange; a sub case portion corresponding to the other rear surface of the front end flange; And both the case portions are detachably or detachably connected. This makes it possible to simplify the structure of the case body that is detachably attached to the reinforcing member having a T-shaped cross section when the ship pulley is not so heavily loaded, thereby reducing the weight.
[0022]
The present invention also includes a case main body, a front end flange surface of a reinforcing member having an L-shaped cross section, and an outer case portion corresponding to one side surface of a web continuous with the front surface; a rear surface of the front end flange; And an inner case portion corresponding to the other side surface of the web, wherein both the case portions are detachably or detachably connected. Thereby, it becomes possible to facilitate the attaching / detaching operation of the case main body detachably attached to the reinforcing member having the L-shaped cross section.
[0023]
The present invention further includes a case main body, a front end flange surface of a reinforcing member having an L-shaped cross section, and an outer case portion corresponding to one side surface of a web continuous with the front surface; an inner case portion corresponding to the rear surface of the front end flange And the two case portions are connected to be detachable or openable / closable. This makes it possible to simplify the structure of the case body that is detachably attached to the reinforcing member having the L-shaped cross section when the ship pulley is not so heavily loaded, thereby reducing the weight.
