Description
前記熱交換器本体の内部で長手方向に沿って並列状態に両側チャンバー内にすべてにわたって配置され、両端部は複数のローラーによって支持されつつ回転可能であり、両側チャンバーを回転経由しつつ室内外の空気間の熱交換作用を行う伝熱ドラムと、
前記熱交換器本体の内部一側に位置されつつベルトを通して連結されている伝熱ドラムを回転せしめる駆動モータとを含んでなることを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 前面の外部空気吐出口および内部空気吸入口と両側面にそれぞれ外部空気吸入口および内部空気吐出口を有しており、内部は長手方向に配置される遮断板によって外部空気用チャンバーと内部空気用チャンバーとに区分けられて室内空気の出入れを可能にする熱交換器本体と、前記熱交換器本体の内部で長手方向に沿って並列状態に両側チャンバー内にすべてにわたって配置され、両端部は複数のローラーによって支持されつつ回転可能であり、両側チャンバーを回転経由しつつ室内外の空気間の熱交換作用を行う伝熱ドラムと、前記熱交換器本体の内部一側に位置されつつベルトを通して連結されている伝熱ドラムを回転せしめる駆動モ-タとを含んでなることを特徴とするドラム型熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱ドラムを通過せしめる遮断板の貫通部位には、本体壁面との間に両側チャンバー間の熱移動を阻める熱遮断用ブラシが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドラム型熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱ドラムは、円周に沿って連続される両端部のローラーガイド面および長さ中間のプーリを有しつつ多孔網態様の円筒形からなるドラム本体と、該ドラム本体の全周面に沿って所定厚さで取付けられて空気との熱交換作用を行う伝熱媒体を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドラム型熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱ドラムの伝熱媒体は、円筒形の伝熱ドラムを一度に囲繞する一つの一体型あるいは幾つかの部分に分割されて囲繞する分割型からなっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のドラム型熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱媒体は、ポリエステル粒子、ガラス纎維、非鉄金属、発泡樹脂中のある一つであることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のドラム型熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱ドラムの回転をガイドする複数のローラーは、熱交換器本体の前後板にそれぞれアイドル可能な構造で装着される共に、4つの格子形構造で配置されつつ円筒形ドラムの周囲4個所を支持可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドラム型熱交換器。
