Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a holder for holding a cleaning article formed of a disposable or replaceable sheet, and more particularly to a holder that can reliably hold a cleaning article.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the cleaning article 60 and a conventional holder 51 for holding the cleaning article.
[0003]
The cleaning article 60 shown in FIG. 9 has a bag body having an opening 61 formed of a sheet such as a nonwoven fabric. The holder 51 is formed by integrating an insertion portion 52 and a grip portion 53, and the cleaning article 60 is attached to the insertion portion 52. In this mounting, the insertion portion 52 is inserted into the cleaning article 60 from the opening 61.
[0004]
A locking portion 54 is provided on the upper surface on the proximal end side of the insertion portion 52. The locking portion 54 is formed by forming a notch 55 in a slightly hard plastic sheet and an elastic piece around the notch 55.
[0005]
When the insertion part 52 is inserted into the cleaning article 60, the cleaning article 60 can be retained in the insertion part 52 by pushing the sheet around the opening 61 of the cleaning article 60 into the notch 55. I am doing so.
[0006]
Further, as another conventional example, a holding mechanism is provided on the upper part of the holding part of the holder, and after the cleaning article is attached to the holder, the edge of the opening of the cleaning article is sandwiched between the holding mechanisms. There is something to hold.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional holder 51 shown in FIG. 9, after inserting the insertion portion 52 into the cleaning article 60, it is necessary to perform an operation of pushing the sheet forming the cleaning article 60 into the cut 55. If the amount of pushing is insufficient, the cleaning article 60 cannot be reliably held by the holder 51. Further, when the cleaning article 60 is attached to the insertion section 52, the floor 52 and the furniture surface are wiped on the outer surface of the cleaning article 60, and the insertion section 52 and the cleaning section are cleaned by resistance during cleaning. The product 60 is likely to be misaligned.
[0008]
This also applies to the conventional holder provided with the presser mechanism, and when the cleaning article is mounted, the troublesome operation of sandwiching the sheet between the presser mechanism is necessary, and the cleaning article is being cleaned. Misalignment is likely to occur.
[0009]
In particular, as shown in FIG. 9, when the locking portion 54 is provided on the upper surface of the insertion portion 52, the lower surface side used for cleaning the cleaning article 60 cannot be sufficiently held. Misalignment of the article 60 is likely to occur.
[0010]
The present invention is for solving the above-described conventional problems, and an operation for attaching the cleaning article is easy, and the cleaning article can be reliably held, and the cleaning article is not easily displaced during the cleaning operation. It aims at providing the holder of the articles | goods for cleaning.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a wiping sheet having a wiping surface to the lower surface, in the wiper holding member and the holder of the cleaning article and the cleaning article provided for forming a holding gap to the upper surface side of the sheet, the holding A mounting portion to be inserted into the holding gap is provided on the front side of the tool, and a grip portion is provided on the base side, and the wiping sheet is inserted into the insertion opening of the holding gap in the cleaning article. On the other hand, a protruding portion that protrudes toward the front side in the insertion direction of the mounting portion into the holding gap is formed, and a stepped surface that is located above the lower surface of the mounting portion is formed on the base side of the mounting portion. The protruding portion is interposed between the step surface and the cleaning surface in a state where the mounting portion is inserted into the holding gap and the cleaning article is pressed against the cleaning surface. Includes multiple protrusions that get caught Latching means are provided, the height with respect to the lower surface of the mounting portion of the stepped surface, and is characterized in that set to be less than the bulk of the projecting portion in a state where no pressure is applied.
[0012]
In the case of this, the front end face facing the other party side of the insertion direction of the projection is a slanted surface that an obtuse angle relative to the stepped surface, rear surface facing the front side of the insertion direction of the protrusions, the It is preferable that the surface has a right angle or an acute angle with respect to the step surface .
[0014]
Further, the mounting portion is formed with an insertion portion that is inserted into the holding gap into a plurality of branches, and the step surface is disposed on the base side with respect to the branch portion of the insertion portion. Can be configured as
[0015]
Moreover, it is preferable that the base part of the mounting part is provided with an arm part extending upward from the lower surface provided with the latching means, and the grip part is provided on the upper part of the arm part.
[0016]
In the present invention, by inserting the mounting portion of the holder into the holding gap of the cleaning article, and pressing the holder against the cleaning article at this time, the hooking means is hooked on the fiber sheet portion of the cleaning article. The Therefore, the cleaning article can be securely held on the lower surface of the holder. Further, since the holder is pressed against the cleaning article during the cleaning operation, the holder and the cleaning article are hardly misaligned.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a holder and an article for cleaning of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view showing the holder, FIG. 3 is a bottom view showing the holder, and FIG. 4 is a side view showing a use state of the holder. is there.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning article 20 is mounted on the holder 10 of the present invention.
The holder 10 is integrally formed with a mounting portion 2 and a grip portion 4 and an arm portion 7 that connects the mounting portion 2 and the grip portion 4 with synthetic resin or wood. However, for example, the arm portion 7 and the grip portion 4 may be integrated, the mounting portion 2 may be a separate body, and the mounting portion 2 may be assembled to the arm portion 7 during use.
[0019]
The mounting portion 2 is formed with insertion portions 3 and 3 that form a pair that is bifurcated on the base side and extends to the front side. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a step surface 2 b is formed on the lower surface of the mounting portion 2 on the base end side with respect to the branch portion 3 b of the insertion portions 3, 3. Means 5 are provided. The step surface 2b is positioned above the lower surface 2a of the portion of the mounting portion 2 where the insertion portions 3 and 3 are formed by a slight dimension.
[0020]
The hooking means 5 has a large number of protrusions 6 protruding downward from the step surface 2b. The protrusion 6 may be formed integrally with the resin when the mounting portion is molded with resin, or a so-called latching fastener in which a large number of protrusions 6 are formed to protrude from the resin sheet. May be bonded to the stepped surface 2b.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 2, the height (step height) H from the lower surface 2 a of the insertion portions 3 and 3 to the step surface 2 b pressed the mounting portion 2 against the upper surface of the wiping sheet 21 of the cleaning article 20. Sometimes the upper surface of the wiping sheet 21 has a very small dimension so as to hit the stepped surface 2b, and the height H is the volume (thickness) of the wiping sheet 21 of the cleaning article 20 in a state where no pressure is applied. The height H is preferably ½ or less of the bulk (thickness) of the wiping sheet 21. For example, the height H is about 1 to 4 mm.
[0022]
And it is preferable that the said protrusion 6 is the length of the range which the lower end does not protrude below from the lower surface 2a of the said insertion parts 3 and 3. FIG. However, the protrusion 6 may protrude downward from the lower surface 2a.
[0023]
Furthermore, when the so-called latching fastener in which a large number of protrusions 6 are formed protruding from the resin sheet is used as the latching means 5, the height H is preferably larger than the thickness of the resin sheet. By comprising in this way, it can prevent that the said resin sheet protrudes below the lower surface 2a of the mounting part 2. FIG.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 3, in the latching means 5, the protrusions 6 are formed in rows in the vertical direction on both sides in the width direction of the mounting portion 2. However, the number and the arrangement of the protrusions 6 can be set as appropriate.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 1, in the holder 10, the arm portion 7 extends from the base portion of the mounting portion 2 so as to rise obliquely upward, and the grip portion 4 is continuously formed at the upper end of the arm portion 7. ing. The grip portion 4 is at a high position away from the lower surface 2 a of the mounting portion 2, and the grip portion 4 is substantially parallel to the mounting portion 2.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 1, an example of the cleaning article 20 attached to the holding unit 10 includes a wiping sheet 21 in which almost the entire lower surface thereof is a wiping surface. The wiping sheet 21 is formed of a single nonwoven fabric, a laminate of a plurality of nonwoven fabrics, or a composite sheet in which the middle layer is a film and the upper and lower layers are nonwoven fabrics. The lower layer that forms the wiping surface of the wiping sheet 21 is preferably one that can exhibit an effect of collecting dust and dust by the appearance of some fibers on the surface, and is formed of, for example, a thermoplastic synthetic fiber. Or a nonwoven fabric containing thermoplastic synthetic fibers and regenerated cellulose fibers such as rayon, and a spunlace nonwoven fabric is particularly preferred.
[0027]
Moreover, the embossing is given to the nonwoven fabric which forms the said wiping sheet | seat 21, and the lower surface used as the wiping surface is preferably used as the uneven | corrugated shape. Further, the wiping sheet 21 may be one in which a large number of fibers and yarns are planted on the lower surface of the nonwoven fabric serving as a base material to form a wiping surface, or a tow surface is formed on the lower surface of the base material. The long fiber layer opened from (TOW) is laminated, and the long fiber layer and the substrate are partially welded. The long fiber layer appears on the wiping surface and collects dust and dirt. It may be one that exhibits a collecting effect.
[0028]
A holding material 23 is attached to the upper surface 21 a of the wiping sheet 21. The holding material 23 is formed of a sheet material such as a resin film formed of a thermoplastic (heat-fusible) synthetic fiber, or a nonwoven fabric containing the thermoplastic synthetic fiber, or a thermoplastic resin. ing.
[0029]
The holding material 23 is joined to the upper surface 21a of the wiping sheet 21 by three joining lines 24a, 24a, 24a extending in parallel in the vertical direction in the central region in the width direction. The edge part is joined to both edge parts of the wiping sheet 21 by joint lines 24b and 24b. When the wiping sheet 21 and the holding material 23 are heat-fusible, the joining lines 24a and 24b are heat-sealing lines. However, the wiping sheet 21 and the holding member 23 may be stitched or bonded at the joining lines 24a and 24b.
[0030]
And in the area | region pinched | interposed by the said 3 joining line 24a, the holding | maintenance clearance gaps 23a and 23a are formed between the upper surface 21a of the said wiping sheet | seat 21, and the said holding material 23. FIG. The holding gaps 23a and 23a are parallel to each other and extend in the vertical direction.
[0031]
However, the holding member 23 may be formed of a plurality of laterally extending strips having a predetermined width, and the strips may be attached at intervals in the longitudinal direction to form the retaining gaps 23a and 23a. .
[0032]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the longitudinal length L <b> 1 in the range where the holding gaps 23 a and 23 a are formed is shorter than the longitudinal length L <b> 0 of the wiping sheet 21. . As a result, at the base side of the wiping sheet 21, that is, at the portion where the latching means 5 of the holder 10 faces, the wiping sheet 21 protrudes by a length L2 from the holding gaps 23a and 23a, and the length In the range of the length L2, the nonwoven fabric (fiber sheet) forming the upper surface 21a of the wiping sheet 21 appears. In addition, a bulky air-through nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, fiber web, or the like may be partially laminated in the region of the length L2.
[0033]
Further, the wiping sheet 21 protrudes from the holding gaps 23a, 23a in the range of the length L3 on the front end side in the longitudinal direction of the wiping sheet 21, and the wiping sheet 21 also extends in the range of the length L3. A fiber sheet such as a nonwoven fabric forming the upper surface 21a appears. Therefore, the cleaning article 20 can be attached to the holder 10 from either the front or rear direction.
[0034]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when cleaning is performed, the insertion portions 3 and 3 are inserted into the holding gaps 23a and 23a. When the insertion portions 3 and 3 are inserted into the holding gaps 23a and 23a, the hooking means 5 provided on the base side of the lower surface of the mounting portion 2 of the holder 10 is wiped by the portion of the length L2 of the cleaning article 20. It faces the upper surface 21 a of the take-up sheet 21.
[0035]
In this state, the grip portion 4 is pushed downward by hand, and the cleaning article 20 is pressed against the cleaning surface 30 such as a floor surface by the mounting portion 2. At this time, the wiping sheet 21 is pressed against the cleaning surface 30 by the lower surface 2a of the portion where the insertion portions 3 and 3 of the mounting portion 2 are formed, and the wiping sheet 21 is compressed in the thickness direction.
[0036]
However, since the stepped surface 2b is provided on the base end portion side of the mounting portion 2, the amount of compression in the thickness direction of the wiping sheet 21 is small at the portion facing the stepped surface 2b, and the length L2 region. The wiping sheet 21 is in contact with the protrusion 6 of the latching means 5 in a state where the bulk is not completely crushed. In the region of the length L2, the wiping sheet 21 hits the protrusion 6 in a state where the wiping sheet 21 is not completely crushed. Therefore, the protrusion 6 is between fibers of a fiber sheet such as a nonwoven fabric forming the upper surface 21a of the wiping sheet 21. The cleaning article 20 can be reliably held by the latching means 5.
[0037]
When the cleaning article 20 is slid along the cleaning surface 30 while holding the grip portion 4, dust and dirt on the cleaning surface 30 are captured by the wiping surface on the lower surface of the wiping sheet 21. However, during this cleaning operation, the grip portion 4 held by the hand is continuously pressed in the direction of the cleaning surface 30, so that the hooking means 5 is always pressed against the upper surface 21 a of the wiping sheet 21. Therefore, the cleaning article 20 is kept firmly held by the latching means 5 even during cleaning, and the mounting portion 2 and the cleaning article 20 are not easily displaced. In particular, when the grip part 4 is pulled in the right direction in FIG. The cleaning article 20 can reliably follow the movement.
[0038]
In addition, since the protrusion 6 does not protrude below the lower surface 2a of the insertion portions 3 and 3 in the stepped surface 2b of the mounting portion 2, the protrusion 6 causes the base of the wiping sheet 21 to be excessive on the cleaning surface 30. Without being pressed, the wiping sheet 21 is pressed against the cleaning surface 30 mainly by the lower surface 2a of the insertion portions 3 and 3. Therefore, the wiping sheet 21 can be reliably pressed against the cleaning surface 30 by the insertion parts 3 and 3, and the wide area of the lower surface of the wiping sheet 21 can function effectively for cleaning.
[0039]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and subsequent figures, the arm portion 7 extends upward from the base portion of the mounting portion 2, and the grip portion 4 is continuous with the arm portion 7, so that the grip portion is sufficiently separated from the cleaning surface 30. The part 4 can be held by hand, and the grip part 4 is easily held. Moreover, it is easy to press the cleaning article 20 in the direction of the cleaning surface 30 while holding the grip portion 4.
[0040]
Further, when the cleaning article 20 is discarded or replaced, the length L2 portion of the wiping sheet 21 is peeled off from the mounting portion 2 so as to be bent downward, and the upper surface 21a of the wiping sheet 21 is latched. The hooked state with the means 5 can be easily released.
[0041]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a modification of the holder of the present invention. The holder 31 shown in FIG. 5 has a plate-shaped mounting portion 32 and a grip portion 33. The mounting portion 32 is not branched, and the tip portion is a single insertion portion.
[0042]
The cleaning article 40 has a wiping sheet 41 having a wiping surface on the lower surface, and a central portion in the width direction of the sheet-like holding material 42 on the upper surface of the wiping sheet 41 has two joining lines 43a and 43a. Is joined to the wiping sheet 41, and both edges of the holding material 42 are joined to the edge of the wiping sheet 41 by the joining lines 43 b and 43 b. A holding gap 42 a is formed between the wiping sheet 41 and the holding material 42 between the bonding line 43 a and the bonding line 43 a. However, the front end 42b of the holding gap 42a is closed, and the holding gap 42a has a bag shape.
[0043]
And the upper surface 41a of the wiping sheet 41 protrudes in front of the holding gap 42a, and when the mounting portion 32 of the holder 31 is inserted into the holding gap 42a, the base portion of the lower surface 32a of the mounting portion 32 The step surface 32 b formed on the step surface 32 and the latching means 35 provided on the step surface 32 b face the upper surface 41 a of the wiping sheet 41.
[0044]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, in the holder 10 having the same shape as the holder 10 shown in FIG. 1 or the holder 31 shown in FIG. 5, the latching means 45 is provided on the step surface 2b (32b). . The latching means 45 is provided with a number of protrusions 46. The protrusion 46 is formed integrally with the mounting portion, or a so-called latching fastener in which a large number of protrusions 46 protrude from the base sheet is bonded to the mounting portion 2 (32).
[0045]
The lower end of the protrusion 46 is deformed into a hook shape, and this hook-shaped portion is structured to be securely hooked to the fiber sheet portion of the cleaning article. In addition, in the case shown in FIG. 6, the hook-like portions at the lower ends of all the protrusions 46 are deformed so as to face rearward (direction in which the grip portion 4 is provided). Therefore, when the holder is pulled rearward to which the grip portion is directed, the projection 46 is securely hooked to the cleaning article, and the mounting portion 2 (32) is difficult to come out of the holding gap of the cleaning article. Become.
[0046]
That is, when the hook-shaped portion is formed at the tip of the protrusion of the hooking means, it is preferable that the hook-shaped portions of all the protrusions or the hook-shaped portions of at least some of the protrusions are directed rearward.
[0047]
7 to 8 show more preferable examples of the shape of the protrusion.
7A, 8A, and 8B are side views of the protrusion 56, and FIGS. 7B, 7C, and 7D are cross-sectional views of the protrusion 56 taken along line BB.
[0048]
As a preferable shape of the protrusion 56, the insertion portion 3 of the mounting portion 2 can be easily inserted into the holding gaps 23a, 23a of the cleaning article 20, and after the insertion, the cleaning article 20 is placed on the floor surface by the insertion portion 3. When the wiping operation is performed by pressing, it is preferable that the insertion portion 3 is not easily extracted from the holding gaps 23a and 23a. In addition, it is preferable that when the pressing force against the cleaning article 20 is removed, the insertion portion 3 can be easily pulled out and removed from the holding gaps 23a and 23a.
[0049]
First, in order to facilitate insertion into the holding gaps 23a, 23a, the front end surface 56a is formed such that the angle α formed by the front end surface 56a facing the front in the insertion direction of the projection 56 and the lower surface of the mounting portion 2 becomes an obtuse angle. Is preferably an inclined surface, and the angle β formed between the rear end surface 56b of the projection 56 and the lower surface of the mounting portion 2 is difficult to remove the insertion portion 3 from the holding gaps 23a, 23a during the wiping operation. Is preferably a right angle or an acute angle. However, the angle β is preferably a right angle so that the insertion portion 3 can be easily detached from the holding gaps 23a and 23a.
[0050]
Further, in order to facilitate the extraction of the insertion portion 3 from the holding gaps 23a, 23a, as shown in the cross-sectional views of FIGS. It is preferable that the inclined surfaces approach each other as they face, and furthermore, the lower end corners 56d and 56d of both side surfaces 56c shown in FIG. 7C and the lower ends of the side surfaces 56c and 56c shown in FIG. Both corners 56e preferably have a chamfer like an R shape.
[0051]
Also in the case shown in FIG. 7A, the insertion portion 3 can be easily extracted from the holding gaps 23a and 23a by chamfering the corners 56f and 56f at the lower ends of both side surfaces of the projection 56 with an R shape or the like.
[0052]
Further, when the projection 56 having the shape shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 is provided, it is not necessarily limited to the projection 56 provided on the lower surface of the base end of the mounting portion 2 as shown in FIGS. The projections 56 may be provided on both the distal end side and the proximal end side of the lower surface of the mounting portion 2, or the projections 56 may be provided on the distal end side, the proximal end side, and the intermediate portion.
[0053]
In addition, you may provide the protrusion of a latching means on the same surface as the lower surface of an insertion part, without providing a level | step difference surface in the mounting part lower surface of the said holder.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
The holder of the present invention described above can reliably hold the cleaning article, and is less likely to be displaced between the holder and the cleaning article during the cleaning operation.
