Abstract

The garment (9) has an outer impermeable layer (4), an inner permeable layer and a pad of absorbent material between, and a fastening system for fitting the upper ends of the garment round the wearer's waist. La présente invention concerne les systèmes d'attaches dénommés de manière classique attaches mécaniques , comportant une bande présentant en surface des éléments mâles , ayant notamment la forme de crochets, de harpons ou de têtes de clous et une autre bande présentant en surface des éléments femelles, ayant notamment la forme de boucles. When using the fastening tab 10, the operator grasps the two strips 12, 14 at the space 18, like a gripping tab, and thus opens the tab 10. He then applies said tab 10 in line with the strip 8 on which the male elements are arranged 7. There is interpenetration of the male elements 7 in the loops 5, as is well known in any mechanical fastening system. The closure on the side of the diaper 9 is therefore obtained and its reopening possible thanks to the fastening system of the invention comprising the fastening tab 10 and the male elements 7 disposed on the front part 6 of the diaper 9.

Claims

1. Hygienic article (9) of the diaper type, comprising an impermeable outer sheet (4), a permeable inner sheet, an absorbent mattress disposed between the two said sheets, and two fastening systems for closing the article around the waist of the user, each system comprising a fastening tab fixed laterally along an edge of the rear part of the outer sheet and at least one front element on the front part of the outer sheet, able to cooperate with said fastening tab, characterized in that, being a mechanical fastening system, the fastening tab (1) is provided with female elements (5), in particular of the loop type and the front element , of small width (e), is provided with male elements (7); and in that it comprises at least one reinforcing strip (8) which is fixed to the front part (6) of the outer sheet (4), in line with (or of) the front element (s) and on a width greater than this (or these) last (s).

2. Hygiene article according to claim 1, characterized in that the male fastening means (7) are attached to the reinforcing strip (8), the latter being fixed on the outer face of the outer sheet (4 ).

3. Hygiene article according to claim 1, characterized in that the front element is fixed on the external face of the external sheet and the reinforcing strip is fixed on the internal face of the external sheet.
