Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning article, and more particularly to a cleaning article having a handle insertion portion and capable of being attached by inserting the handle into the handle insertion portion.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cleaning article that has a handle insertion portion and can be attached by inserting the handle into the handle insertion portion is widely known. In this type of cleaning article, the width of the handle insertion portion may be partially narrowed so that the handle does not come off the cleaning article. In this cleaning article, the handle is difficult to insert and the handle is difficult to remove. On the other hand, if the width of the handle insertion portion is widened so that the handle can be easily inserted, the handle can be easily inserted, but the handle is easily detached. May occur.
In addition, the wiping material made of fiber covers the wiping surface portion of the handle base having the wiping surface portion and covers the edge portion in a bent state, and the wiping material forms a bag shape to form the handle insertion portion. There are cleaning items.

For example, in Patent Document 1, it is a wiping material made of a sheet-like fiber product having two cut rows in which a plurality of linear cuts are arranged in a row, and the cut row is defined with respect to the direction of the cut row. The direction of each cut line is an angle, and both ends of each cut line are located inward of the edge of the wiping material, and the wiping material forms a bag to form a handle insertion portion. A cleaning article in which is inserted is disclosed.

According to the cleaning article described in Patent Literature 1, in the portion covering the edge portion of the portion in contact with the wiping target portion of the wiping surface portion of the handle base in the fiber wiping material, each cut line is formed with respect to the edge portion. In the state of crossing and wiping the part to be cleaned, those cuts located on the edge side are slightly opened, and accumulated dust is held entangled in each opened opening, improving the efficiency of wiping and cleaning. Has been enhanced. However, there is no contrivance that it is easy to insert the handle and that the handle is difficult to come off during cleaning.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning article that facilitates insertion of a handle and that does not easily come off during cleaning.

The present invention is a cleaning article having a flat cylindrical handle insertion portion, which can be attached by inserting the handle into the handle insertion portion, and the handle insertion portion has two vertically long pieces. The sheet is formed by being bonded to each other at a plurality of joint portions that are separated from each other in the width direction of the sheet and extend in the longitudinal direction, and a cut is provided at a central portion between adjacent joint portions in at least one of the sheets. The object is achieved by providing a cleaning article.

According to the cleaning article of the present invention, it is easy to insert the handle and the handle is difficult to come off during cleaning.

Hereinafter, a preferred first embodiment of the cleaning article of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the cleaning article 10 of the present embodiment has a vertically long and flat shape as a whole, and has a pair of flat cylindrical handle insertion portions 15 and 15. The handle 20 can be attached by being inserted into the pair of handle insertion portions 15 and 15. The cleaning article 10 includes four identical fiber layers 11a, 11b, 11c, and 11d. The cleaning article 10 is provided with two identically shaped scraping sheets 12a and 12b.

In the cleaning article 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a handle is mounted between the fiber layer 11 b and the fiber layer 11 c, both of which are rectangular and are two vertically long sheets. Sheets 13a and 13b are provided. The longitudinal direction of the two grip mounting sheets 13 a and 13 b coincides with the longitudinal direction of the cleaning article 10. The lengths of the grip mounting sheets 13a and 13b are substantially the same as the lengths of the fiber layers 11a, 11b, 11c, and 11d. However, the widths of the grip mounting sheets 13a and 13b are narrower than the widths of the fiber layers 11a, 11b, 11c, and 11d.

In the cleaning article 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the pair of flat cylindrical handle insertion portions 15 and 15 includes two vertically long handle mounting sheets 13a and 13b, and the width of the sheet. The two joints 16a, 16b, and 16c that are separated in the direction and extend in the longitudinal direction are bonded to each other, and a plurality of central portions between adjacent joints in each of the two sheets 13a and 13b are provided. Linear cuts 17, 17... Are provided. Here, the central part between the adjacent joints is a region excluding both ends between the adjacent joints, and it is sufficient that at least this part has a cut, and naturally the entire surfaces of the sheets 13a and 13b. There may be a break in the surface.

The cleaning article 10 of this embodiment will be further described. As shown in FIG. 3, the pair of handle insertion portions 15 and 15 are formed between the front and rear end portions in the longitudinal direction of the handle mounting sheets 13a and 13b. Has been. Each of the pair of handle insertion portions 15 and 15 is in a state in which both sheets 13a and 13b overlap in the state where the article 10 is packaged, but when the handle 20 described later is inserted, both sheets 13a and 13b. As shown in FIG. 1, a cylindrical space is formed.
The cylindrical handle insertion portion 15 has openings at the longitudinal front and rear ends of the sheets 13a and 13b, and the handle 20 can be inserted into the handle insertion portion 15 from any of the openings. It has become. When cleaning with the cleaning article 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the handle 20 is used in a state of being inserted and fixed to the pair of handle insertion portions 15 and 15.

In the pair of handle insertion portions 15 and 15 in the cleaning article 10 of the present embodiment, the joint portion 16b positioned at the center in the width direction is a linear heat seal, and the longitudinal direction of the sheets 13a and 13b. It is formed between the front and rear end portions in the direction. The position of the joint portion 16b is also the central portion in the width direction of the handle mounting sheets 13a and 13b.
Further, two joint portions 16a and 16c (portions surrounded by dotted lines in FIG. 3) arranged on both sides of the joint portion 16b are respectively provided with embossed portions 18 by circular heat sealing, and the sheets 13a and 13b. Are formed at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. In each of the joint portions 16a and 16c, the two sheets 13a and 13b in the portion between the embossed portions 18 are not joined. Each of the two joint portions 16a and 16c is formed at a substantially equal distance in the width direction from the joint portion 16b.
Of the two grip mounting sheets 13a and 13b, the longitudinal front and rear end portions of the sheet 13a located on the upper side are folded upward as shown in FIGS. Both end portions of the folded portion are joined to the handle mounting sheet 13b located on the lower side by embossing by heat sealing.

As shown in FIG. 3, the pair of handle insertion portions 15, 15 in the cleaning article 10 of this embodiment has a plurality of longitudinal cuts 17, 17... Formed in parallel with the handle insertion direction. . The handle insertion direction in the present embodiment matches the longitudinal direction of the handle mounting sheets 13a and 13b. The plurality of cut lines 17, 17... Are provided on both sheets 13a, 13b, and since the respective cut lines 17, 17. It is formed with a pattern.

In each handle insertion portion 15, the plurality of cut lines 17, 17... Are arranged in a staggered pattern. More specifically, each handle insertion portion 15 has three rows in the width direction in which the cut lines 17 are arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. The three rows are arranged at equal intervals in the width direction. In two rows located on both sides in the width direction, the cut lines 17 are aligned in the width direction. In addition, each cut line 17 forming a row located at the center in the width direction is arranged so as not to overlap with each cut line forming a row located on both sides when viewed from the side. The side view is a state where the handle mounting sheets 13a and 13b are viewed from the side.

In the three rows arranged at equal intervals in the width direction of the sheets 13a and 13b, the interval is concrete from the viewpoint that the handle 20 is easily inserted into the handle insertion portion 15 and is difficult to be removed during cleaning. Specifically, it is preferably 2 to 15 mm. In the three rows, the lengths of the vertical cuts 17 are substantially the same. From the same viewpoint, specifically, the length is 1 to 10 mm, and particularly preferably 2 to 7 mm. . The intervals between the cuts 17 formed at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the row have the same length as the cuts 17.
The distance between the embossed portions 18 in the two joint portions 16 a and 16 c forming the pair of handle insertion portions 15 and 15 is not caught when the handle 20 is inserted into the handle insertion portion 15. From 5 to 35 mm, it is preferable.

The cleaning article 10 of the present embodiment will be further described. The fiber layers 11a, 11b, 11c, and 11d are formed by orienting fiber bundles with a predetermined thickness. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the fiber bundle is substantially oriented in the width direction of the cleaning article 10.
Between the fiber layer 11a and the fiber layer 11b which are adjacent fiber layers, a vertically long rectangular scraping sheet 12a is disposed. Similarly, a vertically long rectangular scraping sheet 12b is disposed between the fiber layer 11c and the fiber layer 11d. The two scraping sheets 12a and 12b have the same shape. Further, the longitudinal direction of the two scraping sheets 12 a and 12 b coincides with the longitudinal direction of the cleaning article 10.

Each of the fiber layers 11a to 11d, the two vertically long handle mounting sheets 13a and 13b, and the two scraping sheets 12a and 12b have a fiber orientation direction in each of the fiber layers 11a to 11d. 12a and 12b and the grip mounting sheets 13a and 13b are laminated so as to be substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the fiber layer, the handle mounting sheet, and the scraping sheet are joined over the longitudinal direction of the handle mounting sheet and the scraping sheet with their widthwise center portions aligned. The joining is performed along a linear joining line 14 having a predetermined width. The joining line 14 is formed in the center in the width direction of the fiber layer, the handle mounting sheet, and the scraping sheet. A joining line is formed by well-known joining means, such as heat sealing | fusion and adhesion | attachment by an adhesive agent, for example. In the case where all of the fiber layer, the handle mounting sheet, and the scraping sheet are made of a heat-fusible material, it is easy to form the joining line 14 by heat-sealing. In this case, it is preferable that the joint portion 16 b forming the pair of handle insertion portions 15 and 15 is provided together with the formation of the joint line 14.
Also, the fiber layer 11b, the grip mounting sheets 13a, 13b, and the fiber layer 11c are fused to the embossed portions 18, 18 ... forming the joint portions 16a, 16c in the cleaning article 10. On the other hand, it is preferable from the viewpoint of providing rigidity while ensuring flexibility.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the handle 20 includes a gripping portion 21 and insertion portions 22, 22 branched into two branches from the tip of the gripping portion. The grip portion 21 and the insertion portion 22 form a predetermined angle. The insertion portion 22 has an elongated flat plate shape. Since the insertion portion 22 has such a shape, flexibility is imparted to the insertion portion 22. This is advantageous from the viewpoint of increasing the dust removal efficiency because the cleaning article 10 can easily follow the surface to be cleaned when the surface to be cleaned having a curved surface or unevenness is cleaned. Each insertion portion 22 is inserted into a handle insertion portion 15 formed by two handle mounting sheets 13a and 13b. A hook portion 23 having a shorter length than the insertion portion 22 is provided between the insertion portions 22 and 22. The hook portion 23 has its tip turned upward at a predetermined angle. The hook portion 23 has a function of making it difficult for the insertion portion 22 to come out of the cleaning article 10 by engaging the cleaning article 10 with the insertion portion 22 inserted into the handle insertion portion 15.

In the cleaning article 10 of the present invention described above, the width of each handle insertion portion 15 is the same as the width of each insertion portion 22 of the handle 20 from the viewpoint that the handle 20 can be easily put into the cleaning article and not easily detached during cleaning. It is preferable that the lengths are substantially the same. In a state where each insertion portion 22 is inserted into each of the pair of handle insertion portions 15, 15, the handle insertion portion 15 extends in the width direction by an amount corresponding to the thickness of the insertion portion 22, and tightens the insertion portion 22. ing.
The preferable elongation in the width direction of the handle insertion portion 15 provided with the cuts 17 varies depending on the thickness of the insertion portion 22. Since the thickness of the insertion portion 22 of the normal handle 20 is 1 to 7 mm and the width of the insertion portion 22 is 5 to 25 mm, the elongation in the width direction of the handle insertion portion 15 is determined by the handle 20 as a cleaning article. It is preferably 1.0 to 8.0% from the viewpoint of easy insertion and difficulty in removal during cleaning. This elongation can be adjusted by a combination of the shape and arrangement pattern of the cuts and the elongation in the width direction of the forming material of the grip mounting sheets 13a and 13b. A method for measuring the elongation will be described later.
The width of the handle insertion portion 15 is the width of the inner edge in the width direction of the circular embossed portion 18 forming the joint portion 16a and the width of the joint portion 16b in a state in which the two grip mounting sheets 13a and 13b overlap. It is the distance measured along the width direction of the grip mounting sheets 13a and 13b between the outer edges in the direction. The same applies to the portion between the joint portion 16c and the joint portion 16b.

The members constituting the cleaning article 10 according to the present embodiment will be described. As a material for forming the grip mounting sheets 13a and 13b, a fiber sheet such as a nonwoven fabric used in conventional cleaning articles can be used. . In particular, an air-through nonwoven fabric or a spunbonded nonwoven fabric is preferable.
Moreover, as a fiber which comprises each fiber layer 11a-11d, it is preferable from the point of the detangling property that the fiber length uses 30-150 mm, especially 50-120 mm. In the present embodiment, fibers having such a fiber length are used in a fiber bundle (tow) state. In that case, it is preferable to sufficiently open the fibers using a known opening device.

According to the cleaning article 10 of the present invention described above, when the tips of the insertion portions 22 of the handle 20 are inserted into the cylindrical handle insertion portions 15, the cuts 17 are sequentially opened, and the handle insertion portions are opened. The handle 20 is partially widened so that the handle 20 can be easily inserted. Further, since the plurality of vertically long cuts 17, 17... Are arranged in a staggered pattern in the longitudinal direction of each handle insertion portion 15, the handle 20 can be easily inserted over the entire longitudinal direction of the handle insertion portion 15. Has been made.
On the other hand, in a state where each insertion portion 22 of the handle 20 is entirely inserted into the handle insertion portion 15, each insertion portion 22 is tightened by the cylindrical handle insertion portion 15 over its longitudinal direction, and during cleaning, The handle 20 is not easily detached from the pair of handle insertion portions 15 and 15. Furthermore, the following explanation can be given as a reason why the handle 20 is difficult to be detached from the handle insertion portion 15. (1) Each of the plate-like insertion portions 22 is in surface contact with the handle mounting sheets 13a, 13b formed with the plurality of vertically long cuts 17, 17 ... forming the handle insertion portion 15, The static friction coefficient should be larger than the dynamic friction coefficient when the handle 20 is inserted. (2) The hook portion 23 is engaged with the cleaning article 10.

Next, the cleaning article 10 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the present embodiment, the joining line 14 is formed so as not to join the two grip mounting sheets 13a and 13b.

According to this embodiment, the same effect as the first embodiment can be obtained. Further, in the case where the insertion portion of the handle 20 has an integral shape that is not branched into two, the rigidity of the insertion portion is enhanced by the handle 20, so that the corner or wall between the furniture and the furniture The operability is improved when cleaning the gap or the like, or when scraping and removing dust stuck to the surface to be cleaned.

The cleaning article of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the handle insertion portion in each embodiment of the cleaning article of the present invention, a linear cut is provided, but a wide cut (slit) may be used.
Further, in each embodiment, the cut is provided in each of the two grip mounting sheets, but it may be provided in at least one of the sheets.
Further, the handle insertion portion in each embodiment has a longitudinal linear cut formed in parallel to the handle insertion direction, but the cut and a transverse cut in a direction perpendicular to the cut. It may have a cross-shaped cut consisting of
The description omitted in one embodiment described above and the requirements of only one embodiment can be applied to other embodiments as appropriate, and the requirements in each embodiment can be appropriately changed between the embodiments. Can be substituted.
Moreover, the cleaning article of the present invention may fluff the fibers of each fiber layer. When the entire fibers of each fiber layer are fluffed, the overall shape of the present article becomes a columnar shape, the area of the end of the fiber layer is increased, and the collection effect is enhanced.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be further described using examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to such examples.

[Example 1]
The cleaning article shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 was produced. As each of the fiber layers 11a to 11d, a core-sheath type heat-fusible conjugate fiber having a fiber length of 80 mm was used. This composite fiber had a thickness of 2.2 dtex having a core made of polyethylene terephthalate and a sheath made of polyethylene. The basis weight of each of the fiber layers 11a to 11d was 250 g / m 2 . Each of the fiber layers 11a to 11d was obtained by opening the fiber bundle (tow) of the composite fiber with a fiber opening device.

A handle insertion part having the cut shape and arrangement pattern shown in FIG. As the handle mounting sheets 13a and 13b, air-through nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 40 g / m 2 was used. The constituent fiber was a core-sheath type heat-fusible conjugate fiber (3.3 dtex × 51 mm) having a core made of polyethylene terephthalate and a sheath made of polyethylene. The sheet size was 60 mm × 140 mm. The MD direction of the nonwoven fabric was matched with the longitudinal direction of the sheet.
Two identical handle mounting sheets were bonded to each other at two joints extending in the longitudinal direction to form a cylindrical handle insertion portion. Each joint portion was formed by providing circular embosses at intervals of 25 mm in the longitudinal direction. The interval in the width direction of each joint was 32 mm.
Next, a vertically long cut was formed in the handle insertion part. Each cut has a length of 5 mm and is provided in parallel to the handle insertion direction. Three rows were formed at equal intervals in the sheet width direction. The interval in the sheet width direction of each row was 10 mm. The space | interval of the sheet | seat longitudinal direction of the cut | interruption in each row | line was 5 mm. Each row was arranged so that the cuts in each row were aligned in the sheet width direction. The plurality of cut lines were formed in the same pattern on the back side because the two sheets were formed in a state of being overlapped.

As the scraping sheets 12a and 12b, the same nonwoven fabric as the handle mounting sheets 13a and 13b was used. The size of this sheet was 80 mm × 140 mm.

These members were laminated as shown in the exploded perspective view shown in FIG. 2 and heat-sealed by the joining line 14 at the center in the width direction. In this example, the joining line 14 was formed so as not to join the two grip mounting sheets. Thus, the cleaning article of the first example was obtained.

[Evaluation 1: Ease of inserting and removing the handle]
Using the cleaning articles of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 described above, 10 measurers insert a handle into the handle insertion portion, perform a cleaning operation using the cleaning article, and insert the handle. The ease of removal and the difficulty of detaching the handle during cleaning were evaluated according to the following four levels. As the handle, an integral shape in which the insertion portion is not branched into two forks was used. The insertion portion had a width of 32 mm, a length of 120 mm, and a thickness of 3 mm. As cleaning operations using the cleaning article, cleaning of a television and video, cleaning of a keyboard for a personal computer, and cleaning of a gap (width 20 mm, depth 200 mm) between the furniture and the wall were performed. The results are shown in Table 1.
<Ease of insertion>
Easy to insert.
○ Easy to insert.
Δ: Hard to insert.
It is very difficult to insert.
<Difficult to come off during cleaning>
It is very difficult to come off.
It is hard to come off.
Δ: Easily detached.
X: Very easy to come off.

As is apparent from the results shown in Table 1, it can be seen that the handle insertion portion of the cleaning article of this example is easy to insert into the handle insertion portion of the comparative example and is difficult to come off during cleaning. In particular, the handle insertion part of Example 3 and Example 4 is excellent.

Figure 0004549250
Figure 0004549250

[Evaluation 2: Elongation]
Using the handle insertion pieces of Examples 5 to 8 and Comparative Examples 3 and 4 described above, the elongation was evaluated. Evaluation of the elongation was performed as follows.
The evaluation of the elongation was carried out by gripping the portion having the cut of the handle insertion piece with a tensile tester (manufactured by Shimadzu Corp., AG-IS MO type) at a chuck interval of 100 mm and pulling it at a rate of 100 mm / min. The number of displacements at a point where a load of 1 kgf was applied was recorded as 0.1 kgf elongation.
The results are shown in Table 2. In Table 2, a horizontally long cut along the sheet width direction is described as one character.

As is clear from the results shown in Table 2, it can be seen that the handle insertion piece of the present example is superior in elongation to the handle insertion piece of the comparative example in each of the MD direction and the CD direction. This is thought to be because the substantial length of the handle insertion piece extends as each cut opens in the longitudinal direction of the handle insertion piece. In particular, in the CD direction of the nonwoven fabric, the elongation of the handle insertion piece in this example is excellent.
