Description
前記混合部材は内部通路を有し、内部通路は冷却流体源と流体連通関係にあり、混合部材は冷却流体により冷却されるように構成され、また、前記渦減少流体案内コンポーネントは、前記内部通路内に位置する流れ分配部材を有し、この流れ分配部材は前記混合部材に亘って冷却流体を分配するように構成され、さらに、前記流れ分配部材は、冷却流体を前記混合部材の選択領域に分配するように穿孔されていることを特徴とする。
本発明の好適な実施態様において、前記コンポーネントの流れ分配部材は、冷却流体を混合部材の選択部分に分配して混合部材内の重要な領域が温度分布に従って効率良く冷却されるようにする穿孔されたインピンジメントパネルまたは部材を有する。
Claims (15)
- 渦を減少させる流体案内コンポーネントであって、
基部と、
前方端縁部と、第1の側面部及び第2の側面部とを有し、前記基部から延びる本体部分と、
前記基部と前方端縁部の間に位置し、流体の流れを加速させる偏向領域を有する混合部材と、
前記混合部材と前方端縁部の間に位置し、冷却流体源と流体連通関係にされ、前方端縁部、基部及び混合部材と境界を接する冷却チャンネルとより成り、
前記混合部材は基部と前方端縁部の間の界面に隣接して形成される馬蹄形渦の破壊に有効であり、前記冷却チャンネルは前方端縁部と基部の間の界面及び基部と前記本体部分の側面部の間の界面を選択的に冷却する渦減少流体案内コンポーネントにおいて、
前記混合部材は内部通路を有し、この内部通路は冷却流体源と流体連通関係にあり、混合部材は冷却流体により冷却されるように構成され、
また、前記渦減少流体案内コンポーネントは、前記内部通路内に位置する流れ分配部材を有し、この流れ分配部材は前記混合部材に亘って冷却流体を分配するように構成され、
さらに、前記流れ分配部材は、冷却流体を前記混合部材の選択領域に分配するように穿孔されていることを特徴とする渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。 - 前記冷却チャンネルは、本体部分に位置する冷却流体出口を介して流れる冷却流体により冷却を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 前記冷却流体出口は前方端縁部に位置することを特徴とする請求項2の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 混合部材はさらに前方端縁部から離隔したブレース領域を有することを特徴とする請求項2の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 前記冷却チャンネルは冷却流体の流れ方向で狭くなり、前方端縁部との冷却流体の広範な接触を増加させるのに有効であることを特徴とする請求項4の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 前記冷却チャンネルは冷却流体の流れ方向で広くなり、前方端縁部との冷却流体の広範な接触を妨げるのに有効であることを特徴とする請求項4の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 前記基部は冷却流体を混合部材の内部通路に送り込むための冷却流体導管を有し、前記混合部材は基部を介して流れる冷却流体により冷却されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 混合部材の内部通路は冷却チャンネルと流体連通関係にあり、冷却チャンネルは内部通路を介して流れる冷却流体により冷却を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 前記選択領域は内部通路の上流領域であることを特徴とする請求項1の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 前記選択領域は内部通路の下流領域であることを特徴とする請求項1の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 混合部材はさらに、前方端縁部から離隔したブレース領域を有することを特徴とする請求項1の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 前記冷却チャンネルは冷却流体の流れ方向で狭くなり、前方端縁部との冷却流体の広範な接触を増加させるのに有効であることを特徴とする請求項11の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 前記冷却チャンネルは冷却流体の流れ方向で広くなり、前方端縁部との冷却流体の広範な接触を妨げるのに有効であることを特徴とする請求項11の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 前記選択領域は内部通路の上流領域であることを特徴とする請求項1の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
- 前記選択領域は内部通路の下流領域であることを特徴とする請求項1の渦減少流体案内コンポーネント。
