Description
図2は装炭車の炉幅方向の断面図であり、1はコークス炉の窯、2は各窯1の上部に形成されたn個の装炭口、3は発生したコークス炉ガスを吸引する上昇管である。この実施形態では各窯に5個の装炭口2が形成されている。装炭車4は装炭口2と同数の給炭ホッパー5を備えている。また各給炭ホッパー5は、採炭ホッパー6とテーブルフィーダー7とダンパー8とをそれぞれ備えており、採炭ホッパー6からテーブルフィーダー7により石炭を送り、各給炭ホッパー5から装炭口2に装炭することは従来と同様である。

Claims (3)
- 多数の窯からなるコークス炉の一つの窯上に装炭車を停止させ、その窯の炉幅方向にn個配置された装炭口のそれぞれにつき装炭車の各給炭ホッパーから装炭を行ったうえ、装炭車の各給炭ホッパーの上部に設置されたマイクロ波式のレベル測定装置を用いて装炭レベルを測定して予め各装炭口について設定された装炭レベルとの差異から各装炭口の追加装炭量を演算・記憶し、装炭車を次の窯に移動させたときに次の窯の各装炭口ごとに追加装炭量相当分を補正した装炭を行うことを特徴とするコークス炉の装炭レベル制御方法。
- 装炭レベルを測定した窯については追加装炭を行うことなく装炭車を次の窯に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコークス炉の装炭レベル制御方法。
- 装炭レベルを測定した窯について追加装炭を行ったうえ、装炭車を次の窯に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコークス炉の装炭レベル制御方法。
