Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plug window structure for a vehicle, and is used, for example, in a side window of a driver's cab, a conductor's cab, and a passenger cabin in a railway vehicle.
[0002]
In the case of a normal vehicle other than a high-speed vehicle, the side windows of the driver's cab and the conductor's compartment can be opened and closed for safety confirmation, business communication, or customer interaction. The side windows of the guest rooms can be opened and closed for ventilation.
[0003]
For the opening and closing of the window, conventionally, a crossing type window structure as shown in FIG. 5 and a sliding door type window structure as shown in FIG. 6 are adopted.
[0004]
In the window structure of FIG. 5, the window opening a can be opened and closed by the difference between the two window plates b and c as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B. Like that. Of course, the two window plates b and c are overlapped and moved to the central portion of the window opening a, so that both sides are opened. It is also used to open and close the left and right halves instead of the top and bottom.
[0005]
In the window structure of FIG. 6, one window plate d opens and closes the window opening a by entering and exiting the door pocket e as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b).
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the window structure of FIG. 5, when the window opening a is closed, a step is formed in the two window plates b and c, so that it becomes difficult to match a recent vehicle where design simplification is progressing. Yes. The window structure of FIG. 6 can cope with simplification of the design, but since it is necessary to provide a door pocket on the vehicle, the structure is complicated and expensive, and is easily bulky.
[0007]
The object of the present invention is to provide a plug window structure for a railway vehicle that is a simple crossing type structure that does not require a door pocket, and that can be simplified so that two window plates are closed so that they are flush with each other. It is to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the window opening of a railway vehicle has two window plates that open and close the window opening due to a difference in the vertical direction of each other, and one of the window plates is a window opening in the crossing direction. thickness as was placed on the lower end side, arranged in the other of the window pane window opening stationary the window plate above was placed in the semi-opening on said stationary and window plate that is not blocked by the window plate and on the same plane In a plug window structure for a railway vehicle that has a plug window plate that fits in the direction and closes the half opening thereof, a guide roller provided at two locations in the direction of pulling the plug window plate away from the stationary window plate, and a plug The two places so that the window plate is moved between a pull-out position where the window plate is pulled out from the fitting position in the thickness direction and an open position where the half-opening is opened overlapping the stationary window plate on the pull-out position side. Straight to guide the guide roller And the two guides branched from the straight guide portion so that the guide portion and the plug window plate are moved between the fitting position and the drawing position drawn from the fitting position in the thickness direction. A guide member having a branch guide portion for individually guiding the rollers, and the branch guide portion passes through a lifting position for lifting the plug window plate higher than the insertion position and the pull-out position. The main feature is that it has a shape turned in an inverted U shape .
[0009]
In such a configuration, when one of the two window plates that open and close the window opening in a crossing manner is placed on the one end side of the window opening, the other plug window plate is guided by the guide member. The half-opening that is not closed by the window plate that fits in the thickness direction in a state aligned with the stationary window plate and can be moved to the closed position to close it, so that the entire window opening can be moved Two window plates can be closed without any step as in the case of one window plate, and it is possible to cope with simplification of recent designs. Moreover, according to the guide for the guide roller provided at two places of the plug window plate by the guide member having the straight guide portion and the branch guide portion, the stationary position is passed through the position pulled out from the fitting position in the thickness direction. It is possible to open the inner half opening of the window plate where the window opening is fixed without using the door pocket structure, and the structure is simpler than that which requires a door pocket. It is cheaper and less bulky. In addition, the plug window plate does not inadvertently climb over the lifting position between the insertion position and the pull-out position, and is always safe because the state changes only with the manual mechanism or the operation of the automatic mechanism by human operation. It is.
[0010]
Further objects and features of the invention will become apparent from the detailed description and drawings set forth below.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the plug window plate is fitted into the half opening of the window opening without a stationary window plate in the thickness direction by guiding by the guide member common to the two guide rollers. By using the plug action with drawers, the entire window opening can be closed with two window plates without any step as with one window plate, which can support the simplification of recent designs. It is possible to open the half-opening without the window plate where the window opening is fixed without crossing the door, and the structure is simpler and cheaper than those that require the door, and it is hard to be bulky. . Further, the plug window plate is stable at the fitting position, and it is safe without accidentally overriding the lifting position between the fitting position and the pulling position.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a typical embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings together with the examples.
[0013]
This embodiment shows a case where the present invention is applied to a driver's cab, conductor's cabin, and cabin window provided on a side structure of a railway vehicle. However, according to suitability, this embodiment may be provided in any part of any vehicle. Good. As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) to 1 (c), the basic structure is shown for each opening / closing stage, so that the two window plates 1 and 2 are moved up and down to open and close the window opening 3. is there. However, it can be opened and closed left and right.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C, one window plate 1 is placed on one end side of the window opening 3 in the crossing direction, in this embodiment, on the lower end side. One example is fixed. The other window plate 2 is arranged on the same plane as the window plate 1 placed in the half opening 3a not covered by the window plate 1 placed in the window opening 3 as shown in FIG. The plug window plate is fitted in the thickness direction and closes the half opening 3a. In addition to this, the plug window plate 2 passes through the fitting position G1, and the fixed window through the drawing position G2 drawn from the fitting position G1 in the thickness direction as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1 (c), a guide member 4 is provided on the plate 1 so as to be overlapped on the drawing position G2 side and guided so as to move between the opening position G3 and the half opening 3a.
[0015]
As an example, the guide member 4 is provided at both side positions of the path along which the plug window plate 2 moves, in this embodiment, at the left and right positions, and as an example provided on the surface of the plug window plate 2 facing each guide member 4. The guide roller 5 is fitted as a guide rail for guiding the Bragg window plate 2 and has a groove structure. However, various guide methods and guide structures can be employed as long as they can guide the plug window plate 2 so as to give a predetermined movement.
[0016]
When the window plate 1, which is one of the two window plates 1 and 2 that open and close the window opening 3 by crossing each other, is placed on the one end side of the window opening 3 as shown in FIG. The other plug window plate 2 is guided by a guide member 4 so that the plug window plate 2 is substantially flush with the stationary window plate 1 in the half opening 3a that is not blocked by the stationary window plate 1. 1 can be moved to the closing position G1 shown in FIG. 1A so that the entire window opening 3 can be moved to a single window with two window plates 1 and 2. It can be closed without steps as in the case of a board, and it can cope with the simplification of recent designs.
[0017]
Moreover, with respect to the stationary window plate 1 via the pull-out position G2 shown in FIG. 1 (b) pulled out from the fitting position G1 by the plug operation in the thickness direction according to the guide of the guide member 4, As shown in FIG. 1 (c), the window opening 3 can be opened at the half opening 3a without using a door pocket structure, and a door pocket is required. Compared to things, the structure is simple and inexpensive, and it is difficult to bulk.
[0018]
One more specific example of this embodiment is shown in FIGS. Explaining this, the window plates 1 and 2 are made of glass, and a frame member 6 such as a metal sash is fitted around as shown in FIG. Guide rollers 5 are provided at two positions in the vertical direction on the left and right vertical frame portions 6a and 6a on the outer peripheral surface of the frame member 6 of the window plate 2, respectively.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the guide member 4 is provided by being slightly recessed or fitted in the vertical direction edge 3b on both the left and right sides of the inner peripheral surface of the window opening 3 so as to be flush with the plug window plate 2. The plug window plate 2 is plugged in the thickness direction between the straight guide portion 4a that moves up and down almost the entire height range of the window opening 3 at the pull-out position G2 and the pull-out position G2 and the fitting position G1. A pair of upper and lower branch guide portions 4b for guiding in the thickness direction is provided. The branch guide portion 4b stabilizes the plug window plate 2 at the fitting position G1, and makes the fitting position G1 so that the plug window plate 2 can be brought into a flush state on the fixed window plate 1 without difficulty and pulled out from that state. The plug window plate 2 is turned upside down via a lifting position G4 that lifts the plug window plate 2 slightly higher than the pull-out position G2, and the plug window plate 2 has a shape as shown by an arrow F in FIG. Give movement. This also ensures that the plug window plate 2 does not inadvertently climb over the lifting position G4, and is always safe because the state changes only with the manual mechanism or the operation of an automatic mechanism by human operation. is there.
[0020]
A manual opening / closing operation may be performed by providing a handle 21 as indicated by a virtual line in FIG. In order to prevent a sudden or inadvertent drop due to the weight of the plug window plate 2 when manually operating, an appropriate damper or balancer may be used.
[0021]
In addition, in the unlikely event, stoppers 20 are provided at the left and right positions of the lower edge 3c of the window opening 3 to buffer the plug window plate 2 at the lowest position, or to prevent excessive downward movement. The window structure is safe and people are safe. The automatic opening / closing mechanism is not specifically shown here.
[0022]
In the present embodiment, the drawer position G2 side is on the vehicle exterior side, but is not limited thereto. A metal draining rubber frame 22 having a gate shape facing the upper side and the left and right sides of the plug window plate 2 is provided at the inner rim of the window opening 3 and a rubber seal 23 is provided on the outer surface facing the plug window plate 2. When the plug window plate 2 is moved and closed to the fitting position G1, the rubber seal 23 is inserted by its own weight by the guide of the branch guide portion 5b for positioning the guide roller 5 at that time. These are sealed to each other so that rain water, washing water and the like do not enter the vehicle. Between the plug window plate 2 and the fixed window plate 1, a facing portion 6 c is provided between the two lateral frame portions 6 b that are butted against each other, and a surface that faces the butting direction of the window plates 1 and 2 on the inside thereof. A rubber seal 24 provided on one or both of 6d, or in the present embodiment, seals between the facing surfaces 6d, and rainwater, washing water, etc. enter between the window plates 1 and 2. There is no such thing.
[0023]
Each of (a), (c), (e), and (f) of FIG. 4 shows an appropriate operation state of the opening / closing operation of the plug window plate 2 in the window structure of this embodiment. Here, the movement of the plug window plate 2 between (a) and (c) of FIG. 4 may be inclined as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 4 (b). This is prevented by contacting the rubber frame 22. Further, since the movement of the plug window plate 2 between (c) and (e) in FIG. 4 tends to be inclined as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 4 (d), the stopper 25 prevents this. Is provided on the draining rubber frame 22.
