(Prior Art) There are two types of vehicle roof window devices called sunroofs: one in which a cover body for opening and closing the roof window opening is tilted down from the window opening closing position and then moved backward; In addition to the movement, there is a model that tilts the cover body up from the window opening closed position, and each model has a ventilation hole formed below the window opening, which can be opened and closed with the lid member. ing. The vehicle is configured to be substantially ventilated by opening both the cover body and the lid member.

It is of course necessary that the vent cover member can be manually opened and closed, but when opening the cover body, the cover member must also be opened, so the opening operation of the cover member is linked to the opening operation of the cover body. It is preferable.

However, with the above-mentioned model that involves tilting the cover body, it is necessary to ventilate with the cover body in the tilting position, and when the cover body is tilting up, the cover body and lid must be Because the movement directions of the members are different, it is difficult to open the lid member simply by providing an engagement member on the cover body, and even if a drive cable is used, it is difficult to open the lid member when moving the cover body backward. It is difficult to use the vent cover member because it is opposite to the moving direction of the drive cable, and therefore, in the past, it has not been practiced to open the vent cover member when the cover body is tilted up.

(Means for Solving the Problem) A specific configuration for solving the problem in the present invention is to form a window opening on the roof of the vehicle that is opened and closed by a cover body, and to provide a pair of window openings on the left and right sides of the window opening. A guide rail is arranged, and a slide member is provided on the guide rail to be slid in the front-rear direction by one end side of a drive cable, both ends of which are oriented in the same front-rear direction, and a slide member is provided between the slide member and the cover body. The forward movement of the slide member causes the cover body to tilt up from the window opening closed position, centering on the front part, and the backward movement of the slide member causes the cover body to tilt down from the window opening closed position. In a roof window device for a vehicle, a roof window device for a vehicle is provided with a tilt mechanism for moving rearward along with the window opening, a ventilation hole is formed below the window opening, and the ventilation hole is equipped with a lid member that can be opened and closed manually. Interlocking means is provided between the cover member and the other end to open the cover member by movement of the drive cable in the tilting direction of the cover body.

The main slide members 11 and 12 are driven by the motor 26 via the interlocking mechanism 27 and the drive cable 28 to slide in the front and back direction with respect to the main guide rail 7, and the cover body 5 is closed. From the time when the main slide member 11,1 is located in the position

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, a plurality of sub-slide members 30 are provided on each of the left and right sides of the sunshade 6, and these sub-slide members 30 are fitted onto the sub-guide rail 8. As a result, the sunshade 6 is provided on the sub-guide rail 8 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction.

At the same time, the free end of each drive cable 28 moves rearward, pushes the frontmost sub-slide member 30 on each side of the sunshade 6 rearward, and moves the sunshade 6 rearward.
As shown in FIG. 6, the opening 3 is slightly opened. Opening portion 50 of this slightly open opening 3
is used as a ventilation port, the front part of the sunshade 6 is used as a lid member for opening and closing the ventilation port 50, the sub-slide member 30 is used as an interlocking means, and a ventilation mechanism is constituted by these and the drive cable 28 etc. . still,
The rearward movement of the free end of each drive cable 28 is about 40 mm, and the rearward movement of the sunshade 6 is about 35 mm.

As mentioned above, even when the sunshade 6 is in the closed position, simply by tilting up the cover body 5, the sunshade 6 is opened a little at the same time, making it possible to ventilate the inside of the vehicle. There is no need for a separate operation, which is extremely convenient, and since the opening 3 is only slightly opened, the cover body 5 is a transparent plate or semi-transparent plate that allows sunlight to pass through the cover 5. Even in strong sunlight, sunlight on the inside of the vehicle is not a problem.

Furthermore, when the cover body 5 is in the tilted position, the free end of each drive cable 28 becomes an obstacle, making it impossible to manually operate the sunshade 6 to the closed position. You can know that it is in the raised position,
It is also possible to notify that the cover body 5 has forgotten to close the window opening 2.

According to the second embodiment configured as described above, the lid member 32 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the sunshade 6 by the return bullet 42 in the closed position. If the cover body 5 is tilted up from the time when the cover body 5 and sunshade 6 are in the closed position, the actuating part 38 by the free end of the drive cable 28 is pushed, and the interlocking lever 36 is rotated. It will be done. Due to this rotation, the interlocking link 35 moves to the front side, and each lid member 32 rotates to the open position as shown by the imaginary line in FIG.
Ventilation of the interior of the vehicle via the window opening 2 becomes possible.

FIG. 14 shows a ventilation mechanism according to a third embodiment of the present invention, in which a lid member 32 is formed into a single plate shape, and is fitted into guide grooves 44 on both sides of the sunshade 6 so as to be slidable in the front and back direction. ing. In the lid member 32, closing portions 45 that close the ventilation port 31 and communication ports 46 that communicate with the ventilation port 31 are arranged in parallel in the front and rear direction alternately.
By sliding the lid member 32 in the front-rear direction, the ventilation opening 31
is opened and closed by the lid member 32. An actuating part 38 is provided at the front end of the interlocking link 35 arranged forward from the lid member 32, and the ends of the drive cables 28, 39 are opposed to the actuating part 38, as in the second embodiment. . 47 is a stopper for the lid member 32.

(Effect of the invention) According to the invention detailed above, the roof window device not only moves the cover body backward after tilting it down from the window opening closing position, but also tilting it up from the window opening closing position. Even if the window opening is opened, the lid member that closes the ventilation opening below the window opening can be opened in conjunction with the tilting movement of the cover body, and This operation of opening the lid member is performed via the interlocking means by the other end of the drive cable, which has both ends facing in the same direction and which operates in the opposite direction to the one end that drives the cover.
Even if the opening direction of the lid member is different from the tilting direction of the cover body, the opening operation can be performed using the drive cable, and the other end of the drive cable, which conventionally was idle without doing any work, can be used effectively. ,
The interlocking means can be placed away from the slider member, tilt mechanism, and one end of the drive cable that drive the cover body, increasing the degree of freedom in design. If it is located, the lid member is opened and cannot be closed, so that it is possible to notify that the cover member has forgotten to close when the lid member is closed.
