Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a two-family house consisting of two or more multi-story floors in which a residential section on one household side and a residential partition on the other household side are each composed of multi-story floors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the conventional two-family house, the residential section on the one household side and the residential section on the other household side are almost completely separated. For this reason, residents in both households can interact with each other in the residential area of the other household from the entrance provided separately in the other household's residential area after going out through the entrance of their own residential area. The most common style is intrusion.
[0003]
Of the bulkheads that separate the residential compartments of both households, there are two-family houses that have doors, etc., on the bulkhead facing the corridor so that they can enter the residential compartment of the other household without going outside. If there is such a door on the first floor, you cannot go directly from the second floor of your own living block to the second floor of the other household's living block. It is necessary to go through the first floor of its own living block and the first floor of the other household.
[0004]
In addition, if there are such doors on the second floor, you cannot go directly from the first floor of your living area to the first floor of the other household, even if you are next to each other. You will have to go through the second floor of the section and the second floor of the other household's living section.
[0005]
Of course, such inconvenience will be eliminated if doors such as those mentioned above are provided on the first and second floors, but it is not possible to secure a reasonable flow line taking into account the behavior of both residents in their homes and their convenience. It is difficult, and the degree of freedom in the layout of a two-family house is restricted and the structure of the building is complicated.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention provides, in a two-family house consisting of multiple floors, a flow line between the upper floor and the lower floor in each household and a flow line for moving between the two households. The main purpose is to ensure the space efficiently between the residential area on the household side and the residential area on the other household side without incurring the complexity of the structure of the building.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
