Description
Claims (12)
- 本体(7)に対して部材(23)を移動させるように適応した変位制御装置(1)であって、該変位制御装置は、前記部材と機械的に直列に配置された緊急アクチュエータ(8)及び駆動手段(2,3)を含み、該アクチュエータは、ハウジング(16)と、前記ハウジング及び前記部材の間で作動可能に配列されたばね(14)と、を含む変位制御装置であって、
前記アクチュエータは、前記ハウジング(16)及び前記部材(23)の間に設けられかつ前記ハウジング(16)及び前記ばねの間で作動するトグル機構(9)を含み、該トグル機構は、折りたたみ位置と伸張位置との間に選択的に移動されるように適応した2つの枢支接続されたリンク(10,11)を有し、前記折りたたみ位置においては前記リンクは鋭角になって配列され、前記伸張位置においては前記リンクは180°よりも僅かに小さい鈍角になって配列され、前記トグル機構は、前記リンクが前記圧縮位置にあるときよりも前記伸張位置にあるときのほうが前記ばねがより大きく圧縮されるように配列されていることを特徴とする変位制御装置。 - 前記ハウジングが前記本体から離れる方向に移動して弁を開くときに、前記リンクを前記伸張位置に拘束するためのラッチ手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変位制御装置。
- 前記ラッチ手段は電磁的に作動されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の変位制御装置。
- 前記ラッチ手段は少なくとも1つのラッチピンを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の変位制御装置。
- 前記ラッチ手段は、アーマチュアを有するソレノイドを含んでおり、該アーマチュアは、前記ソレノイドへの電力がない場合に該ソレノイドが前記ラッチピンをアンラッチ位置へ移動させるよう、前記ラッチピンと関連付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の変位制御装置。
- 前記駆動手段は、外側にねじ山が切られ回転自在に駆動されるねじを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変位制御装置。
- 前記駆動手段は、内側にねじ山が切られ、前記ハウジングに接続されたナットを含んでおり、前記ねじは、該ねじの回転により前記本体に関する前記ハウジングの線形運動を生じさせるよう、前記ナットに嵌め合わせ受け入れられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の変位制御装置。
- 前記部材の移動の範囲は約30mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変位制御装置。
- 前記変位制御装置は約250kNに達する力で前記部材を前記本体に係合させるよう配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変位制御装置。
- 前記ばねは、前記リンクを前記伸張位置から前記折りたたみ位置へと200ミリ秒未満で移動させるよう配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変位制御装置。
- 前記ラッチ手段は前記リンクの1つに装着された少なくとも1つのソレノイドアーマチュアを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変位制御装置。
- 前記ソレノイドは前記アーマチュアを駆動するよう作動可能に配置された磁気回路を有していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の変位制御装置。
