本発明は、前枠を外枠に開閉可能に支持したパチンコ遊技機、パチスロ遊技機等の遊技機において、前枠が閉じられたときにその前枠を外枠に係止するために用いられる施錠装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、パチンコ遊技機等の遊技機には、前枠を外枠に対し施錠するための施錠装置が組込まれている。施錠装置としては、枠体、上下一対の鉤部材、連結杆、シリンダ錠及びカム板を備えたものがよく知られている。枠体は前枠に取付けられ、両鉤部材は枠体の上下両端部に軸により支持されている。各鉤部材は軸を支点として傾動することにより、外枠に固定された受け金具に対し係止及び離脱する。連結杆は枠体に上下方向への往復動可能に配置され、その連結杆の上下両端部が前記鉤部材に連結されている。シリンダ錠は枠体に組込まれており、解錠に際し鍵が差込まれて回転操作される。カム板はシリンダ錠の錠軸に取付けられており、鍵の操作にともなう錠軸の回転を連結杆に伝達して、同連結杆を下方へ移動させる。

上記施錠装置によると、施錠時には、連結杆が上方に位置していて両鉤部材が受け金具に係止している。鍵が所定方向へ回されると、錠軸の回転がカム板を介して連結杆に伝わる。連結杆の下方への移動により、上下両鉤部材が同時に傾動してそれぞれ受け金具から離脱し、解錠される。このように、施錠装置は、鍵をシリンダ錠に差込んで回した場合に解錠される構造に設計されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、パチンコホールのシマにおいては、多数台のパチンコ遊技機が横に列をなして並べられ、さらに隣合うパチンコ遊技機の間には玉貸し機が配置される。この玉貸し機の設置のために通常は、隣合うパチンコ遊技機が球貸し機の幅よりも多少広めの間隔で配置される。これにともない、パチンコ遊技機と球貸し機との間に若干の隙間が生ずる。そのため、針金等の線材を前記隙間を通じて差込み、鉤部材、特に下側の鉤部材に直接力を加えることが可能である。このようにして一方(下側)の鉤部材が傾動されると、その動きが連結杆を介して他方(上側)の鉤部材にも伝わってしまい、上下両鉤部材が連動して傾動し受け金具から離脱する。本来ならば、専用の鍵を用いなければ解錠できないはずの施錠装置が、その鍵を用いることなく不正に解錠されてしまう問題がある。

請求項1に記載の発明は、遊技機の前枠に設けられ、かつ鍵により解錠操作される錠と、前記前枠に設けられ、かつそれぞれ軸により傾動可能に支持され、その傾動により前記遊技機の外枠に設けられた複数の被係止部にそれぞれ係止及び離脱する、第1鉤部材及び第2鉤部材を少なくとも含む複数の鉤部材と、前記鍵の解錠操作に応じた前記錠の動作を複数の前記鉤部材に伝達して前記被係止部から離脱させる鍵解錠伝達機構と、前記第1鉤部材に対して前記鍵を用いずに行われる不正な解錠操作に応じた同第1鉤部材の動作が、前記不正な解錠操作がなされていない前記第2鉤部材に伝達されるのを遮断する第1伝達遮断機構と、前記第2鉤部材に対して前記鍵を用いずに行われる不正な解錠操作に応じた同第2鉤部材の動作が、前記不正な解錠操作がなされていない前記第1鉤部材に伝達されるのを遮断する第2伝達遮断機構とを有する施錠装置を備えた遊技機であって、

【発明の実施の形態】
(第1実施形態)
以下、本発明をパチンコ遊技機の施錠装置に具体化した第1実施形態を図面に従って説明する。図1及び図2に示すように、パチンコ遊技機1は、外枠2と、軸9により外枠2に開閉可能に支持された前枠(内枠と呼ばれることもある)3と、前枠3に組付けられた遊技盤4と、軸10により前枠3に開閉可能に支持されたガラス枠5とを備えている。外枠2内の右側部には被係止部が固定されている。被係止部は、剛性の高い材料、例えば金属板によって形成されている。ここでは、被係止部として、金属板を曲げ形成したもの(以下「受け金具」という)が用いられ、これが木ねじ等によって外枠2に固定されている。受け金具の数は複数(2つ以上)であり、ここでは2個の受け金具(第1受け金具6及び第2受け金具7)が用いられている。第1受け金具6は外枠2の下部に固定され、第2受け金具7は外枠2の上部に固定されている。前枠3の裏面の右側部には、縦長の施錠装置8が組付けられている。施錠装置8は、前枠3が閉じられたときにその前枠3を外枠2に係止するための機構と、ガラス枠5が閉じられたときにそのガラス枠5を前枠3に係止するための機構とを備えている。本実施形態では、主として前者の機構について説明し、後者の機構については説明を省略する。

施錠装置8は、図3(a),(b)に示すように上下に細長い枠体13を備えており、この枠体13において前枠3に固定されている。ここでは、金属板を略直角に曲げてアングル状としたものが枠体13として用いられているが、これに限らない。枠体13において互いに略直交する2つの板状部分を区別するために、一方を「取付け部11」といい、他方を「支持部12」ということにする。取付け部11は木ねじ等の締結具によって前枠3の裏面に固定されており、支持部12は同裏面に対し略直交している。枠体13の上部には、補助枠35が上下方向への往復動可能に取付けられている。補助枠35は、ガラス枠5を前枠3に係止するための機構の一部をなすものである。

取付け部11には、図4(b)に示すように、解錠のために専用の鍵(以下「専用キー」という)14によって解錠操作される錠が組付けられている。ここでは、錠としてシリンダ錠15が用いられているが、これ以外のタイプの錠が用いられてもよい。シリンダ錠15においては、解錠のために専用キー14が差込まれて回転されるが、ここでは、パチンコ遊技機1の正面から見て時計回り方向(図4(b)において矢印で示す方向)を、前枠3を開放する際に専用キー14を回す方向とし、反時計回り方向を、ガラス枠5を開放する際に専用キー14を回す方向としている。シリンダ錠15は、前枠3にあけられた孔(図示略)に通されている。図3(a),(b)に示すように、シリンダ錠15は専用キー14の操作にともない回動する錠軸16を備えている。錠軸16には、第1突起17及び第2突起18を有するカム板19が取付けられている。

支持部12の下部において、第1受け金具6と対応する箇所には、第1鉤部材21が軸22により上下方向への傾動可能に支持されている。第1鉤部材21は、略水平状態となったときに第1受け金具6に係止し、下方へ傾いたときに同受け金具6から離脱する(外れる)。同様に、支持部12の上部において、第2受け金具7と対応する箇所には、第2鉤部材23が軸24により上下方向への傾動可能に支持されている。第2鉤部材23は略水平状態となったときに第2受け金具7に係止し、下方へ傾いたときに同受け金具7から離脱する(外れる)。なお、鉤部材21,23としては、上方へ傾いたときに受け金具6,7から離脱するタイプが用いられてもよいし、傾動以外の動作をして受け金具6,7に係止及び離脱するタイプが用いられてもよい。

次に、前記のように構成された本実施形態の作用及び効果について説明する。図4(a)は、施錠装置8の施錠時の状態を示している。この状態では、第2コイルばね36によって下方へ引張られた第2鉤部材23が第2受け金具7に下側から係止している。受圧部34により、第2連結杆26の上方への移動が規制されている。また、回転伝達部32に対し第1突起17が下側から当接している。このため、第2連結杆26は上下動不能である。第1連結杆25においては、第1コイルばね31による下方への引張り力が常に作用しているが、係合ピン38が長孔37の下端に当接しており、この当接により第1連結杆25の下方への移動が規制されている。そして、第1連結杆25の下端に連結された第1鉤部材21は、第1受け金具6に下側から係止している。両鉤部材21,23の係止により前枠3が閉じられた状態に保たれている。

ところで、不正解錠を防止するほかの対策として、専用キーを用いて解錠操作を行った場合には全鉤部材が動き、それ以外の解錠操作を行った場合には鉤部材が動かないようにすることが考えられる。そのために、例えば、施錠完了時に連結杆の動きをロックするロック部材を連結杆に支持し、専用キーを用いた解錠操作を行った場合にのみロック部材のロックを解除するロック解除機構を設ける。このようにすれば、専用キーを用いた解錠操作時には、ロック解除機構の作用によりロック部材のロックが解除されて連結杆が移動し、鉤部材が傾動して受け金具から外れる。しかし、鉤部材を直接傾動させる不正解錠操作時には、ロック部材によりロックされた連結杆は動かず、全ての鉤部材が受け金具に係止し続ける。従って、不正解錠防止の点に関しては、本実施形態と同様の効果が得られる。

反面、上記の対策ではロック部材及びロック機構を含めた施錠装置全体の構造が複雑となり、また部品点数も多くなってしまう。これに対し、本実施形態では、上記のようなロック機構を付加していない。第1鉤部材21から第2鉤部材23への動力伝達を遮断するために、両連結杆25,26を長孔37と係合ピン38とによって伸縮可能に連結し、第2鉤部材23から第1鉤部材21への動力伝達を遮断するために、第2連結杆26の一部を押圧部33とし、第2鉤部材23の一部に受圧部34を形成しているのみである。これらの構造は非常に簡単であり、また部品点数も少ない。従って、本実施形態は、組付け作業性、メンテナンス、製造コスト等の面で上記対策に比べ優れている。

このようにすると、第1鉤部材が前枠の下部に位置し、第2鉤部材が上部に位置する一般的なパチンコ遊技機において、不正な解錠操作が第1鉤部材に対して行われ、かつ、パチンコ遊技機の検査等に際し解錠操作が第2鉤部材に対して行われる場合に効果がある。特定の鉤部材(第1鉤部材)に対してのみ不正な解錠操作が行われるのは次の理由による。第1鉤部材が、図1に示すパチンコ遊技機1の発射ツマミ43や発射レバー44の近傍に位置するため、不正行為者は、パチンコ遊技時とほとんど同じ姿勢をとりながら、線材等によって第1鉤部材を動かすことができる。不正解錠操作が目立たず、パチンコホールの店員等に見つかりにくい。これに対し、第2鉤部材に対して不正な解錠操作をできないわけではないが、パチンコ遊技機及び球貸し機間の隙間上部に線材等を差込んだのでは、通常のパチンコ遊技時とは大きく異なる姿勢をとることになるため、不正行為が目立ち、店員等に見つかりやすい。目立たずに第2鉤部材を解錠操作するには、前記隙間の下部から線材等を差込み、その先端部を上方まで送り、第2鉤部材を引下げることになるが、線材等を操作する箇所が第2鉤部材から大きく離れていることから、線材等の先端部を第2鉤部材に引っ掛かるように位置合せするのが難しい。このため、第2鉤部材に対する不正な解錠操作が可能とはいえ容易ではなく、結果として、第1鉤部材に対し不正解錠操作が行われることになる。本実施形態の施錠装置8では、前述したように、第1鉤部材21から第2鉤部材23への動力伝達が遮断されるので、前記の第1鉤部材21に対する不正解錠操作が行われても、第2鉤部材23が第2受け金具7から外れるのを確実かつ効果的に阻止し、前枠3の不正な開放を防止することができる。

また、工場等でのパチンコ遊技機の検査、組付け等に際し行われる作業の1つに、同遊技機を立てた状態で床におき、前枠を閉じたり開いたりする作業がある。このときにいちいち専用キーを用いて解錠するのでは作業性が悪いことから、従来は鉤部材を押し下げることが行われている。押下げの対象となるのは第2鉤部材である。これは、上側に位置する第2鉤部材に対して解錠操作すれば、下側に位置する第1鉤部材に対して行う場合に比べ、作業者が無理な姿勢を取らなくてもすむからである。本実施形態の施錠装置8では、前述したように、第2鉤部材23から第1鉤部材21へ動力伝達が行われるので、第2鉤部材23に対し解錠操作を行うだけで、第1鉤部材21を第1受け金具6から外し、前枠3を開放することができる。このように、第2実施形態によれば、第1鉤部材21を動かして解錠する不正解錠を防止しつつ、検査等の際に第2鉤部材23を動かして容易に解錠することができる。従来の施錠装置が有する、作業に対する利便性を損なうことがない。

なお、本発明は次に示す別の実施形態に具体化することができる。
(1)本発明の施錠装置は、前枠を外枠に開閉可能に支持し、かつ前枠が閉じられたときにその前枠を外枠に係止するようにした遊技機であれば、種類にかかわらず広く適用することができる。このような種類としては、前述したパチンコ遊技機のほかにも例えばパチスロ遊技機が挙げられる。

なお、上記施錠装置では、仮に第2鉤部材に対して不正な解錠操作が行われた場合、解錠操作されていない全ての鉤部材が被係止部から離脱する不具合が生ずる。しかし、第2鉤部材に対する不正解錠操作のために、遊技機及び球貸し機間の隙間上部に線材等を差込んだのでは、通常の遊技時とは大きく異なる姿勢をとることになるため、不正行為が目立ってしまう。目立たずに第2鉤部材を解錠操作するには、前記隙間の下部から線材等を差込み、その先端部を上方まで送り、第2鉤部材を引下げることになるが、線材等の先端部を第2鉤部材に引っ掛かるように位置合せするのが難しい。このため、第2鉤部材に対する不正な解錠操作が可能とはいえ容易ではない。このような解錠操作は実際には行われず、上記の不具合発生のおそれはないものと考えられる。
