本発明は、遊技機の施解錠装置に関し、特に、前枠を外枠に開閉可能に支持したパチンコ遊技機、パチスロ遊技機等の遊技機において、前枠が閉じられたときにその前枠を外枠に係止するために用いられる遊技機の施解錠装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、パチンコ遊技機等の遊技機には、前枠を外枠に対し施錠するための施解錠装置が組み込まれている。施解錠装置としては、枠体、上下一対の鉤部材、連結杆、シリンダ錠およびカム板を備えたものがよく知られている。枠体は前枠に取り付けられ、両鉤部材は枠体の上下両端部に軸により支持されている。各鉤部材は軸を支点として傾動することにより、外枠に固定された受け金具に対し係止および離脱する。連結杆は枠体に上下方向への往復動可能に配置され、その連結杆の上下両端部が前記鉤部材に連結されている。シリンダ錠は枠体に組み込まれており、解錠に際し鍵が差し込まれて回転操作される。

カム板はシリンダ錠の錠軸に取り付けられており、鍵の操作にともなう錠軸の回転を連結杆に伝達して、同連結杆を下方へ移動させる。上記遊技機の施解錠装置によると、施錠時には、連結杆が上方に位置していて両鉤部材が受け金具に係止している。鍵が所定方向に回されると、錠軸の回転がカム板を介して連結杆に伝わる。連結杆の下方への移動により、上下両鉤部材が同時に傾動してそれぞれ受け金具から離脱、解錠される。このように、遊技機の施解錠装置は、鍵をシリンダ錠に差し込んで回した場合に解錠される構造に設計されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
パチンコホールのシマにおいては、多数台のパチンコ遊技機が横に列をなして並べられ、さらに隣り合うパチンコ遊技機の間には玉貸し機が配置される。この玉貸し機の設置のために通常は、隣り合うパチンコ遊技機が玉貸し機の幅よりも多少広めの間隔で配置される。これにともない、パチンコ遊技機と玉貸し機との間に若干の隙間が生じる。ここで、上述した従来の施解錠装置における鉤部材は、鉤部分全体が外側に露出している。従って、針金等の線材を上記隙間を通じて差し込み、この露出している鉤部分に直接力を加えることによって、鉤部材を傾動させることが可能であるといった問題があった。

本発明は、上記課題にかんがみてなされたもので、枢止ピンによる鉤部材と施錠杆の係止および施錠杆に形成した移動孔の形状に基づいて、鉤部材を単独で傾動させた場合に、単独で傾動動作可能とし、施錠杆が上方に移動した場合、すなわち、解錠操作がなされた場合には鉤部材が連動して傾動して受け金具からスムーズに離脱可能とする施解錠装置の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、請求項1にかかる発明は、遊技機の前枠に配設され、鍵により施解錠操作される施解錠手段と、上記施解錠操作に応じて上下動可能に構成された施錠杆と、上記遊技機の外枠に備えられた被係止部に対して係止する係止部を有し、上記係止部が係止および離脱するように回動可能に枢支された鉤部材と、上記被係止部に対して上記係止部が係止される方向に回動するように上記鉤部材を付勢する付勢手段と、第1部分と第2部分とを有する移動孔に挿入され、上記施錠杆と上記鉤部材を移動可能に係止する枢支ピンとを具備し、上記鉤部材は、上記鍵による解錠操作によって上記施錠杆が移動する場合には、上記枢支ピンが上記第1部分を移動することにより上記施錠杆の上下動と連動して上記被係止部に対して上記係止部が離脱する方向に回動し、上記施錠杆が施錠位置にある状態において傾動させた場合には、上記枢支ピンが上記第2部分を移動することにより上記被係止部に対して上記係止部が離脱する方向に回動可能に構成されている構成としてある。

上記のように構成した発明においては、相対面する双方の係止部を略板形状に形成する。そして、略板形状に係止爪を形成し、この係止爪にて外枠の被係止部を相互に係止する。

係止手段に形成された係止爪の形状の一例として、上記係止手段は、上記係止爪から上記略板形状の幅方向であるとともに、同係止爪が形成された反対側の先端に向かう傾斜形状が形成されている構成としてもよい。
上記のように構成した発明においては、前枠と外枠とを施錠する場合、前枠は外枠に対して進入して閉じられる。一方、前枠と外枠とを解錠した場合、前枠は外枠から退避して開けられる。すなわち、施錠時において前枠に配設された係止部は、先端部分から外枠に配設された被係止部に進入しつつ同被係止部に係止することになる。このとき、係止爪から係止部の幅方向であって、係止爪が形成された反対側に向かう傾斜形状を形成しておく。これにより、被係止部に進入する際に、傾斜形状を被係止部に向けて進入させることができ、傾斜形状を被係止部に当接させつつ相対面する係止部をこの傾斜形状に沿って広げつつ、傾斜形状の終了ポイントにて係止爪を被係止部に係止させる。

(1)遊技機の構成:
図1および図2は、本発明にかかる施解錠装置が適用される遊技機の一実施形態であるパチンコ遊技機の前面図および内部透視側面図である。
図において、パチンコ遊技機1は、外枠2と、軸1aにより外枠2に開閉可能に支持された前枠(内枠と呼ばれることもある)3と、前枠3に組付けられた遊技盤4と、軸1aにより前枠3に開閉可能に支持されたガラス枠5とを備えている。外枠2内の右側部には被係止部が固定されている。被係止部は、剛性の高い材料、例えば金属板によって形成されている。ここでは、被係止部として、金属板を断面略三角形状に曲げ形成したもの(以下「受け金具」という)が用いられ、これが木ねじ等によって外枠2に固定されている。受け金具の数は複数(2つ以上)であり、ここでは2個の受け金具(第1受け金具6および第2受け金具7)が用いられている。第1受け金具6は、外枠2の下部に固定され、第2受け金具7は、外枠2の上部に固定されている。
