Claims (14)
- 原料としての水素ガスを冷却して液体水素を生成する水素液化装置であって、
前記水素ガスが流れる原料水素通路と、
前記原料水素通路を流れる水素ガスを冷却するための水素ガスが流れ、冷凍サイクルを行う冷媒回路と、
液化天然ガスが流れる冷熱源回路と、
前記冷媒回路の圧縮機に吸入される水素ガスを前記冷熱源回路の液化天然ガスで冷却する熱源熱交換器と、
前記熱源熱交換器と並列に冷媒回路及び冷熱源回路に接続される蓄熱装置と、
前記冷熱源回路の液化天然ガスで冷媒回路の水素ガスを冷却しつつ液化天然ガスの冷熱を前記蓄熱装置に蓄熱する蓄熱運転と、この蓄熱装置に蓄熱された冷熱により前記冷媒回路の水素ガスを冷却する冷熱利用運転とを切り換える運転切換手段とを備えている水素液化装置。 - 前記蓄熱装置は、
容器内に収容された前記冷熱を蓄熱するための蓄熱剤と、
前記蓄熱剤に浸漬され、その外周面に複数のフィンが突設された伝熱管とを備え、
前記伝熱管には、その内部に前記冷熱源回路の液化天然ガスが流入する天然ガス用伝熱管と、前記冷媒回路の水素ガスが流入する水素ガス用伝熱管とが含まれている請求項1に記載の水素液化装置。 - 前記天然ガス用伝熱管と水素ガス用伝熱管は、共通の伝熱管によって構成されている請求項2に記載の水素液化装置。
- 前記伝熱管の内部は、仕切り板によって前記天然ガス用伝熱管と前記水素ガス用伝熱管とに区画された構成とされている請求項3に記載の水素液化装置。
- 前記フィンは、前記水素ガス用伝熱管側に配置されたフィンの伝熱面積が前記天然ガス用伝熱管側に配置されたフィンの伝熱面積よりも大きくなるように形成されている請求項4に記載の水素液化装置。
- 前記フィンは、前記伝熱管からの突出高さに対する厚みの比が1%以上に構成されている請求項3又は4に記載の水素液化装置。
- 前記フィンは、前記伝熱管からの突出高さに対する厚みの比が3%以下に構成されている請求項6に記載の水素液化装置。
- 前記蓄熱装置は、0℃では液体の状態であり且つ−150℃では固体の状態である蓄熱剤を有する請求項1に記載の水素液化装置。
- 前記蓄熱剤は、−100℃において液体の状態である請求項8に記載の水素液化装置。
- 前記蓄熱剤は、単位容積当たりの蓄冷量がノルマルペンタンよりも大きく且つ引火点が高いものである請求項9に記載の水素液化装置。
- 前記蓄熱剤は、1−プロパノールとノルマルペンタンとの混合物、1−プロパノールとノルマルヘキサンとの混合物、2−プロパノールとノルマルペンタンとの混合物、2−プロパノールとノルマルヘキサンとの混合物、メタノールと水との混合物、1−プロパノールと水との混合物、2−プロパノールと水との混合物、アセトンと水との混合物のうちから選ばれる混合物である請求項10に記載の水素液化装置。
- 前記蓄熱剤は、引火性のない成分からなる請求項8又は9に記載の水素液化装置。
- 前記蓄熱剤は、ジクロロメタン又はメチルパーフルオロプロピルエーテルである請求項12に記載の水素液化装置。
- 天然ガスの改質を行い、改質ガスを生成する改質装置と、
前記改質ガスに含有される水素の濃度を上昇させて水素ガスを精製する水素生成装置と、
前記水素ガスを液化させるための請求項1から13の何れか1項に記載の水素液化装置を備えている液体水素製造システム。
