Description
−液体を加熱するための加熱ユニットと;
−この加熱ユニット内へと液体を注入するための注入ユニットと;
−加熱済みの液体を拡散させるための拡散手段と;
−加熱済みの液体を、加熱ユニットから拡散手段へと搬送するための搬送手段と;
を具備している。
−アクチュエータが、加熱ユニットに対してパルス状でもって冷水を注入し得るという特徴点と、
−液体を加熱するためのステンレススチール製チューブが、一様かつ最大の温度での高温水の推進を可能とするという特徴点と、
−バルブが、圧力を、供給すべき液体の飽和蒸気圧以上の圧力に維持し得るという特徴点と、
−搬送手段が、デッドスペースを最大限に低減し得るという特徴点と、
を組み合わせることにより、拡散システムのところにおいて、水が加圧状態でかつパルスモードで供給されることが、保証される。
−処置対象をなす器官のところに、拡散手段を配置し;
−拡散手段を搬送手段に対して接続し;
−その後、搬送手段を、加熱ユニットと注入ユニットとからなるアセンブリに対して、接続し;
−供給すべき液体に関しての所望リズムと所望量と所望圧力との関数として、アクチュエータの起動条件と駆動範囲と力と速度とをプログラムし;
−注入ユニットのチャンバ内へと、供給すべき所望量の液体を、注入し;
−アクチュエータを起動させ;
−所望温度の所望量の水を供給し終わった(あるいは、投与し終わった)時点で、拡散手段を引き抜く。

Claims (12)
- 液体を使用することによってヒトまたは動物のすべてのまたは一部の細胞組織に対して熱を供給するための装置であって、
−前記液体を加熱するための加熱ユニット(3)と;
−この加熱ユニット内へと液体を注入するための注入ユニット(1)と;
−加熱済みの前記液体を拡散させるための拡散手段(5)と;
−加熱済みの前記液体を、前記加熱ユニットから前記拡散手段へと搬送するための搬送手段(4)と;
を具備してなり、
前記拡散手段のところにおいて、加熱済みの前記液体を、パルス状でもって供給するための供給手段を具備していることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記注入ユニットが、供給すべき前記液体の飽和蒸気圧以上の圧力で前記加熱済み液体を供給し得る供給手段を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の装置において、
前記注入ユニット(1)が、供給すべき液体を収容したチャンバ(10)の形態とされ、
このチャンバ(10)内へと、ピストン(12)が、電気的なまたは空気圧式のアクチュエータ(11)の作用によって、並進的に駆動され、
前記アクチュエータ(11)の起動条件と駆動範囲と力と速度とが、前記液体の供給に関しての所望リズムと所望量と所望圧力との関数として決定され、
前記チャンバ(10)が、第1バルブ(6)を介して、前記加熱ユニット(3)に対して接続されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項3記載の装置において、
前記アクチュエータ(11)の前記起動条件と前記駆動範囲とが、0.5〜1秒間という規則的時間間隔で0.2〜1mlという量の液体供給を行い得るように、プログラムされていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項4記載の装置において、
前記アクチュエータ(11)の前記力が、前記液体の前記飽和蒸気圧よりも50bar以上大きな圧力でもって有利には100bar以上大きな圧力でもって前記加熱ユニット(3)内へと注入され得るように、選択されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記注入ユニット(1)の前記チャンバ(10)に対して前記液体を供給することを意図した液体貯蔵リザーバ(13)を具備し、
この液体リザーバ(13)が、第2バルブ(14)を介することによって、前記チャンバ(10)から隔離されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記加熱ユニットが、電気抵抗(17)が組み込まれた金属製コイル(15)の形態とされている、あるいは、内径が0.1〜0.5mmでありかつ長さが1500〜5000mmであるステンレススチール製チューブ(16)が周囲に巻回されてなる熱交換器の形態とされていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記加熱ユニット(3)が、バルブ(7)を介して、前記搬送手段(4)から隔離され、
前記バルブ(7)が、供給すべき液体の飽和蒸気圧力以上の圧力に対して校正されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8記載の装置において、
冷水分岐回路(8)が設けられ、
この冷水分岐回路(8)の導入口が、前記注入ユニット(1)と前記加熱ユニット(3)との間に配置されており、
前記冷水分岐回路(8)の導出口が、前記バルブ(7)よりも下流側に配置され、
前記冷水分岐回路(8)の導入口が、プログラム可能な高圧ソレノイドバルブ(9)を介して接続されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記搬送手段(4)が、中空チューブ(21)の形態とされ、
この中空チューブ(21)が、50〜150μmという内径を有しているとともに、40〜80cmという長さを有していることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記拡散手段(5)が、中空チューブ(27)の形態とされ、
このチューブの先端部(29)が、閉塞され、
このチューブの壁には、30〜70μmという直径の有利には50μmという直径の実質的に円形の複数の穴(28)が、壁全体にわたってあるいは壁の一部にわたって、形成され、
前記チューブの外径が、100〜250μmとされ、
前記チューブの内径が、50〜150μmとされていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記拡散手段(5)が、剛直なニードル(23)の形態とされ、
このニードルの先端部(25)が、閉塞され、
このニードルの壁が、長手方向全体にわたってあるいは長手方向の一部にわたって、30〜70μmという直径の有利には50μmという直径の複数の穴(24)を有し、
前記ニードルの内径が、0.05〜0.2mmとされ、
前記ニードルの外径が、0.2〜0.7mmとされ、
前記ニードルの長さが、100〜200mmとされていることを特徴とする装置。
