Description
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも中空円筒部を有し該中空円筒部の周壁を貫通し中空部に開口する貫通穴を有する鍛造部材の製造方法であって、
前記鍛造部材の周壁厚さよりも薄い周壁厚さを有する第1の中空粗材を形成する熱間鍛造工程と、
前記第1の中空粗材の周壁に断面形状が前記貫通穴の断面形状と略同一である予備穴を打ち抜き第2の中空粗材を形成する打ち抜き工程と、
前記予備穴に断面が最終の貫通穴形状であるマンドレルを装着して前記第2の中空粗材を軸方向に圧縮して前記貫通穴を有する鍛造部材を形成する冷間鍛造工程とを有することを特徴とする鍛造部材の製造方法。 - 前記第1の中空粗材の周壁厚さは該第1の中空粗材の高さの0.3〜0.6倍の範囲である請求項1に記載の鍛造部材の製造方法。
- 前記冷間鍛造工程における前記第2の中空粗材の圧縮率は20〜50%である請求項1または2に記載の鍛造部材の製造方法。
- さらに前記貫通穴にマンドレルを挿設して圧印する圧印工程を有す請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の鍛造部材の製造方法。
- 前記鍛造部材は遊星歯車装置のキャリアである請求項4に記載の鍛造部材の製造方法。
- 前記キャリアはフランジを有する請求項5に記載の鍛造部材の製造方法。
- さらに前記フランジに歯形を形成する歯形打ち抜き工程を有する請求項6に記載の鍛造部材の製造方法。
