本発明は、例えば、有価証券などの紙葉類把群を結束する大帯を抜き取る帯処理装置及び帯が抜き取られた紙葉類把から紙葉類を1枚ずつ取り出して検査し、その検査結果に基づいて紙葉類の区分集積を行う紙葉類処理装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
この種の紙葉類処理装置は紙葉類を100枚重ね合わせて小帯で把束してなる紙葉類把を10個重ね合わせて大帯で結束する紙葉類束をコンベアにより搬送するようになっている。

紙葉類を処理する場合には、コンベアにより搬送されてくる紙葉類束を取り込んで、まず、その大帯を除去してバラ状態の紙葉類把群として搬送テーブル上に沿って搬送し、ついで、紙葉類把群から把を一把ずつ切り出して搬送する。しかるのち、紙葉類把から小帯を除去してバラ状態の把として搬送し、このバラ状態の把から紙葉類を一枚ずつ取出して検査などの所定の処理が行われる。

ところで、大帯を除去する場合には、大帯をカッタによりカットしたのち、紙葉類把群を所定位置に搬送して紙葉類把群内に差込ピンを挿入し、ついで、この差込ピンを下方へ移動させることにより、大帯を一定量紙葉類把群から引き出す。ついで、この引き出された大帯をクランパにより、保持したのち、紙葉類把群を搬送することにより、紙葉類把群から大帯を引き抜くようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来においては、大帯カット後に紙葉類把群が所定位置、即ち差込ピンが差し込まれる位置に搬送されるとき、紙葉類把群の下面と搬送テーブルとの間に発生する摩擦力により、紙葉類把群の下面側が捲くれてしまう。

このように紙葉類把群が捲くれてしまうと、差込ピンの差し込み時及び引き下げ時に、紙葉類をずらしてしまい、大帯のみならず紙葉類をも引き出してしまう虞があった。

また、従来においては、クランパを単に一対の挟持片によって構成していたため、挟持力が弱く、紙葉類把群を大帯から引離す際に、大帯がクランパから外れてしまい、大帯を回収できなくなるという問題があった。

本発明は上記事情に着目してなされたもので、大帯のみを確実に引き出すことができ、また、引き出した大帯を確実に引き抜くことができるようにした帯処理装置及び紙葉類処理装置を提供することを目的とする。

本発明は上記課題を解決するため、請求項1記載のものは、所定枚数重合されて結束帯により結束された重合紙葉類の前記結束帯を切断する切断手段と、この切断手段により、前記結束帯が切断された重合紙葉類を所定位置に搬送する搬送手段と、この搬送手段により所定位置に搬送された重合紙葉類に対し差込部材を差し込んで前記結束帯の一部を外部に引き出す引出手段と、この引出手段により引き出された結束帯の一部を保持し、前記重合紙葉類が所定位置から逆方向へ搬送されることにより、前記結束帯を前記重合紙葉類から抜き取る抜取手段と、前記搬送手段を制御するもので、前記搬送手段により前記所定位置に向って搬送される重合紙葉類を一旦前記所定位置よりも搬送方向下流側に搬送させてから、逆送りして前記所定位置に搬送させる制御手段とを具備する。

以下、本発明を図面に示す一実施の形態を参照して説明する。
