【0031】
Pi=Zi[k]・ZSi[k]・f(hi−1,hi,ti−1,ti,…) …(1)
j[k]=floor(k/N) …(4)
【0038】
<j[k+1]≠j[k]の場合>
Zi[k+1]=Zi[k]+βi・(ZNi C−Zi[k]) …(6)
<j[k+1]=j[k]の場合>
Zi[k+1]=Zi[k] …(7)
【0041】
ZSi C=Pi L/{Zi[k]・f(hi−1 L,hi L,ti−1 L,ti L,…)} …(8)
ZSi[k+1]={ZSi[k]+βSi・(ZSi C−ZSi[k])}・Zi[k]/Zi[k+1] …(9)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rolling learning model learning apparatus suitable for controlling a rolling process for rolling metal or the like, and particularly for correcting parameters of a model expressing the rolling process.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the control of the rolling process, a model that expresses the behavior of the rolling process is usually created, and a control system is constructed for the model to control it. Therefore, it can be said that the control accuracy of the rolling process depends on how accurately the created model represents the rolling process. Therefore, in order to compensate for a gap, that is, a gap between the actual value of the actual rolling process and the predicted value by the model, model learning (adaptive control) is performed to improve the accuracy of the model.
[0003]
In the rolling process, the initial value of the actuator for the next material is calculated and set based on the model in the setting calculation. For this reason, the control accuracy at the tip of the rolled material is greatly dependent on the accuracy of the model. Conventionally, a method described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-15318 is known as a learning method aiming at shortening the off gauge length by improving the control accuracy of the tip. This method is characterized by learning using the same point data in the low-speed rolling state and the same point data in the high-speed rolling state for each learning item.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the method of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-15318, since the tip of the rolled material is in a low-speed rolling state, learning is performed using the same point data in the low-speed rolling state, and the control accuracy of the tip of the rolled material is improved. We are trying to improve. However, the data often varies at the tip of the rolled material, and as a result, not only is the learning unstable, but it may even cause a deterioration in control accuracy.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and provides a rolling process model learning apparatus capable of correcting a model error stably and accurately when a rolling process is controlled using a model. Objective.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0021]
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention together with a hot rolling mill to which the embodiment is applied. In the figure, the hot rolling mill is configured in a tandem arrangement with six stands from the
[0022]
Below, the case of the model learning of a rolling load is demonstrated as an example of the model learning in this invention.
[0023]
A first embodiment will be described. First, the data collection timing is determined by the data collection timing determination means 10 of FIG. Priorities of data to be collected are set in the data collection timing determination means 10 in advance. What is important in determining the data collection timing is the rolling speed when data is collected and the position of a specific part of the rolled material 7 when the data is collected. In the following description, it is assumed that the data collection timing is twice at the same point. However, in the data collection timing determination means 10, data in the high speed section, which will be described later, is generally more stable than data in the low speed section, so that data in the high speed section has higher priority than data in the low speed section. It shall be said that.
[0024]
First, a case where the data collection timing is determined from the state of the rolling speed both times will be described.
[0025]
FIG. 2 shows an example of a speed pattern in hot rolling. In FIG. 2, the rolled material 7 that is passed at a low speed is rolled by a hot rolling mill, and starts to accelerate when the tip of the rolled material reaches the coiler (coiler on). After reaching the predetermined set speed calculated by the setting calculating means after the acceleration, the constant speed is maintained thereafter and the rolling is performed in a steady manner. In such a rolling form, the simplest method for determining the data collection timing is to set two types of rolling speed values, for example, a low speed value V L and a high speed value V H in advance. Is a method of using the time points t L and t H when the respective set speeds V L and V H are reached as the data collection timing. However, at the time of data collection by this method, the rolling is not necessarily in a stable state, and it is not always possible to collect stable and desirable data.
[0026]
Therefore, the data collection
[0027]
On the other hand, in the setting calculation, a data collection point may be set at a position a predetermined distance from the tip of the rolled material 7, and an initial value of each actuator may be calculated for that position. In that case, the data collection timing determination means 10 can also collect the data at a predetermined distance from the tip of the rolled material 7 instead of the data at the low speed portion. In the following description, it is assumed that one of the collection timings is set at a predetermined distance from the tip of the rolled material 7 instead of the data at the low speed portion. Furthermore, depending on the purpose, for example, it is conceivable to determine the time after passing the plate or after passing the welding point, the timing when the specific point of the rolled material 7 passes the sensor, or the like. As described above, it is possible to determine the data collection timing according to the purpose and contribute to the improvement of the accuracy of the model.

t i : tension between k-1 and i-1 stand [kN / mm 2 ]
It is. Here, the mass flow plate thickness calculated based on the detection value by the plate
[0032]
The model correction means 13 corrects the parameters of the model using the high-speed part data having a high priority. Arbitrary parameters can be corrected sequentially by a technique such as a sequential least squares method, but here, a method for correcting learning parameters will be described. First, the ratio of the load at the i-th stand calculated by removing the learning parameters and the correction term from the data at the high-speed part and the load detected at the i-th stand is calculated.
[0033]
Z i C = P i H / f (h i-1 H, h i H, t i-1 H, t i H, ...)
... (2)
However,
Z i C : Load ratio of i-th stand [-]
P i H: i-th stand in a high-speed part load [kN]
h i H : Thickness of the i-th stand exit side at the high speed part [mm]
t i H : Tension [kN / mm 2 ] between i-1 and i-th stand at high speed section
It is.
[0034]
Next, the learning parameter is updated using the load ratio of the i-th stand calculated by the equation (2) and the corresponding previous value.
[0035]
Z i [k + 1] = Z i [k] + β i · (Z i C −Z i [k]) (3) where
Z i [k]: Learning parameter for the load on the i-th stand (after k rollings) [-]
β i : Learning coefficient of the learning parameter for the load of the i-th stand [−]
Z i C : Load ratio of i-th stand [-]
It is. Here, in the equation (1), the learning parameter is expressed in a multiplicative manner, but may be expressed in an additive manner.
[0036]
As described above, since learning parameters are learned using data with little variation, it is possible to perform stable learning with less calculation load.
[0037]
In the above description, the learning parameters are updated for each rolled material, but can be updated for every N pieces. In that case, the counter j is
j [k] = floor (k / N) (4)
And the following calculation is performed. However,
j: Counter
floor: An operator that calculates a quotient.
[0038]
<If j [k + 1] ≠ j [k]>
[Expression 1]
Z i [k + 1] = Z i [k] + β i · (Z Ni C −Z i [k]) (6)
<If j [k + 1] = j [k]>
Z i [k + 1] = Z i [k] (7)
By updating the learning parameters every N in accordance with the above, more stable learning can be performed.
[0039]
Furthermore, the learning parameters can be stratified by type such as steel type and size, and the parameters can be prepared independently. Thereby, more detailed learning can be performed under each stratified condition.
[0040]
Finally, the operation of the
[0041]
Z Si C = P i L / {Z i [k] · f (h i-1 L, h i L, t i-1 L, t i L, ...)} ... (8)
However,
Z Si C: the ratio of the load of the i stands considering the parameters of the learning [-]
P i L : Load of the i-th stand at the tip [kN]
Z i [k]: Learning parameter for the load on the i-th stand (after k rollings) [-]
h i L : Thickness of the i-th stand exit side at the tip [mm]
t i L : Tension between the i-1th stand and the ith stand at the tip [kN / mm 2 ]
It is.
[0042]
Then, the correction term is updated based on the result calculated by the equation (8) and the previous value. That is,
Z Si [k + 1] = {Z Si [k] + β Si · (Z Si C -Z Si [k])} · Z i [k] / Z i [k + 1] ... (9)
However,
Z Si [k]: Correction term for the load of the i-th stand (after k rolls) [-]
β Si : Learning coefficient of correction term for load of i-th stand [-]
Z Si C: the ratio of the load of the i stands considering the parameters of the learning [-]
Z i [k]: Learning parameter for the load of the i-th stand (after k rolls) [-]
It is.
[0043]
The model reflecting the learning result as described above is used in the setting calculation of the next material, and can contribute to obtaining a desired rolled product.
[0044]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, learning can be performed with data at a stable high-speed portion, and correction can be performed with data at the tip portion, whereby stable learning can be performed as a whole, and the rolled material 7 It is possible to obtain a highly accurate model at the tip portion. In the above description, the data collection timing for one rolled material 7 is set to twice. However, as the collection timing increases, learning and correction can be performed in the same manner as described above by adding correction terms. . In this case, the update cycle can be set for each priority as in the learning parameter. Further, although the additional form is described in a multiplicative form in the above equation (1), it is not limited to this. Thus, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to learn a stable and highly accurate model.
[0045]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the comparison with the first embodiment, the second embodiment is the same as the rolling mill to be applied, but no data priority is set in the data collection timing determination means 10, and instead, data storage means. 12 in that a data priority determination means 15 is added between the model correction means 13 and the model correction means 13. Hereinafter, points different from the first embodiment will be mainly described.
[0046]
In the first embodiment, the priority is set in advance for the data collection timing determination means 10, but in the second embodiment, the data collection timing determination means 10 only determines the data collection timing, and the data collection The timing is determined and output to the data collecting means 11. In the above embodiment, the learning model of the rolling load has been described as an example. However, the present invention can also be applied to learning of other models in the rolling process such as deformation resistance and edge drop. It can also be implemented separately on both sides, that is, the drive side and the work side as viewed in the longitudinal direction. In the above-described embodiment, the hot rolling mill has been described as an application target. However, the present invention can be applied to all rolling mills such as a cold rolling mill and a single mill. Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the present invention has been described as being applied to a rolling process, but the present invention is not limited to this, and is controlled using a model such as a heating process or a cooling process. Any process can be applied.
[0049]
