More specifically, a coloring material that can be erased by simple washing (washing) when applied to paper, without causing bleeding under high humidity, or when adhering to a fiber assembly such as cloth or nonwoven fabric. Relates to the composition.

JP-A-9-316379 JP 10-7957 A

However, these colorant compositions use dyes, and when applied to paper from their constituent elements, there is a problem of bleeding under high humidity.

The problem of the present invention is that coloring can be eliminated by simple water washing (washing) when applied to paper, without causing bleeding under high humidity, or when adhering to a fiber assembly such as cloth or nonwoven fabric. The material composition is to be provided.

The present invention is a colorant composition comprising at least a color pigment, a water-soluble resin and water,
The water-soluble resin R includes a resin A having an acid value of 110 to 220,
The colored pigment is dispersed by the resin A,
The weight ratio (P / R ratio) between the color pigment P and the water-soluble resin R is 1/1 to 1/30,
A colorant composition erasable by washing, wherein a weight ratio (P / A ratio) between the color pigment P and the resin A is 10/1 to 1.5 / 1.

A further preferred embodiment of the present invention is a colorant composition comprising at least a color pigment, a water-soluble resin and water,
The water-soluble resin includes a water-soluble resin A having an acid value of 110 to 220 and a water-soluble resin B having an acid value of 200 to 260,
The resin B has a higher acid value than the resin A, and the color pigment is dispersed in the water-soluble resin A, and is a colorant composition that can be erased by washing.

In addition, the coloring material composition whose weight ratio (B / A) of the said resin B and the said resin A is 0.9-30 is preferable.

The colorant composition that can be erased by washing is prepared by dispersing at least a coloring pigment, a water-soluble resin A, and water to obtain a pigment dispersion, and then the acid value of the pigment dispersion is higher than that of the water-soluble resin A. It is obtained by adding a large aqueous solution of water-soluble resin B.

Accordingly, since no dye is used, problems such as bleeding under high humidity do not occur, and even if the colorant composition adheres to fibers such as clothes, the erasability by washing is improved.
Therefore, in addition to colorant compositions having a viscosity of 200 mPa · s or less, such as ink for ink, sign pen ink, marking pen ink, etc., colorants that can be erased by washing can be applied to colorant compositions such as high-viscosity paints. A composition can be provided.

<Coloring pigment>
The color pigment used in the present invention is required to have a fine particle size and a coloring effect. Specifically, a pigment having a particle size of 0.05 to 0.5 μm is preferable. For example, carbon black, aniline black, iron black, monoazo, anthraquinone, quinacridone, phthalocyanine, ultramarine blue, bitumen, and anthraquinone can be used.

The blending amount of the color pigment is 1 to 10% by weight, preferably 2 to 7% by weight, based on the total amount of the colorant composition. When the color pigment is less than 1% by weight based on the total amount of the colorant composition, the color development is lowered. When the color pigment exceeds 10% by weight with respect to the total amount of the colorant composition, the viscosity increases and it becomes difficult to write or draw, and it is difficult to drop after adhering to the fiber.

<Water-soluble resin>
In the present invention, a water-soluble resin is used. The water-soluble resin (hereinafter sometimes referred to as water-soluble resin R) contains a resin A that is soluble in water, disperses a color pigment as a pigment dispersion, and has excellent dispersion stability. preferable. As the resin A, a resin having an acid value of 110 to 220, preferably a resin having an acid value of 210 to 220 can be suitably used. For example, a styrene acrylic copolymer, a styrene maleic acid copolymer, a polyacrylic acid, an ethylene-maleic acid copolymer having an acid value of 110 to 220, preferably an acid value of 210 to 220, and the like can be given.
The water-soluble resin R containing the resin A is colored with a color pigment by setting the weight ratio (P / R) of the color pigment P and the water-soluble resin R to 1/1 to 1/30. It becomes possible to improve washing erasability in the material composition.

In addition, when the weight ratio (P / R ratio) of the said color pigment P and the said water-soluble resin R exceeds 1/1, the erasability by washing falls. On the other hand, when the weight ratio (P / R ratio) between the color pigment and the water-soluble resin is less than 1/30, the viscosity increases and the feeling in use decreases.

The resin A is preferably 0.1 to 7.0% by weight, particularly preferably 0.2 to 3.5% by weight, based on the total amount of the colorant composition. When the resin A is less than 0.1% by weight with respect to the total amount of the colorant composition, the dispersibility of the pigment is reduced, and is aggregated with time, and the erasability by washing is reduced. When the resin A exceeds 7.0% by weight with respect to the total amount of the colorant composition, the dispersibility of the pigment is improved, but the viscosity is increased, the feeling of use is lowered, and the gel is easily gelled with time.

The weight ratio (P / A ratio) between the color pigment P and the resin A is 10/1 to 1.5 / 1, preferably 5/1 to 2/1. When the weight ratio (P / A ratio) between the colored pigment and the resin A exceeds 10/1, the dispersibility of the pigment is lowered, and it aggregates with time, and the erasability by washing is lowered. When the weight ratio (P / R ratio) between the color pigment and the resin A is less than 1.5 / 1, the viscosity increases, the feeling of use decreases, and the gelation tends to occur with time.

Further, in the present invention, the water-soluble resin that further improves the washing erasability by neutral water in the pigment dispersion of the dispersed color pigment, particularly has an acid value of 200 to 260, preferably 200 to 240. Resin B can be suitably used. Examples thereof include styrene acrylic copolymers, styrene maleic acid copolymers, polyacrylic acid, and ethylene-maleic acid copolymers having an acid value of 200 to 260, preferably 200 to 240. Moreover, resin C, such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyethylene oxide, can also be used as this water-soluble resin. For example, a product name “PVA403” manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd. can be mentioned. It is also possible to mix the resin B and the resin C.

The resin B contains the water-soluble resin in an amount of 1 to 30% by weight, preferably 10 to 25% by weight, based on the total amount of the colorant composition. When the water-soluble resin is less than 1% by weight based on the total amount of the colorant composition, the erasability by washing is lowered. Moreover, when the said water-soluble resin exceeds 30 weight% with respect to the coloring material composition whole quantity, a viscosity will become high and a usability | use_condition will fall.

As described above, by dispersing the color pigment with the resin having an acid value of 110 to 220 and increasing the water solubility with the resin B having an acid value of 200 to 260, the washing erasability is improved in the colorant composition containing the color pigment. It becomes possible.

The weight ratio (B / A) between the resin B and the resin A is preferably 0.9 to 30. By setting it as such a range, the synergistic effect of resin A in which a color pigment is disperse | distributed and resin B which expresses washing erasability with water can be exhibited.

Further, in order to increase washing erasability with water, in the case of the water-soluble resin, in particular, the resin B having a carboxylic acid, it is dissolved in water, exhibits alkalinity, and these neutralized resins are applied or written. It is preferable to include a neutralizing agent that dissolves in water even after drying. Specifically, when the water-soluble resin selected from the group of styrene acrylic copolymer, styrene maleic acid copolymer, polyacrylic acid and ethylene-maleic acid copolymer is Resin B, the neutralizing agent is included. Preferably. The neutralizing agent is selected from the group of inorganic salts, alkanolamines, alkylamines and diamines. Examples of inorganic salts include lithium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, and potassium hydroxide. Examples of alkanolamines include monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, monoisopropanolamine, diisopanolamine, and triisopanolamine. Examples of diamines include ethylenediamine, propylenediamine, and N, N, N ′, N′-tetramethylethylenediamine. In particular, even after the resin neutralized with the alkylamines and inorganic salts is dried, the erasability with water is high, which is preferable. In addition, when ammonium hydroxide is used as a neutralizing agent, when the coating film or handwriting is dried, ammonia is volatilized, so that the washing erasability tends to be lowered.

The neutralizing agent contains the water-soluble resin in an amount of 0.1 to 20% by weight, preferably 1.0 to 15% by weight, based on the total amount of the colorant composition. When the neutralizing agent is less than 0.1% by weight based on the total amount of the colorant composition, the resin is difficult to dissolve in water. On the other hand, when the water-soluble resin exceeds 20% by weight with respect to the total amount of the colorant composition, the washing erasability is lowered and bleeding occurs under high humidity after drying.

In addition, you may add polyhydric alcohols, such as glycerol, propylene glycol, and ethylene glycol, and antiseptic / antifungal agents as needed.

The colorant composition of the present invention is obtained by first blending and dispersing a color pigment, resin A and water to obtain a pigment dispersion, and then adding an aqueous solution of resin B to the pigment dispersion. Can do.

In the composition shown in Table 1, a coloring pigment, resin A, water, and a pigment wetting agent are blended if necessary, and dispersed for 1 hour in a bead mill (Dyno mill: manufactured by Shinmaru Enterprises). Next, an aqueous solution of Resin B is added to the pigment dispersion and stirred for 30 minutes to obtain a black ink colorant composition.
