Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a block-print ink which has good washability with water and water resistance, by mixing a pigment, an alkali-soluble resin, an alkalizing agent, a high-boiling pt., water-soluble organic solvent, and a polyoxyethylenealkylamine. CONSTITUTION:A polyoxyethylenealkylamine is incorporated into a water-base block-print ink at least consisting of a pigment, an alkali-soluble resin, an alkalizing agent, and a high-boiling pt., water-soluble organic pigment. As the polyoxyethylenealkylamine, which is used to improve the washability with water, polyoxyethylenestearylamine, polyoxyethyleneoleylamine, etc. are preferably used. An example of the alkali-soluble resin, which is used as a fixing agent and vehicle and becomes soluble in water by the use of an alkalizing agent in combination, is a (meth)acrylic resin or a maleic resin.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to an aqueous printing ink. More specifically, it has excellent water resistance (hereinafter simply referred to as water resistance) after drying of the printed portion on paper, and is also easy to remove ink that adheres to the skin by washing with water (hereinafter simply referred to as water removal resistance). This invention relates to a water-based printing ink with good quality.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, two types of printing inks have been used: oil-based or neutral (water-in-oil emulsion) types. Although both types of printing ink can produce prints with excellent water resistance, the ink has a strong odor, and if the ink gets on your hands or fingers, it can only be removed by washing with kerosene or abrasive soap. Because it had the disadvantage that it was not.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, the water-based printing ink has excellent water-removal properties;
While there is almost no odor, the water resistance of the one-sided prints is weak, so if water accidentally gets on the print that you have taken a lot of effort to print, the problem is that the print will be ruined.

In addition to the above ingredients, if necessary, extender pigments such as calcium carbonate and barium sulfate, preservatives and antifungal agents, surfactants such as sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate, and penetration/drying accelerators such as lower aliphatic alcohols may be added. Agents may be used as appropriate. In addition, water-based printing ink is spread with a roller, etc., applied to 3 blocks, and transferred to 2 paper, etc., so it is easy to spread and has physical properties that do not flow when applied to 2 blocks. Although it is necessary.

In other words, the alkali-soluble resin, which is the fixing agent in the printing ink composition, is made solubilized in water by an alkaline agent, but since it is originally a substance that is insoluble or poorly soluble in water, it is difficult to print two works. When it dries and the alkaline agent is blown off, it forms a water-resistant film, and the water-removal improver, polyoxine ethylene alkylamine, penetrates very well into the paper used for the work, making it water-resistant. Excellent in
In addition, when it adheres to hands, fingers, etc., the polyoxy/ethylene alkylamine acts like an emulsifier on pigments that have gotten into the unevenness of the skin, so it has excellent water-removal properties.
