Description
前記パッキンが前記主体金具の段部の硬度以上であり、かつビッカース硬度で500Hv以下の硬度を有していることを特徴とする。
前記パッキンの硬度をビッカース硬度で300Hv以上500Hv以下としたことを特徴とする。
そして、偏心率が5%以下を良(○)、5〜6%を可(△)、6%以上を不可(×)と判定している。但し、表2に示された対向性の総合判定では、偏心量の判定結果と、偏心率の判定結果を併せた評価が示されている。例えば従来例1のように、両者の判定結果の一方が不可(×)である場合には、総合判定において不可(×)と判定している。
Claims (6)
- 中心電極と、軸線方向に延びる軸孔を有し、前記中心電極を前記軸孔の先端側で保持する絶縁碍子と、前記絶縁碍子の周囲を取り囲み、自身の内周部に形成された段部にて前記絶縁碍子の外周部に形成された段部を係止した状態で、前記絶縁碍子を加締めて保持する主体金具と、基端部が前記主体金具の先端部に接合されるとともに、先端部が前記中心電極と対向するように配置された接地電極と、前記絶縁碍子の段部と前記主体金具の段部との間に介在し両者と接する環状のパッキンとを備えたスパークプラグであって、
前記パッキンが前記主体金具の段部の硬度以上であり、かつビッカース硬度で500Hv以下の硬度を有していることを特徴とするスパークプラグ。 - 中心電極と、軸線方向に延びる軸孔を有し、前記中心電極を前記軸孔の先端側で保持する絶縁碍子と、前記絶縁碍子の周囲を取り囲み、自身の内周部に形成された段部にて前記絶縁碍子の外周部に形成された段部を係止した状態で、前記絶縁碍子を加締めて保持する主体金具と、基端部が前記主体金具の先端部に接合されるとともに、先端部が前記中心電極と対向するように配置された接地電極と、前記絶縁碍子の段部と前記主体金具の段部との間に介在し両者と接する環状のパッキンとを備えたスパークプラグであって、
前記パッキンの硬度をビッカース硬度で300Hv以上500Hv以下としたことを特徴とするスパークプラグ。 - 前記パッキンの一部が前記主体金具の段部にめり込んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスパークプラグ。
- 前記主体金具の段部の受け面の幅が0.7mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のスパークプラグ。
- 前記主体金具のねじ径がM12以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のスパークプラグ。
- 前記パッキンの硬度と前記主体金具の段部の硬度との差をビッカース硬度で120Hv以上160Hv以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のスパークプラグ。
