Claims (5)
- パイロット制御式の弁であって、軸方向で位置調節可能な制御ピストン(5)を包含する弁ハウジング(1)が設けられており、制御ピストン(5)が軸方向位置調節のために少なくとも1つのソレノイド式のパイロット制御弁(6)を介して負荷可能であって、制御ピストン(5)が、外側に位置する少なくとも1つの制動管路接続部(15)と1つの供給圧接続部と1つの排気接続部(17)との間で圧縮空気流を切換える弁座装置(9)を操作するために設けられており、該弁座装置(9)が実質的に、同軸的な穿設孔(23)を備えたポット形のシールカラー(12)から成っており、該シールカラー(12)の円環状のシール面(13)が、外側の弁座(11)と内側の弁座(10)とから成る同軸的な弁座装置と協働する形式のものにおいて、シールカラー(12)が、エッジ横断面で見て実質的にU字形に形成されていて内側に位置する補強インサート(24)を有しており、該補強インサート(24)に、半径方向内向きに方位づけられていてシール面(13)の半径方向内側の領域を補強するように一体成形された付設部(25)が設けられており、しかも前記補強インサート(24)の両脚片(26,27)が、前記シールカラー(12)の、対応配置されたシールリップ区分(20,21)内に、補強するように進入していることを特徴とする、弁座装置を備えたパイロット制御式の弁。
- 補強インサート(24)が、シールカラー(12)の、エラストマから成るシール材料に比して相対的に剛性のプラスチックから成っており、該プラスチックが前記シールカラー(12)内に加硫により接着可能である、請求項1記載のパイロット制御式の弁。
- 補強インサートが鋼又はアルミニウムから成っている、請求項1記載のパイロット制御式の弁。
- シールリップ付きシールカラー(12)の両シールリップ区分(20,21)が実質的に同じ長さに形成されており、かつ、内側に位置する補強インサート(24)の、やはり同じ長さの、但し前記シールリップ区分よりは短い脚片(26,27)と協働する、請求項1記載のパイロット制御式の弁。
- 制御チャンバ(4)の排気時に発生する排出空気を直接的に排気接続部(17)の領域に導くために、シールカラー(12)内の穿設孔(23)を通して、排気通路(8)を備えた管区分が延びている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のパイロット制御式の弁。
