Claims (12)
- 第1及び第2の圧縮成型要素(1、14)の間で熱可塑性材料を成形する方法であって、
前記第1の圧縮成型要素(1)が、雌型(2)を有し、
前記第2の圧縮成型要素(14)が、前記雌型(2)に貫入可能であり、
原料化合物の部分(12)が、第1の圧縮成型要素(1)からある距離で小さな支持領域を有するホルダ(8)上に配置され、成形する直前または成形を開始するときまで前記圧縮成型要素(1及び14それぞれ)に供給されず、
前記支持領域が、3つの点状支持部(10)であって前記第1の圧縮成型要素(1)の底面(5)を貫通するピンで形成された点状支持部(10)であることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記部分(12)を移送または開放するための前記ホルダ(8)が、前記雌型(2)の下部に配置された凹部(7)を降下されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部分(12)が、前記ホルダ(8)によりセンタリングされることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ホルダ(8)が、制御された方法により移動されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2の圧縮成型要素(1、14)を用いて、前記圧縮成型要素(1、14)間で熱可塑性材料の部分(12)が成形される熱可塑性材料を成形するための装置であって、
前記第1の圧縮成型要素(1)が、雌型(2)を有し、
前記第2の圧縮成型要素(14)が、前記雌型(2)に貫入可能であり、
小さな支持領域を有するホルダ(8)が、前記圧縮成型要素(1及び14)と接触する前に前記部分(12)を一時的に支持するために設けられており、
前記小さな支持領域が、少なくとも3つの点状支持部(10)であって前記第1の圧縮成型要素(1)の底面(5)を貫通するピンで形成された点状支持部(10)を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ホルダ(8)が、前記第1の圧縮成型要素(1)の雌型(2)の下部に配置された凹部(7)を降下されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 時間制御された方法により前記ホルダ(8)を移動させる手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記ホルダ(8)が、センタリングされた方法で前記部分(12)を保持するための複数の点状支持部(10)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ホルダ(8)が、前記圧縮成型要素(1、14)の一方に軸方向で取り付けられたプランジャ(6)により形成され、
時間制御された移動のための前記手段が、空圧タイプであることを特徴とする請求項3から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記圧縮成型要素(1及び14)が、プラスチック蓋(16)を成形するために形成されており、
前記第1の圧縮成型要素(1)が、雌型(2)として形成されており、下側に配置されかつ前記ホルダ(8)を収容可能であることを特徴とする請求項5から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 請求項5から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置を少なくとも1つ有することを特徴とする回転タワー。
- 前記圧縮成型要素が、カム制御されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の回転タワー。
