Claims (5)
- 自動車、新幹線等の線状振動源のうち、建築予定地の周辺に存在し交通振動調査の対象となる特定線状振動源を特定するとともに該特定線状振動源の種類及びその走行基盤の種類を含む振動源情報を特定振動源情報として特定し、前記特定線状振動源から前記建築予定地までの距離を特定離間距離として計測し、前記特定振動源情報と前記特定離間距離とを予め定められた交通振動調査要否データに適用することによって前記建築予定地における振動レベルの予測値を算出し、該予測値が所望の上限値を上回っている場合に交通振動調査が必要であると判定し前記建築予定地で交通振動調査を行う工程からなり、前記交通振動調査要否データを、自動車、新幹線等の線状振動源から離間した位置において計測された振動レベルと該位置から前記線状振動源までの離間距離との相関関係を前記線状振動源の種類及びその走行基盤の種類を含む振動源情報をパラメータとして作成することを特徴とする木造住宅の交通振動対策方法。
- 前記予測値が所望の上限値以下であって前記建築予定地で有感振動が発生している場合、交通振動調査が必要であると判定し前記建築予定地で交通振動調査を行う請求項1記載の木造住宅の交通振動対策方法。
- 前記予測値を鉛直方向及び互いに直交する水平二方向の三成分についてそれぞれ算出し、前記予測値の各成分のうち、いずれか一つが前記三成分に対応する上限値を上回っている場合に交通振動調査が必要であると判定し前記建築予定地で交通振動調査を行う請求項1記載の木造住宅の交通振動対策方法。
- 前記線状振動源の走行基盤が平面盛土である場合、前記交通振動調査要否データを作成するにあたり、前記振動レベルを鉛直成分のみとする請求項1記載の木造住宅の交通振動対策方法。
- 前記線状振動源の走行基盤が高架橋である場合、前記交通振動調査要否データを作成するにあたり、前記振動レベルを水平二成分のみとする請求項1記載の木造住宅の交通振動対策方法。
