Claims (27)

前記内在的同調アンテナの実効面積は、その物理的面積よりも非常に大きいエネルギーハーベスティング回路。 - 前記エネルギーハーベスティング回路は、ディスクリートなキャパシタを要しない、請求項1のエネルギーハーベスティング回路。
- 前記内在的同調アンテナは、所定の幅、高さ及び伝導率を有する電気伝導コイルである、請求項1のエネルギーハーベスティング回路。
- 所定の透磁率を有する材料が、前記電気伝導コイルに隣接して堆積されている、請求項3のエネルギーハーベスティング回路。

- 前記エネルギーハーベスティング回路は、前記電気伝導コイルと前記接地面との間にて、前記固有分布キャパシタンスの一部がもたらされると共に、前記電気伝導コイルのセグメント間にて、前記固有分布キャパシタンスの一部がもたらされるように構成されている、請求項8のエネルギーハーベスティング回路。
- 前記エネルギーハーベスティング回路は、RFエネルギーを受け取るように構成されている、請求項1のエネルギーハーベスティング回路。
- 前記エネルギーハーベスティング回路は、前記リジェネレーティブフィードバックに寄与する固有分布レジスタンスを有している、請求項1のエネルギーハーベスティング回路。
- 前記エネルギーハーベスティング回路は、前記インピーダンス不整合による定常波反射によって、前記リジェネレーティブフィードバックがもたらされるように構成されている、請求項1のエネルギーハーベスティング回路。
- 内在的同調アンテナと、前記内在的同調アンテナに電気的に接続されており、前記内在的同調アンテナで受け取られたエネルギーが送られる負荷とを有するエネルギーハーベスティング回路を与える工程と、
固有分布インダクタンス及び固有分布キャパシタンスを用いて、前記内在的同調アンテナにタンク回路を形成する工程と、
空間を通じて前記内在的同調アンテナにエネルギーを供給する工程と、
前記タンク回路を用いて、前記内在的同調アンテナのエネルギー出力の一部を、前記内在的同調アンテナと前記負荷との間のインピーダンス不整合によって生成されたリジェネレーティブフィードバックとして前記内在的同調アンテナに与えて、前記内在的同調アンテナの実効面積を、その物理的面積よりも非常に大きくする工程とを含む、エネルギーハーベスティング方法。 - ディスクリートなキャパシタを要しない前記エネルギーハーベスティング回路を用いる工程を含む、請求項15のエネルギーハーベスティング方法。
- 所定の幅、高さ及び伝導率を有する電気伝導コイルを、前記内在的同調アンテナに用いる工程を含む、請求項15のエネルギーハーベスティング方法。

- 前記エネルギーハーベスティング回路として、スタンドアロン回路を用いる工程を含む、請求項15のエネルギーハーベスティング方法。
- 前記エネルギーハーベスティング回路として、集積回路電子チップに形成された回路を用いる工程を含む、請求項15のエネルギーハーベスティング方法。
- 前記エネルギーハーベスティング回路にて、前記内在的同調アンテナの実効面積を、その物理的面積の約1000倍から2000倍大きくする工程を含む、請求項15のエネルギーハーベスティング方法。
- 前記電気伝導コイルとして平面アンテナを用いる工程と、
ある面に前記電気伝導コイルが作製されており、反対の面に接地面が作製されている基板を用いる工程と、
前記タンク回路を形成する前記固有分布インダクタンス及び前記固有分布キャパシタンスと、固有分布レジスタンスとを有する回路を用いて、前記リジェネレーティブフィードバックをもたらす工程を含む、請求項17のエネルギーハーベスティング方法。 - 前記電気伝導コイルと前記接地面との間の前記固有分布キャパシタンスの少なくともほとんどの部分を用いる工程を含む、請求項22のエネルギーハーベスティング方法。
- 前記電気伝導コイルのセグメント間の前記固有キャパシタンスの少なくともほとんどの部分を用いる工程を含む、請求項22のエネルギーハーベスティング方法。
- 前記電気伝導コイルと前記接地面との間の前記固有分布キャパシタンスの一部と、前記伝導コイルのセグメント間の前記固有分布キャパシタンスの一部とを用いる工程を含む、請求項22のエネルギーハーベスティング方法。
- 前記エネルギーハーベスティング回路は、前記リジェネレーティブフィードバックに寄与する固有分布レジスタンスを有している、請求項15のエネルギーハーベスティング方法。
