Description
一酸化炭素/プロピレン線状交互コポリマーを次のように調製した。
EN204にしたがう4種の一軸2−プライ(ply)木材試料を厚さ5mmのブナ材のラメラと結合剤としての比較実施例1により調製されたペーストとを用いて調製した。結合剤を、一酸化炭素とプロピレンとのコポリマー、1,6−ジアミノヘキサンおよびサリチル酸の全重量に対し計算して1m2当たり90gの割合で1ラメラ表面に均一分配させた(接合部1m2当たり90g)。これらラメラを木目を平行にして合体させ、予備加熱されたプレスに入れ、そこに140℃および20kg/m2ラミネート断面圧力にて1時間保持した。
一酸化炭素とプロピレンとの線状交互コポリマーを次のように調製した。
水性エマルジョンの形態の結合剤を次のように調製した。
EN204にしたがう4種の一軸2−プライ木材試料を厚さ5mmのブナ材のラメラと結合剤としての実施例4により調製されたエマルジョンとを用いて調製した。結合剤を、1,6−ジアミノヘキサンおよび一酸化炭素とプロピレンとのコポリマーの全重量に対し計算して1m2当たり90gの割合で施した(接合部1m2当たり90g)。他の手順は実施例2に示した通りである。

実施例9に記載したと同じ手順を用いたが、ただし表面活性剤としてはプルロニックF−88の代わりに25gのポリオキシエチレングリコール(ユニオン・カーバイド社から入手されたカルボワックス8000)を使用した。得られた混合物は水中に分散することができなかった。
水性エマルジョンの形態の結合剤を次のように調製した。実施例3により調製したコポリマーの2,000g試料を、約2000の分子量を有すると共にポリ(エチレンオキシド)ブロックがジブロックコポリマーの重量の70%を占めるポリ(エチレンオキシド)−ポリ(プロピレンオキシド)のモノアミノキャッピングされたジブロックコポリマー(商標ジェファミンM2070として入手)100gと混合し、75℃にて1時間にわたり保持した。
Claims (1)
- ポリ(エチレンオキシド)又はポリ(エチレンオキシド)ブロック及びポリ(プロピレンオキシド)ブロックを含むポリマーを一酸化炭素とオレフィン系不飽和化合物とのコポリマーにグラフト化させて製造されるポリマー。
