【0003】

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-31559 [Patent Document 4]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-43734
The above Patent Documents 1 to 4 disclose a device or an invention that can reduce the height when stacking empty trolleys and reduce the transportation cost by effectively using the storage space. is there. And in order to achieve the objective, the said patent document 1 formed the recessed part in the upper surface of a base plate, and made the wheel of the upper stage trolley correspond to this recessed part, and patent document 2 is a trolley | bogie in a horizontal surface. By rotating 90 degrees and cross-stacking in a cross shape, the wheels of the upper trolley come out of the base plate of the lower trolley, and since Patent Document 3 is a triangular trolley for round containers, The wheels of the upper trolley are made to come out of the base plate of the lower trolley by rotating 60 degrees at the same time, and Patent Document 4 discloses that the upper and lower tiers are asymmetrically provided with four wheels on the base plate. It is designed to avoid the interference of the wheels of the bogie.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the cart described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, there is a drawback that the height cannot be lowered sufficiently because a recess has to be formed at the wheel mounting position of the base plate and the strength may be impaired. Further, the cart described in Patent Document 2 can be implemented only in a rectangular cart having an aspect ratio of approximately 3 to 2 or more so that the wheels come out of the base plate of the lower cart. In addition, it cannot be applied to a cart having a square shape or a shape close to a square shape, and since it has a cross shape, it occupies a storage space of length × length and has a disadvantage that four corners become dead spaces. Patent Document 3 is also possible because it is a special triangular carriage. Moreover, the cart described in Patent Document 4 has a problem that the balance in a normal traveling use state is deteriorated because the wheels are provided asymmetrically.
The present invention seeks to provide a stacked cart that eliminates the problems of such conventional carts.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the stacked carriage of the present invention forms a substantially square base plate , forms recesses near the four corners of the top surface of the base plate , and respectively corresponds to the recesses near the four corners of the bottom surface of the base plate. A wheel is provided, and a car is formed by forming a notch in an intermediate part of each side of the base plate, and the wheel of the upper base car is obtained by stacking the car in multiple stages while rotating approximately 45 degrees in a horizontal plane. It was suspended during the incision of the lower cart, and the wheel was further opposed to the recess of the lower cart so that interference between the cart and the cart wheels stacked on the second stage was avoided. It is characterized by.
For this reason, the height at the time of stacking is significantly reduced, and the storage efficiency is excellent without causing a dead space. Further, since the wheels are provided near the four corners of the base plate, the conveyance stability can be maintained.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a stacked cart according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the bottom surface of the cart. This carriage includes a substantially square base plate 1 integrally formed of plastic and wheels 2 provided near the four corners of the lower surface of the base plate. Incidentally, wheel 2, the vertical shaft supporting the wheel support 3 is rotatably supported on the mounting plate 4, the rolling direction of the wheel 2 is a so-called caster be changed freely, bolts mounting plate 4 -The nut 6 is inserted through the bottom surface of the base plate.
[0009]
In addition, the base plate 1 is formed with ribbed reinforcing ribs 8 in the central portion 7 on the lower surface, and four girders 9 are integrally formed on the lower surface of the base plate 1 so as to surround the central portion 7. Yes. Further, a semicircular cut 10 is formed in an intermediate portion of each side of the base plate 1. The notches 10 are formed in such a width and depth that the wheel 2 can be loosely fitted. A grid-like reinforcing rib 11 is formed on the entire lower surface of the base plate 1.
[0010]
Further, four engaging portions 12 made of rectangular shallow depressions are formed on the upper surface of the base plate 1 in a positional relationship rotated 45 degrees with respect to the beam body 9 in a horizontal plane. Reference numeral 13 denotes a drain hole formed in the engaging portion 12.
[0011]
Further, 14 is a circular recess formed in a portion corresponding to the upper surface of the mounting portion of the wheel 2 near the four corners of the upper surface of the base plate 1, and 15 is a drain hole formed in the recess.
[0012]
In the cart configured as above, the base plate 1 is stably supported horizontally by the four wheels 2. And it is used for conveyance of various articles | goods by loading a load on the upper surface of this base plate. When not in use, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the wheel 2 of the upper carriage B is moved to the lower carriage A by rotating approximately 45 degrees on the carriage A in the horizontal plane and stacking the carriage B. Therefore, the collision between the wheel 2 and the base plate 1 can be avoided, and the height at the time of stacking can be greatly reduced, so that the space required for storage can be reduced. Further, the base plate 1 is reinforced by integrally forming the beam body 9, and the beam body 9 of the upper carriage B comes into contact with the engaging portion 12 of the lower carriage A to prevent the displacement of the beam body 9. Therefore, the stacked state can be stabilized. For this reason, it is possible to prevent collapse due to high stacking or collapse due to vibration during truck transportation.
Further, since the beam body 9 is formed, the wheel 2 of the upper carriage B can be prevented from coming into contact with the base plate 1 of the lower carriage A, so that the loading surface of the carriage 1 becomes dirty even if the wheels 2 are dirty. Hygienic without.
[0013]
Furthermore, since the wheels 2 of the carriage C stacked on the second stage of the carriage A are opposed to the recess 14 of the carriage A when stacked in multiple stages as shown in FIG. Interference with the wheel 2 of the carriage C can also be avoided. For this reason, the height at the time of stacking can be further greatly reduced by forming the recess 14.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the cart according to the present invention can be significantly reduced in height by being stacked while maintaining stability, and the required storage space can be reduced, thereby having excellent storage efficiency. For this reason, there are remarkable effects such as reducing logistics costs.
