Claims (1)
- 並列2本のフローチューブと、該2本のフローチューブ両端がそれぞれ結合される流入側分流管及び流出側分流管と、これら両分流管を連結して支持するスペーサとして機能する支持部材とを備えるコリオリメータにおいて、
両分流管のそれぞれを結合したフローチューブ結合部分と、分流管のこの結合部分に剛性を持たせるために結合した補強部材を備え、
前記フローチューブ結合部分を、管状の2つの突起部分として形成し、
前記補強部材は、前記2つの突起部分に相当する穴が開けられた板状部材で構成し、
該補強部材の2つの穴に分流管の前記突起部分を挿入して、真空ろう付け又は溶接により固定することにより、2本のフローチューブのそれぞれを結合するために形成されている各分流管それぞれの前記フローチューブ結合部分を一体に結合してなるコリオリメータ。
