Description
【0001】
【0032】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to cement compositions, in particular, relates to a cement composition made from cement clinker obtained by firing a raw material containing a high waste of phosphorus content (hereinafter referred to as "cement clinker of the present invention") .
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, the incineration ash of municipal waste, sewage sludge and incineration ash of the sludge, and industrial by-products such as slag generated in the steelmaking process (hereinafter collectively referred to as “waste”) are increasing. Effective use and recycling are attracting social attention.
As a specific measure for recycling, research has been conducted on the use of waste as a raw material for the production of Portland cement.
[0003]
In the cement industry, the use of the waste as a raw material, in the firing process, the phosphorus compound contained in large amounts in the waste (generally contains 0.3 to 30 wt% in terms of P 2 O 5 Most of them remain in the cement clinker.
It is known that the higher the phosphorus content in the clinker, the more significantly the compressive strength of the cement is affected.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, P 2 O 5 content of normal portland cement clinker, at most about 0.3 mass%, Portland cement clinker of a large portion is 0.1 to 0.2 mass%.
At such a content, the influence on the properties of the cement, in particular the compressive strength, was almost negligible.
[0005]
However, when the waste is used as a raw material, it is not rare that the P 2 O 5 content in the clinker reaches 1.0% by mass.
For this reason, the compressive strength is significantly reduced.
For example, a cement manufactured from a clinker having a high P 2 O 5 content as described above has a P 2 O 5 content of 0.5 compared to the compressive strength (material age 7 days) when no waste is used. The compressive strength decreases rapidly, such as 89% for mass%, 79% for 0.8 mass%, 74% for 1.0 mass%, 59% for 1.3 mass%. to that, there was problem that is a.
[0006]
The present invention was made in view of the above problems, its object is also a high phosphorus content, to provide a cement composition decrease rate of compressive strength has been improved.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a cement clinker is P 2 O 5 content in a specific range, water hardness ratio (HM), the ratio of strength reduction by a combination of 3 properties of the silicate modulus (SM) and MgO content is reduced And the range of these characteristics is specified, and thereby the above-mentioned object can be achieved.
[0008]
That is, the cement composition according to the present invention is “a cement clinker having a P 2 O 5 content of 0.3 to 2.5 mass% obtained by firing a raw material for cement clinker containing waste having a high phosphorus content. Because
Water hardness ratio (HM) is from 1.93 to 2.15,
Kay acid rate (SM) is 1.3 to 2.2, and,
-MgO content is 1.0-5.0 mass%,
Cement clinker, total SO 3 content is blended with gypsum such that 1.5 to 4.0% by mass "(claim 1)
This is the gist.
[0009]
Moreover, the cement composition according to the present invention is:
・ Waste is at least one selected from sewage sludge, sewage sludge incineration, municipal waste incineration ash and steelmaking slag (Claim 2), and the use of coal ash as a raw material for cement clinker (claim) Item 3),
It is characterized by.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
First, the cement clinker of the present invention will be described.
Normally, various phosphorus compounds are contained in waste, and the phosphorus compounds contained in the waste history also differ in content.
For example, the phosphorus compound contained in the sewage sludge and the phosphorus compound contained in the sewage sludge incinerated ash after heat treatment are not the same, and their P 2 O 5 equivalent values do not necessarily match. Furthermore, even if it is the same kind of waste, the content of the phosphorus compound is often not constant.
[0012]
The cement clinker of the present invention has a P 2 O 5 (converted) produced by firing a prepared raw material to which a waste containing a phosphorus compound as described above is added in addition to the raw materials conventionally used. Applicable to cement clinker containing ˜2.5% by mass.
[0013]
The reason for limiting the range of P 2 O 5 content in the cement clinker,
・ If it is less than 0.3% by mass, it does not change from the conventional cement clinker, so there is no effect on the compressive strength. Therefore, the cement clinker of the present invention is applied to the case of 0.3% by mass or more.
・ In the case of exceeding 2.5% by mass, even if the hydraulic modulus (HM), silicic acid rate (SM), and MgO content fall within the above-mentioned ranges, especially the decrease in strength expression at short-term ages. Is not preferable.
[0014]
And the cement clinker is
Hydraulic modulus (HM); 1.93 to 2.15, preferably 2.0 to 2.15,
Kay acid rate (SM); 1.3~ 2.2 and,
MgO: 1.0-5.0% by mass
It is important that the range is adjusted.
[0015]
Hydraulic modulus (HM) is the most important chemical factor for cement clinker.
When the hydraulic modulus (HM) exceeds 2.15, the improvement in the rate of strength reduction is low regardless of the MgO content.
-If it is less than 1.8, as the P 2 O 5 content increases, the improvement of the reduction ratio becomes small,
In either case, it is not preferable.
[0016]
Next, the silicic acid ratio (SM) will be described.
When the silicic acid ratio (SM) exceeds 2.4, if the P 2 O 5 content is large, the strength expression is reduced and the setting delay occurs.
-If it is less than 1.3, the fluidity of the kneaded product is lowered and the hydration heat generation amount is increased, which adversely affects various properties other than strength.
[0017]
MgO is, the more the content of P 2 O 5, is in the suppressing trend strength reduction who are included in large amounts preferred. For example, it is preferably included as follows.
· P 2 O 5 content of <1.0 wt%: MgO = 1.0 to 5.0 mass%
· P 2 O 5 content = 1.0 to 2.5 mass%: MgO = 2.0 to 5.0 mass%
[0018]
The limit point of the MgO content will be described.
When the content exceeds 5.0% by mass (Note),
・ The hardened cement body is easy to expand, causing long-term stability.
That is not preferable.
(Note) For general cement, JIS R 5210 “Portland Cement” defines “MgO content upper limit: 5.0 mass%” mainly due to expansion and long-term stability of hardened cement.
[0019]
-If it is less than 1.0% by mass, the effect of improving the strength reduction ratio is small and not preferable. In this case, as described above, even if the hydraulic modulus (HM) is increased, almost no effect is observed.
[0020]
In addition to the above, the iron ratio (IM) is known as a coefficient for specifying the chemical component of cement clinker.
The iron ratio (IM) is not particularly limited in the present invention, but a preferable range is 1.5 to 1.8.
[0021]
In the cement clinker of the present invention, the high phosphorus content waste,
・ Sewage sludge and its incineration ash,
・ Cash incineration ash,
・ Slag (industrial byproduct) generated during steelmaking
Etc.
[0022]
The cement clinker is manufactured as follows.
The waste to be used is blended so that the content of P 2 O 5 in the cement clinker is 0.3 to 2.5% by mass in consideration of the content of the phosphorus compound.
Adjustment of hydraulic rate (HM) and silicic acid rate (SM), including waste components used, is conventionally used CaO raw material, SiO 2 raw material, Fe 2 O 3 raw material and as required This is performed using an Al 2 O 3 raw material.
[0023]
Specifically, the three raw materials are as follows:
・ CaO raw materials: Limestone, quicklime, slaked lime, etc.
・ SiO 2 raw material: silica, clay, etc.
・ Fe 2 O 3 raw material; iron slag, iron cake, etc.
・ Al 2 O 3 raw materials; clay, etc.
Can be used.
[0024]
As SiO 2 raw material may be used coal ash (Note).
Since coal ash is generated in large quantities when coal is burned in a thermal power plant, various factories, etc., it is preferable from the viewpoint of effective utilization.
(Note) Examples include fly ash, cinder ash, bottom ash, and clinker ash.
[0025]
In addition to the above raw materials, MgO raw materials can be used to adjust the MgO content in the cement clinker to a range of 1.0 to 5.0 mass%.
The MgO raw material is not necessarily used if the MgO content is within the above range when the CaO raw material, SiO 2 raw material, Fe 2 O 3 raw material, Al 2 O 3 raw material and waste are mixed. .
Specific examples of the raw material for MgO include magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, dolomite, serpentine, spinel, blast furnace slag, and the like.
[0026]
Cement clinker of the present invention, the content of P 2 O 5, hydraulic modulus (HM), as silicate modulus (SM) and MgO content is within the predetermined range, blending, mixing, grinding the raw materials It is manufactured by firing.
What is necessary is just to perform the said mixing method with a conventional apparatus. The firing method may also be performed by a conventional apparatus (NSP kiln, SP kiln, etc. used for firing Portland cement clinker). For these, the present invention is not particularly limited.
[0027]
Next, the cement composition according to the present invention will be described.
Cement compositions are the total SO 3 content in the cement clinker of the present invention is a gypsum formulated to fall within the scope of 1.5 to 4.0 wt%, is prepared by grinding.
[0028]
When the total SO 3 amount is less than 1.5% by mass; Instantaneous freezing and fluidity decrease occur. When it exceeds 4.0% by mass; the effect of improving the rate of strength decrease is small, and the setting delay occurs. ,
In any case, it is not preferable.
[0029]
Blurring of the cement composition - down specific surface area, 3000~4500cm 2 / g are preferred.
[0030]
The gypsum used is one of two water, half water, anhydrous gypsum or a mixture thereof.
[0031]
A method for producing a cement composition is a method of mixing and grinding the cement clinker and gypsum,
-Use conventional equipment by either pulverizing and mixing individually.
[0032]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to examples.
1. Raw materials used Raw materials used (limestone, clay, silica stone, iron slag, sewage sludge incineration ash, dolomite and coal ash) and their components are listed in Table 1.
The gypsum component is also shown in the table.
[0033]
[Table 1]
[0034]
(Examples 1-7, Comparative Examples 1-5)
2. Manufacture of cement clinker Using the above raw materials, blending and mixing by conventional methods so as to achieve the P 2 O 5 content, hydraulic modulus (HM), silicic acid rate (SM) and MgO content shown in Table 2 I made a blended raw material.
Each blended raw material was fired at 1450 ° C. using an SP rotary kiln to produce a cement clinker. The components of the clinker are shown in the same table.
[0035]
3. Manufacture and strength measurement of cement composition To each cement clinker, by-product 2-water gypsum shown in Table 1 was added and mixed and crushed, and a trial cement composition having a total SO 3 amount shown in Table 2 (Brain specific surface area) 3200 ± 50 cm 2 / g).
[0036]
For each cement composition, refer to “10. According to the “strength test”, the compressive strength at 7 days of age was measured, and the results are shown in Table 2.
The cement composition of Comparative Example 1 corresponds to ordinary Portland cement, and the compressive strength ratio (strength ratio) of the trial cement composition is shown in the same table with the compressive strength as a reference value (100).
[0037]
[Table 2]
[0038]
From Table 2 above, it was found that the strength ratios of Examples 1 to 7 were higher than those of Comparative Examples, and the compressive strength was improved.
[0039]
In addition, when the P 2 O 5 content in the cement clinker is excessive, there is an upper limit in the content because the strength ratio is significantly reduced (Comparative Example 5), and the content of MgO in the present invention. It was revealed that the strength ratio was not improved even when the P 2 O 5 content, HM, SM, etc. were within the specified range (Example 4 and Comparative Example 4) when the specified range was outside the specified range.
[0040]
Furthermore, Comparative Examples 2 and 3 also revealed that the object can be achieved if the total SO 3 content of the cement composition is within a specific range. .

【The invention's effect】
The present invention is a cement clinker manufactured from a raw material for cement clinker containing waste having a high phosphorus content, and having a P 2 O 5 content of 0.3 to 2.5% by mass , and having a specific chemical ratio [ hydraulic modulus (HM) and silicic acid rate (SM)] and the MgO content is limited to a specific range, using a cement clinker of a high phosphorus content, cement compositions prepared total SO 3 content of Japanese quantitative It is characterized by this, and there exists an effect that the fall rate of compressive strength can be improved by this.
[0042]
In the present invention, since the means for reducing the harmful effect (decrease in strength) due to phosphorus is a method by adjusting the chemical component, it is easy to implement and also has an effect that waste treatment can be promoted. Yes.
