Claims (5)
- 改良すべき地盤中に水平または斜めに、または屈曲と直線を任意に組み合わせてボーリングし、得られたボーリング孔中に、注入管外壁に袋体を間隔をあけて複数個取り付け、
かつ袋体内部ならびに隣接する袋体間に外管吐出口を開孔した注入管装置を挿入し、次いで、前記袋体内部に開孔する外管吐出口から袋体中に硬化性懸濁液を填充し、膨らませて袋パッカを形成するとともに、前記隣接するパッカ間に開孔する外管吐出口から注入材を注入して前記地盤を固結する地盤注入工法において、前記注入管外壁に隣接する袋パッカ間に透水性孔壁保持材を装着し、この保持材を通して注入材を隣接する袋パッカ間に開孔する外管吐出口から地盤中に注入し、これにより隣接する袋パッカ間を長くとっても削孔壁が崩壊して前記透水性孔壁保持材で保持された柱状空間が埋まることがなく、大きな吐出量で低圧注入が可能となり、注入管を斜め方向、水平方向、あるいは曲線状の削孔中に挿入して削孔壁の崩壊を防止しながら地盤を急速かつ確実に固結することを特徴とする地盤注入工法。 - 請求項1において、透水性孔壁保持材が織布、不織布、透水性合成樹脂、網体、ドレーン材、合成樹脂繊維、または植物繊維をマット状に成形した材料からなる請求項1に記載の地盤注入工法。
- 請求項1において、前記注入管内に軸方向に内管吐出口を有する内管を挿入し、該内管吐出口は内管パッカで囲まれ、かつ、外管吐出口に通じる空間内に位置し、注入材を内管吐出口から外管吐出口および透水性孔壁保持材を通して地盤中に注入する請求項1に記載の地盤注入工法。
- 請求項1において、前記袋体が硬化性懸濁液の一部を透過する透水性袋体であって、削孔径よりも1.2〜5.0倍の直径を有し、かつ、袋体の長さをLとし、上下に隣接する袋体間の間隙をAとした場合、A≦2Lとしてなる請求項1に記載の地盤注入工法。
- 請求項1において、袋体中に硬化性懸濁液を充填し、膨らませて袋パッカを形成する際、袋体の直径が削孔径よりも大きくし、袋パッカによってパッカ周りの削孔壁が圧密されるとともに、袋体が透水性袋体であって、袋体から透過された一部の硬化性懸濁液が圧密された削孔壁に浸透固結し、これにより袋体内を高濃度で硬化して高強度の袋パッカを形成するとともに、袋パッカ周りの地盤領域に注入材の浸透しにくい密な土中パッカを形成する請求項1に記載の地盤注入工法。
