Claims (2)
- 光ディスク上にレーザ光を照射するレーザダイオードと、記録データに応じて前記レーザダイオードを記録レベルの第1のパワーで駆動するとともに、記録データと記録データの間は前記記録レベルより低いレベルの第2のパワーで前記レーザダイオードを駆動する駆動回路と、前記レーザ光の出射光量をモニタするフロントモニタと、前記フロントモニタで検出された前記第2のパワーと目標値との誤差を得てレーザ光のパワーを制御する自動パワー制御回路とを備えた光ディスク装置において、照射されたレーザ光の光ディスクからの反射光の光量を検出する光検出器と、該光検出器の反射光量出力を取り込む手段と、記録コマンド受信後記録ゲートが開くまでの記録動作開始直前に取り込まれた該光検出器の反射光量出力から基準値を求める手段と、記録動作開始後の該光検出器の反射光量出力を該基準値と比較する比較手段と、該比較手段の比較結果に応じて前記第2のパワーの目標値を補正する手段とを有することを特徴とする光ディスク装置。
- 光ディスク上にレーザ光を照射するレーザダイオードと、前記レーザダイオードのレーザ光を再生パワーで駆動する駆動回路と、前記レーザ光の出射光量をモニタするフロントモニタと、前記フロントモニタで検出した光量と目標値との誤差を得てレーザ光のパワーを制御する自動パワー制御回路とを備えた光ディスク装置において、照射されたレーザ光の光ディスクからの反射光の光量を検出する光検出器と、該光検出器の反射光量出力を取り込む手段と、再生動作開始後の所定期間中に取り込まれた該光検出器の反射光量出力から基準値を求める手段と、該所定期間経過後の該光検出器の反射光量出力を該基準値と比較する比較手段と、該比較手段の比較結果に応じて前記再生パワーの目標値を補正する手段とを有することを特徴とする光ディスク装置。
