ところが、このプリプレグは、後に内層回路板と重ねて加熱・加圧して積層一体化して始めて完全硬化するようにしなければ、内層回路表面の凹凸が樹脂で埋まらず、耐電圧が低く使用できないものになるので、それまでは、半硬化状としなければならない。
