本発明は、スロットマシン、パチンコ機などのゲーム機の前扉(前枠)を筐体(本体枠)に対し開閉可能に取り付ける着脱式のゲーム機用蝶番に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ機などのゲーム機の前枠を本体枠に対し開閉自在に取り付ける蝶番として、上部に取り付けられる上部蝶番と下部に取り付けられる下部蝶番からなる構造の蝶番が、通常使用されている。この蝶番は、上部蝶番、下部蝶番共に固定部と可動部とに分かれて形成され、ピンと軸受部の嵌合により可動部側が固定部側に対し回動可能に支持される。つまり、上部蝶番の固定部は本体枠の上角部に固定され、上部蝶番の可動部は前枠の上角部に固定され、下部蝶番の固定部は本体枠の下角部に固定され、下部蝶番の可動部は前枠の下角部に固定される。そして、前枠を本体枠に対し取り付ける場合、前枠を持ってその下部蝶番の可動部を本体枠側の固定部にピンと軸受の嵌合により嵌め込み、同時に、その上部蝶番の可動部を本体枠側の固定部にピンと軸受の嵌合により嵌め込む。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従って、上記のように、前枠を本体枠に対し装着する際には、上角部と下角部に設けた両蝶番のピンと軸受を上下同時に嵌め合わせて行なう必要があり、加えて、ゲーム機の前枠には、各種の機械機器、電気機器が数多く取り付けられているから、前枠の重量は非常に重い。また、これらの前枠は、作業者の手作業により本体枠側に装着されるため、このような前枠の取り付け作業は、かなり難しく、労力を必要とし、ピンと軸受の嵌合が良好にできない場合には、蝶番や他の部材を傷つけてしまう問題があった。

そこで、本発明者らは、蝶番の固定部と可動部の各々において、上部蝶番と下部蝶番を一体に形成し、先ず固定側の下部蝶番に可動側の下部蝶番を、ピンと軸受孔の嵌合によって支持させた状態で、固定側の上部蝶番に対し可動側の上部蝶番のピン又は軸受孔を略水平方向に移動させながら、可動側の上部蝶番を固定側の上部蝶番に嵌め込んで、簡単に組付けることができるゲーム機用蝶番を提案した(例えば下記特許文献1を参照)。

ところで、上記のようなゲーム機用蝶番であっても、例えばスロットマシンの本体のように、その前面が鉛直面に対し、その下部を前方に出し、その上部を後方に引くように傾斜している場合、その前面に装着される扉の蝶番の回動軸も、鉛直軸に対し傾斜したものとなる。このため、その扉を開いた場合、その開度が90度までの間においては、扉が重力により閉鎖方向の力を受け、自然に閉じてしまうという現象が生じる。

このため、スロットマシンの修理や点検を行う際に、扉を開いておきたい場合には、扉を90度より僅かに超えて開いた状態として作業を行っていたが、何らかの外力が扉に作用して、扉の開度が90度以下になった場合、扉が自然に閉じる状態となり、作業中に不用意に扉が閉じてしまうという危険が生じる虞があった。

本発明は、上記の点に鑑みてなされたもので、ゲーム機の前扉と筐体に着脱可能に固定される蝶番の可動部材と固定部材を容易に嵌合して組み付けることができると共に、不用意に扉が閉じてしまうことを防止することができるゲーム機用蝶番を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明のゲーム機用蝶番は、ゲーム機の筐体側に固定される固定部材と、固定部材にピンと軸受部との嵌合により回動可能に支持されゲーム機の前扉側に取り付けられる可動部材と、を備え、固定部材は縦長の固定取付板を有しており、固定取付板の上部に上突出支持部が設けられ、固定取付板の下部に下突出支持部が設けられ、可動部材は縦長の可動取付板を有しており、可動取付板の上部に上突出板部が設けられ、可動取付板の下部に下突出板部が設けられたゲーム機用蝶番において、固定部材上突出支持部に上ピンが下向きに突設され、固定部材下突出支持部に下ピンが上向きに突設され、可動部材上突出板部上に固定部材側の上ピンを軸支する軸受部材が設けられ、可動部材下突出板部上には固定部材側の下ピンを軸支する軸受孔が設けられると共に、下ピンに嵌合して固定部材に対する可動部材の回動を予め設定した角度または任意の角度で停止させる回動停止部が設けられ、回動停止部の本体は、可動部材の下突出板部に固定されると共に、回動停止部の本体内には固定部材側の下ピンに嵌合・固定される回動停止部材が設けられたことを特徴とする。

このような構成のゲーム機用蝶番は、ゲーム機の筐体の内側に蝶番の固定部材が固定され、前扉の内側に蝶番の可動部材が固定される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1〜図5はスロットマシンなどのゲーム機の筐体側に固定される蝶番の固定部材1を示している。この固定部材1は、板状の縦長の固定取付板4の上端に上突出支持部2が略水平に形成され、固定取付板4の下端に下突出支持部6が略水平に形成される。さらに、上突出支持部2の先端の下面に上ピン3が下向きに突設され、下突出支持部6の先端の上面に下ピン7が上向きに突設されて構成される。下ピン7の外周部には平坦部が形成され、後述の可動部材10の下突出板部16に設けられる回動停止部19の回動停止部材20の異形軸孔20aに嵌入し、下ピン7が回動停止部材20と共に回転する構造である。

図5の斜視図に示すように、上突出支持部2と下突出支持部6は、鋼板を略コ字状にまたはL形に形成され、その先端に上ピン3と下ピン7を固定することにより、上ピン3と下ピン7つまり蝶番の軸心位置を、できるだけ筐体の左側面寄りに設定している。勿論、上ピン3と下ピン7の軸心位置は、縦長の固定取付板4の平面に沿った1本の軸線上に一致する。また、上突出支持部2においては、後述の可動部材10側の上突出板部12の上方に突き出した部分が回動可能な空間を作っている。また、上突出支持部2には、可動部材10が開動作をしたとき、その回動端で可動部材10の上突出板部12の上方に突き出した部分が当たって停止する部分が設けられている。これにより、可動部材10の最大開放角度を設定し、ここでは略92度としている。

前扉21を筐体20に対し開閉可能に装着する場合、先ず、前扉31を持ち筐体30に対し約45度開いた状態で、可動部材10の下突出板部16の下軸受孔17を、筐体30側の固定部材1の下突出支持部6の下ピン7に嵌め込む。下軸受孔17は鋼板に穿設した孔であり、ピンと孔の嵌め合いには多少の間隙があるため、前扉31は多少傾動可能である。このとき、下ピン7は、可動部材10の下突出板部16上の回動停止部19内の回動停止部材20の異形軸孔20a内に嵌入し、この回動停止部材20と一体化される。

次に、その下突出支持部6の下ピン7を支点にして前扉31を少し傾けながら、可動部材10の上突出板部12の軸受部材13を、その固定部材1の上突出支持部2の上ピン3の近傍に近づけ、その上ピン3を図15のように、上突出板部12上の進入路に進入させ、回動部材15を上ピン3で押すように動かす。これにより、上ピン3は、回動部材15を図15(a)のようにばね部材15bの付勢力に抗して回動させて、軸受孔14を開くと共に、回動部材15の回動によって開口した軸受孔14内に滑るように進入する。そして、上ピン3が軸受孔14内に嵌入した後、回動部材15がばね部材15bの付勢力で元の位置に戻り、軸受孔14の切欠き開口部が閉鎖され、上ピン3は軸受部材13の軸受孔14に嵌合し、可動部材10は固定部材1に対し回動可能に正常位置に支持される状態となる。

したがって、スロットマシンのように、前扉が筐体に対し傾斜して支持され、重力などで自然に閉じる状態であっても、回動停止部19の作用によって可動部材10つまり前扉31がその位置で停止し、保持される。よって、スロットマシンのように、傾斜した本体の前面に取り付けられる扉であって、開放された扉が重力で閉じようとしても、回動停止部材20と弾性部材21の係合により前扉31はその開き角度で保持され、不用意に前扉31が閉じることは防止される。その状態から、前扉31を開き或いは閉じる場合は、前扉31を持って回動させると、弾性部材21が弾性変形して、その凸部21aが回動停止部材20の凹部20bを乗り越えて回動停止部19の本体22側が回動し、前扉31は回動することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明のゲーム機用蝶番によれば、可動部材の下部に設けた下突出板部上に、固定部材側の下ピンを軸支する軸受孔が設けられ、下ピンに嵌合して固定部材に対する可動部材の回動を予め設定した角度または任意の角度で停止させる回動停止部を、その下突出板部上に設けて構成したから、スロットマシンのように、前扉が筐体に対し傾斜して支持され、重力などで自然に閉じる状態であっても、回動停止部により可動部材つまり前扉が予め設定した角度で或いは任意の角度で停止し、不用意に扉が閉じることを防止することができる。また、回動停止部の本体が可動部材の下突出板部上に配設され、回動停止部の本体内に設けた回動停止部材に固定部材側の下ピンを嵌合・固定させて制動を付与する構造としたので、回動停止部を小型化して他の部材との干渉を回避し、蝶番を良好に使用することができる。
