Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes a rectangular outer frame and a front frame that can be freely opened and closed with respect to the outer frame by a vertical hinge. The outer frame has a lower surface of the front frame with the front frame closed. The present invention relates to various game machines such as a pachinko machine, an arrange ball machine, a slot machine, etc., which have a facing surface facing each other.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A gaming machine such as a pachinko machine, an arrangement ball machine, or a slot machine includes a rectangular outer frame and a front frame that is attached to the outer frame by a vertical hinge so as to be opened and closed. In general, a facing surface facing the lower surface of the front frame is formed in a state in which the front frame is closed on the lower frame member in the left-right direction fixed to the lower portion of the front side.
[0003]
In this type of gaming machine, on the back side of the front frame, a game board, a payout device, a launching means, etc., to which various winning means, display means, etc. are attached, are attached, and on the front side, the front side of the game board is attached. A glass door to cover, a front plate on which an upper plate for storing game balls is mounted, a lower plate for storing excess balls, and the like are attached.
[0004]
As described above, the front frame has a large weight because a large number of components are attached, and when the front frame is opened and closed, an excessive load is applied to the hinge supporting the front frame. As a result, when the front frame is opened, the open / close end side (the end opposite to the hinge) of the front frame hangs down from the outer frame side facing surface (for example, the upper surface of the lower frame material), When closing the front frame, simply rotating the front frame around the hinge prevents the lower rear edge side of the front frame from interfering with the front part of the opposing surface on the outer frame side. Troublesome work such as rotating the frame while lifting it was necessary.
[0005]
Therefore, conventionally, a guide wheel is provided on the front frame side, and when the front frame is closed, the guide wheel rides on the opposing surface on the outer frame side, so that the lower end portion of the front frame and the outer frame are not rubbed. A device that can open and close the front frame smoothly is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a conventional gaming machine provided with such a guide wheel, although the opening and closing operation can be performed smoothly without lifting the front frame, the guide wheel protrudes greatly to the rear side of the front frame. There is a drawback that the work efficiency is lowered because it interferes with the work in a state where the door is opened.
[0007]
In addition, the configuration on the front frame side is further complicated, and the assembly process is complicated.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a gaming machine capable of smoothly opening and closing the front frame without providing a large protrusion on the rear side of the front frame. .
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a rectangular outer frame 1 and a front frame 3 attached to the outer frame 1 by a vertical hinge 4 so as to be freely opened and closed. In the gaming machine in which the opposed surface 2a facing the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3 is formed with the front frame 3 closed, the front frame 3 is closed when the front frame 3 is closed on the outer frame 1 side. And a rotation guide member 46 that pushes the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3 to the upper side of the opposing surface 2a while being rotated around the rotation shaft 45 in the left-right direction. In the rotation guide member 46, when the front frame 3 is closed, the contact receiving portion 57 with which the rear end on the lower surface side of the front frame 3 abuts is on the front side of the front end side of the facing surface 2a and the rotation shaft. 45 is configured to be swingable upward between a first state held at a position above 45 and a second state in which substantially the whole is housed below the facing surface 2a. The contact receiving part 57 is configured to pass outside the front end of the facing surface 2a. Is.
[0010]

A striking rod 17 that strikes the game ball in the firing direction, a biasing spring 18 that biases the striking rod 17 in the firing direction, and a striking rod 17 that resists the spring pressure of the biasing spring 18 via a cam. A firing motor 19 that is intermittently driven in the firing direction and an operation handle 20 that arbitrarily adjusts the spring pressure of the biasing spring 18 are provided.
[0015]
The striking rod 17, the urging spring 18, the firing motor 19 and the like are mounted on the back side of the front frame 3 via the mounting plate 15a, and the operation handle 20 is provided on the front side of the front frame 3 so as to be rotatable. The operation handle 20 is provided with a contact detection switch (not shown) for detecting the player's grip.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1, a guide rail 21 for guiding a game ball launched from the launching means 15 is annularly mounted on the front side of the game board 12, and a game area 22 inside the guide rail 21 is attached to the game area 22 inside the guide rail 21. Various game parts such as the variable display means 23, the normal symbol starting means 24, the special symbol starting means 25, the big winning means 26, and the normal winning means 27 are arranged.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 2, a back mechanism plate 28 that presses and fixes the game board 12 from the back side is attached to the back side of the front frame 3 so as to be freely opened and closed. An opening 28a is formed in a substantially central portion of the back mechanism plate 28, and a game ball tank 29 and a tank rail 30 are provided on the upper side thereof, and a payout connected to the downstream side of the tank rail 30 on one side in the left-right direction. The apparatus 31 is provided with a passage unit 32 on the lower side. The game ball paid out from the payout device 31 from the game ball tank 29 via the tank rail 30 is discharged to the upper plate 8 via the passage unit 32.
[0018]
A back cover 33 that covers the back side of the game board 12 is fitted into the opening 28 a of the back mechanism plate 28. The back cover 33 is detachably mounted with substrate cases 34, 35, 36, etc., each housing a main control board, a lamp control board, a sound control board, and the like. Further, on the back mechanism plate 28 on the lower side of the back cover 33, a substrate case 37 and the like housing a power supply substrate, a payout control substrate and the like are detachably mounted.
[0019]
On the upper surface 2 a side of the lower frame member 2, a guide unit 41 is provided in the vicinity of the end opposite to the hinge 4. As shown in FIG. 4 and the like, the guide unit 41 is integrally provided with a pair of left and right opposing side plate portions 42, for example, rectangular plates, and a connecting plate portion 43 that connects the lower end portions of the side plate portions 42 to the left and right. A main body frame 44, a left and right rotation shaft 45 spanned between the left and right side plate portions 42 of the main body frame 44, a rotation guide member 46 rotatably supported by the rotation shaft 45, and the rotation guide A spring member (biasing means) 47 such as a coil spring for urging the member 46 in a predetermined direction is provided, and is detachably mounted in an attachment groove 48 provided on the upper surface 2a side of the lower frame member 2.
[0020]
The main body frame 44 is made of, for example, metal, and the width in the front-rear direction of the side plate portion 42 is formed substantially the same as the plate thickness of the lower frame member 2. The mounting groove 48 is formed in the front-rear direction from the back surface side to the front surface side of the lower frame member 2, and the depth from the upper surface 2a of the lower frame member 2 is the vertical width of the main body frame 44 (side plate portion 42). The width in the left-right direction is substantially the same as the width in the left-right direction of the main body frame 44 (connecting plate portion 43). That is, when the main body frame 44 is fitted into the mounting groove 48, the side plate portion 42 is aligned with the left and right side surfaces of the mounting groove 48, and the connecting plate portion 43 is aligned with the bottom surface of the mounting groove 48.
[0021]
For example, a metal rotating shaft 45 is attached to the front lower portion of the main body frame 44 with both end sides fixed to the side plate portion 42.
[0022]
Further, for example, on the rear side of the main body frame 44, a fixing plate portion 49 is integrally formed from the rear edge portions of the left and right side plate portions 42 along the back surface side of the lower frame material 2, and the main body frame 44 is The fixing plate portion 49 is fixed to the lower frame member 2 by being fixed with a mounting screw 50.
[0023]
Note that the fixing plate portion 49 may be provided on the upper side of the main body frame 44 along the upper surface 2a side of the lower frame material 2, for example. However, in this case, there is an attachment recess for embedding the fixing plate portion 49 on the upper surface 2a side of the lower frame material 2 so that the upper surface side of the fixing plate portion 49 does not protrude above the upper surface 2a of the lower frame material 2. It must be formed. Further, the fixed plate portion 49 may be provided, for example, on the front side of the main body frame 44 along the front side of the lower frame member 2.
[0024]
When the front frame 3 is closed, the rotation guide member 46 is pushed to the lower end side of the front frame 3 and rotates around the rotation shaft 45, and the opening / closing end side of the front frame 3 is pushed upward to lower the lower surface of the front frame 3. This is for preventing rubbing between the side rear end portion and the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2, and has three substantially straight side portions 51 to 53 as shown in FIG. Three corners sandwiched between the two side parts 51 to 53 are formed in a substantially triangular shape in a side view formed in an R shape (hereinafter referred to as R parts 54 to 56). The rotation guide member 46 is made of, for example, metal, and needs to be formed to have a plate thickness (dimension in the left-right direction) that can obtain sufficient strength to withstand the weight of the front frame 3.
[0025]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the rotation guide member 46 is rotatably held by the rotation shaft 45 in the vicinity of the R portion 54. For example, one side portion 51 side sandwiching the R portion 54 is the main body frame 44. Between the first state (shown by a solid line in FIG. 5) and the second state in which the other side portion 52 is in contact with the rear upper edge side of the connecting plate portion 43. It can swing upward.
[0026]
When the rotation guide member 46 is in the first state, at least substantially the entire side portion 53 facing the R portion 54 protrudes forward from the front side of the lower frame member 2 (the front end side of the upper surface 2a), and the front When the frame 3 is closed, the rear end portion on the lower surface side of the front frame 3 comes into contact with one point on the side portion 53 (hereinafter referred to as a contact receiving portion 57).
[0027]
In the first state, the side portion 53 is located on the front side of the front surface side (front end side of the upper surface 2a) of the lower frame member 2 and on the upper side of the rotating shaft 45 in the first state. The distance from the rotation shaft 45 to the contact receiving portion 57 is longer than the distance from the rotation shaft 45 to the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2. That is, when the rotation guide member 46 swings and moves between the first state and the second state, the contact receiving portion 57 always moves outside the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2.
[0028]
Further, when the rotation guide member 46 is in the first state, the side portion 53 is in a state slightly lower than the vertical, for example, and the R portion 55 protrudes slightly above the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2. Become. Further, when the rotation guide member 46 is in the second state, the rotation guide member 46 is substantially entirely accommodated in the lower frame member 22 so as not to protrude at least above the upper surface 2a of the lower frame member 2. Yes.
[0029]
The spring member 47 is attached to the rotating shaft 45, for example, and one end side 47a thereof is engaged with the main body frame 44 side and the other end side 47b thereof is engaged with the rotation guide member 46 side. Energizing towards the first state. In a state where the front frame 3 is closed, the rotation guide member 46 is in an intermediate state between the second state and the first state, that is, at one position (for example, the R portion 56 or The vicinity thereof is held in an intermediate state (indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5) in contact with the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3.
[0030]
On the lower surface 3a side of the front frame 3, a reinforcing plate 61 is provided corresponding to the rotation guide member 46 on the lower frame material 2 side, as shown in FIG. The reinforcing plate 61 is formed in an L-shaped cross section that covers a portion from the lower surface side front end portion of the front frame 3 through the rear end portion to the back surface side, and is detachably attached to the front frame 3 by a mounting screw 62 or the like. It is installed.
[0031]
Further, the guide is obtained by cutting the rear side of the front frame 3 to the rear side of the lower side 3a of the front frame 3 and the hinge 4 side of the portion corresponding to the rotation guide member 46 (that is, the mounting portion of the reinforcing plate 61). An inclined surface 63 is formed. When the front frame 3 is opened and the lower surface 3a on the opening / closing end side of the inclined guide surface 63 hangs down from the upper surface 2a of the lower frame member 2, the rear edge side 63a becomes substantially horizontal. 63a is formed so as to be gradually higher than the lower surface side of the front frame 3 from the vicinity of the hinge 4 toward the reinforcing plate 61 side. Further, the inclination guide surface 63 has a substantially constant inclination angle in the front-rear direction, and the position of the front edge side 63b gradually moves forward from the hinge 4 side toward the reinforcing plate 61 side. It is formed in an elongated triangle shape.
[0032]
Next, an operation state when the front frame 3 is opened and closed will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. As shown by a solid line in FIG. 5, in a state where the front frame 3 is opened to the front side, the lower surface 3a on the open / close end side of the front frame 3 is in the closed position (lower frame) due to the backlash of the hinge 4 and the weight of the front frame 3. It is in a state of hanging down from the position of the upper surface 2a of the material 2.
[0033]
Further, in the guide unit 41 on the lower frame member 2 side, the rotation guide member 46 is held in the first state by the bias of the spring member 47, and the side portion 53 side protrudes to the front side of the lower frame member 2. .
[0034]
When the front frame 3 is gradually closed from this state, the lower surface 3a side of the front frame 3 gradually overlaps the upper surface 2a side of the lower frame material 2 from the hinge 4 side. At this time, since the inclined guide surface 63 is formed on the lower surface 3 a side of the front frame 3, the lower surface 3 a side of the front frame 3 hardly rubs against the upper surface 2 a side of the lower frame material 2. It is guided by the inclined guide surface 63 and rides smoothly.
[0035]
When the front frame 3 is closed to a predetermined position, the rear end on the lower surface side of the front frame 3 comes into contact with a predetermined position (contact receiving portion 57) on the side portion 53 of the rotation guide member 46 (FIG. 6A). )). At this time, the rotation guide member 46 receives a backward force from the contact receiving portion 57. Since the contact receiving portion 57 is at a position higher than the rotation shaft 45, a moment around the rotation shaft 45 is generated in the rotation guide member 46 due to the backward force, and the rotation guide member 46 moves to the rear of the front frame 3. As it moves, it begins to rotate backwards.
[0036]
When the rotation guide member 46 starts to rotate backward, the position of the contact receiving portion 57 gradually rises, whereby the front frame 3 receives an upward force from the contact receiving portion 57. As a result, the front frame 3 is lifted obliquely upward and rearward in a state where the rear end portion on the lower surface side is supported by the contact receiving portion 57 (FIG. 6B). At this time, since the abutment receiving portion 57 moves outside the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2, the rear end portion of the lower surface side of the front frame 3 abuts on the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2. It moves to the upper part of the lower frame material 2 without.
[0037]
Thereafter, when the rotation guide member 46 further rotates and the contact receiving portion 57 passes the uppermost position of the movement path, for example, the front frame 3 rolls relatively on the rotation guide member 46 and rotates with the front frame 3. The contact position with the guide member 46 gradually moves (FIG. 6C). That is, the support position on the rotation guide member 46 side gradually moves forward from the contact receiving portion 57, and the supported position on the front frame 3 side gradually moves forward on the lower surface 3a.
[0038]
Then, when the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3 eventually comes into contact with the upper surface 2a of the lower frame material 2, the front frame 3 thereafter moves to the fully closed position while sliding on the upper surface 2a of the lower frame material 2 (FIG. 6). (D)). At that time, the rotation guide member 46 is held in an intermediate state in which one position (for example, the R portion 56 or the vicinity thereof) on the edge portion is brought into contact with the lower surface 3 a of the front frame 3 by the biasing of the spring member 47. The
[0039]
Thus, in this embodiment, when the front frame 3 is closed, when the rotation guide member 46 on the lower frame member 2 side is pushed by the rear end portion on the lower surface side of the front frame 3 and rotates backward, The front frame 3 can be smoothly opened and closed without taking a troublesome procedure such as rotating the front frame 3 while lifting the front frame 3 because it acts to guide the upper side 3a to the upper side 2a of the lower frame member 2 while pushing the 3 upward. Is possible. Moreover, since there is no thing protruding on the front frame 3 side behind, the operation | work in the state which open | released the front frame 3 is not inhibited.
[0040]
Next, when opening the front frame 3, the front frame 3 and the rotation guide member 46 operate | move like FIG. 7, for example. That is, when the front frame 3 is pulled out from the fully closed state in the opening direction, the rotation guide member 46 is moved along with the movement of the front frame 3 to the front side when the friction with the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3 is large to some extent. Start to rotate forward from the state. As a result, the front frame 3 side receives an upward force from the R portion 56 on the rotation guide member 46 side and is lifted diagonally upward (FIGS. 7A to 7B).
[0041]
Thereafter, as the front frame 3 moves to the front side, the rotation guide member 46 further rotates forward, and the front frame 3 rolls relatively on the rotation guide member 46. For example, when the rotation guide member 46 reaches the first state, the front frame 3 then slides forward on the R portion 55 on the rotation guide member 46 side (FIG. 7 (c)), and the lower surface side rear end. When the part passes through the R part 55, it slides on the side part 53 and falls to the front side of the lower frame member 2 (FIG. 7D).
[0042]
When opening the front frame 3, if the friction between the rotation guide member 46 and the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3 is small, the rotation guide member 46 is used when the front frame 3 is pulled out from the fully closed state to the front side. In some cases, the intermediate state does not rotate. In this case, the front frame 3 falls from the front end side of the lower frame member 2 without being pushed upward by the rotation guide member 46, but there is no particular problem. In this case, the rotation guide member 46 swings forward from the intermediate state following the front frame 3 that moves forward by the urging of the spring member 47, and when the front frame 3 is opened, the rotation guide member 46 enters the first state. Moving.
[0043]
As described above, in the present embodiment, at least the front frame 3 is pushed on the upper side of the lower frame member 2 when the front frame 3 is closed, and the front frame 3 rotates around the rotation shaft 45 in the left-right direction. 3 is provided with a rotation guide member 46 that pushes up the lower surface 3a of the lower frame 3 to the upper side of the upper surface 2a of the lower frame member 2, so that the front frame 3 can be opened and closed smoothly without taking a troublesome procedure such as rotating the front frame 3 Can be done. Moreover, since there is no thing protruding on the front frame 3 side behind, the operation | work in the state which open | released the front frame 3 is not inhibited.
[0044]
In the rotation guide member 46, when the front frame 3 is closed, the contact receiving portion 57 with which the lower end on the lower surface side of the front frame 3 comes into contact is more forward than the front end side of the upper surface 2a of the lower frame member 2, and Between a first state held at a position above the upper frame and a second state in which substantially the whole is accommodated inside the lower frame member 2 and does not protrude at least above the upper surface 2a of the lower frame member 2. Since the contact receiving portion 57 is configured to pass outside the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame material 2 when swinging, the front receiving portion 57 is closed when the front frame 3 is closed. The rear end portion on the lower surface side of the frame 3 is guided to the upper side of the lower frame member 2 without contacting the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2, and the rotation guide member 46 is in a state where the front frame 3 is closed. It is housed inside the material 2 and does not get in the way.
[0045]
Since the urging means 47 for urging the rotation guide member 46 from the second state to the first state is provided, the rotation guide member 46 is always held in the first state when the front frame 3 is opened, and the front The trouble of rotating the rotation guide member 46 to the first state when the frame 3 is closed can be saved.
[0046]
In the second state, the rotation guide member 46 is configured to be accommodated behind the front side of the lower frame member 2 in the second state. Therefore, the rotation guide member 46 is lower when the front frame 3 is closed. It does not protrude to the front side of the frame member 2 and does not impair the appearance.
[0047]
Since the rotation guide member 46 is provided in the vicinity of the end on the opposite side of the hinge 4 on the upper surface 2 a of the lower frame member 2, the load resistance on the rotation guide member 46 side is reduced compared to the case where it is provided near the hinge 4. can do.
[0048]
Since an inclined guide surface 63 is formed on the lower surface 3a side of the front frame 3 and closer to the hinge 4 side than the portion corresponding to the rotation guide member 46, the rear portion side thereof is cut out in an upwardly inclined manner. The lower end portion on the hinge 4 side of the front frame 3 can be smoothly guided to the upper side of the lower frame member 2 until the lower end of the lower surface side abuts against the rotation guide member 46 when the 3 is closed.
[0049]
Since the reinforcing plate 61 is attached to at least the contact portion of the rotation guide member 46 on the lower surface 3a side of the front frame 3, wear and damage on the front frame 3 side due to the rotation guide member 46 can be minimized. When wear or the like progresses, it can be dealt with by replacing only the reinforcing plate 61.
[0050]
Since the rotation guide member 46 is detachably attached to the lower frame member 2, when wear on the rotation guide member 46 side progresses or breaks, only the rotation guide member 46 side can be easily replaced. it can.
[0051]
FIG. 8 illustrates the second embodiment of the present invention and shows an example in which the configuration on the front frame 3 side in the first embodiment is partially changed.
[0052]
In the present embodiment, an upward concave portion 64 is provided on the front side of the reinforcing plate 61 on the front frame 3 side. When the front frame 3 is closed, the concave portion 64 is in a state (intermediate state) in which, for example, the R portion 56 on the rotation guide member 46 side is engaged with the front edge side 64a from the rear side, and the rotation guide member 46 is in that state. The front edge side (side portion 51) on the side is formed so as to substantially coincide with the front edge side of the main body frame 44, that is, the front surface side of the lower frame material 2.
[0053]
With such a configuration, when the front frame 3 is closed, the position of the front edge side of the rotation guide member 46 substantially coincides with the front edge side of the main body frame 44, so that there is little unevenness on the front side of the lower frame material 2. Therefore, there is an advantage that the appearance of the main body of the gaming machine is improved.
[0054]
9 to 11 illustrate the third embodiment of the present invention and show an example in which the shape of the rotation guide member 46 is changed. The main body frame 44 employs the same configuration as that of the first embodiment.
[0055]
As shown in FIG. 9, the rotation guide member 46 of the present embodiment is formed in a substantially fan shape having an arc portion 71, and the inner angle of the corner portion 72 facing the arc portion 71 is 90 ° or smaller. It is formed at a predetermined angle. The corner portion 72 is formed in an R shape (hereinafter referred to as the R portion 72), and the rotation guide member 46 is rotatably held by the rotation shaft 45 inside the R portion 72. For example, the R portion 72 is provided. In a first state (shown by a solid line in FIG. 9), one side 73 sandwiching the frame contacts the front upper surface of the connecting plate 43 of the main body frame 44, and the other side 74 is on the rear of the connecting plate 43. It can swing upward between the second state contacting the edge side. The circular arc part 71 is formed in the circular arc shape centering on the rotating shaft 45, for example.
[0056]
Further, the rotation guide member 46 is urged from the second state to the first state by a spring member (biasing means) substantially the same as in the first embodiment.
[0057]
On the side portion 73, when the rotation guide member 46 is in the first state, that is, when the side portion 73 is in contact with the upper surface side of the front portion of the connecting plate portion 43, it contacts the front edge side of the connecting plate portion 43. A stopper 75 that contacts and restricts the forward rotation of the rotation guide member 46 is integrally formed in a protruding shape. Note that the stopper 75 may be omitted when the side 73 is sufficiently in contact with the upper surface of the front of the connecting plate 43 to sufficiently restrict the rotation of the rotation guide member 46 to the front.
[0058]
The arc portion 71 is formed such that its radius (distance from the rotation shaft 45) is longer than the distance from the rotation shaft 45 to the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2. That is, when the rotation guide member 46 swings and moves between the first state and the second state, the arc portion 71 moves outside the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2.
[0059]
Further, when the rotation guide member 46 is in the first state, most of the arc portion 71 protrudes forward from the front side of the lower frame member 2, and when the front frame 3 is closed, the front frame 3 The rear end portion of the lower surface side of this is in contact with the arc portion 71. The position of the rotating shaft 45 is set so that the contact position is always above the rotating shaft 45. Further, when the rotation guide member 46 is in the second state, the rotation guide member 46 is substantially entirely accommodated in the lower frame member 22 so as not to protrude at least above the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2. Yes.
[0060]
On the arc portion 71, a notch-shaped contact receiving portion 57 is formed. The contact receiving portion 57 is provided at substantially the same position as the position where the lower end of the front frame 3 is first contacted when the front frame 3 is closed or on the upper side (side 74 side). .
[0061]
Similar to the second embodiment, the reinforcing plate 61 on the front frame 3 side corresponding to the rotation guide member 46 is provided with an upward concave portion 64 on the front side thereof. When the front frame 3 is closed, the concave portion 64 has, for example, an R-shaped corner portion (hereinafter referred to as an R portion 76) between the arc portion 71 and the side portion 73 on the rotation guide member 46 side on the front edge side 64 a. It is formed so as to be engaged from the rear side (intermediate state, indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 9). In addition, the same inclination guide part 63 as 1st Embodiment is provided in the front frame 3 side.
[0062]
Next, an operation state when the front frame 3 is opened and closed will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10. As shown by a solid line in FIG. 9, in a state where the front frame 3 is opened to the front side, the lower surface 3a on the open / close end side of the front frame 3 is in the closed position (lower frame) due to the backlash of the hinge 4 and the weight of the front frame 3. It is in a state of hanging down from the position on the upper surface side of the material 2.
[0063]
Further, the guide unit 41 on the lower frame member 2 side is such that the rotation guide member 46 is held in the first state by the bias of the spring member 47 and the contact receiving portion 57 is located on the front side of the lower frame member 2. It has become.
[0064]
When the front frame 3 is gradually closed from this state, the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3 gradually overlaps the upper surface 2a side of the lower frame member 2 from the hinge 4 side. At this time, since the inclined guide surface 63 is formed on the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3, the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3 hardly rubs against the upper surface 2a of the lower frame material 2, and even if rubbed, the inclined guide surface is provided. It is guided smoothly by the surface 63 and rides smoothly.
[0065]
When the front frame 3 is closed to a predetermined position, the lower end of the front frame 3 directly contacts (engages) with, for example, the contact receiving portion 57 on the arc portion 71 of the rotation guide member 46, or After contacting the lower side (side 73 side), it slides upward and engages the contact receiving portion 57 (FIG. 10A). At this time, the rotation guide member 46 receives a backward force from the contact receiving portion 57. Since the contact receiving portion 57 is at a position higher than the rotation shaft 45, a moment around the rotation shaft 45 is generated in the rotation guide member 46 due to the backward force, and the rotation guide member 46 is moved along with the movement of the front frame 3. And start turning backwards.
[0066]
When the rotation guide member 46 starts to rotate backward, the position of the contact receiving portion 57 gradually rises, whereby the front frame 3 receives an upward force from the contact receiving portion 57. As a result, the front frame 3 is lifted upward and obliquely rearward with its lower surface side rear end supported by the contact receiving portion 57 (FIG. 10B). At this time, since the abutment receiving portion 57 moves outside the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2, the rear end portion of the lower surface side of the front frame 3 contacts the front end portion on the upper surface side of the lower frame member 2. Instead, it moves to the upper side of the upper surface 2a of the lower frame member 2.
[0067]
Thereafter, when the rotation guide member 46 further rotates and the contact receiving portion 57 passes the uppermost position of the movement path, for example, the front frame 3 rolls relatively on the rotation guide member 46 and rotates with the front frame 3. The contact position with the guide member 46 gradually moves. That is, the support position on the rotation guide member 46 side gradually moves forward from the contact receiving portion 57, and the supported position on the front frame 3 side gradually moves forward on the lower surface 3a.
[0068]
When the rotation guide member 46 reaches the second state, the front frame 3 slides backward on the R portion 76 of the rotation guide member 46 (FIG. 10C). When the R portion 76 on the rotation guide member 46 side is fitted into the recess 64 on the reinforcing plate 61 side and the front frame 3 reaches the fully closed position, the rotation guide member 46 is moved to the R portion by the bias of the spring member 47. It rotates forward and stops until 76 abuts on the front edge side 64a of the recess 64 on the reinforcing plate 61 side.
[0069]
Thus, in the present embodiment, when the front frame 3 is closed, the rotation guide member 46 on the lower frame material 2 side is pushed toward the lower end side of the front frame 3 and is rotated rearward so that the front frame 3 faces upward. Therefore, it is possible to smoothly open and close the front frame 3 without complicating the configuration of the front frame 3 side. Moreover, since there is no thing protruding on the front frame 3 side behind, the operation | work in the state which open | released the front frame 3 is not inhibited.
[0070]
Further, since the portion with which the front frame 3 abuts is formed in an arc shape (arc portion 71), after the front frame 3 rides on the upper side of the lower frame material 2, the front frame 3 is made to rattle in the vertical direction. It can be smoothly guided to the fully closed position.
[0071]
When the front frame 3 is opened, the front frame 3 and the rotation guide member 46 operate as follows, for example. That is, when the front frame 3 is pulled out from the fully closed state in the opening direction, the rotation guide member 46 starts to rotate forward from the intermediate state as the front frame 3 moves to the front side. As a result, the front frame 3 side receives an upward force from the arc portion 71 on the rotation guide member 46 side and is lifted diagonally forward (FIGS. 11A to 11B).
[0072]
Thereafter, as the front frame 3 moves to the front side, the rotation guide member 46 further rotates forward, and the front frame 3 rolls relatively on the rotation guide member 46. For example, when the rotation guide member 46 reaches the first state, the front frame 3 thereafter moves on the R portion 77 (the R-shaped corner between the arc portion 71 and the side portion 74) on the rotation guide member 46 side. Sliding forward (FIG. 11C), when the rear end on the lower surface side passes through the R portion 77, it slides on the arc portion 71 and falls to the front side of the lower frame member 2 (FIG. 11D). )).
[0073]
FIG. 12 illustrates a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and shows an example in which a plurality of contact receiving portions 57 are formed in a predetermined range on the arc portion 71 by modifying the third embodiment. With such a configuration, even if the amount of sag when the front frame 3 is opened changes, the rear end on the lower surface side on the front frame 3 side is securely engaged with any of the contact receiving portions 57. It is possible to rotate the rotation guide member 46 backward.
[0074]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was explained in full detail, this invention is not limited to this embodiment, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention. For example, the rotation guide member 46 can adopt various shapes other than the substantially triangular shape and the substantially fan shape as shown in the embodiment. For example, in the first embodiment, the side portions 51 to 53 of the rotation guide member 46 are formed in a substantially linear shape, but may be formed in a curved shape such as an arc shape.
[0075]
Even when the rotation guide member 46 is formed in a shape other than a substantially sector shape, the contact receiving portion 57 may be formed in a notch shape. Further, the contact receiving portion 57 may be any member as long as it can suppress slippage between the front frame 3 and the rotation guide member 46, and may be formed in a protruding shape, for example.
[0076]
In addition, the present invention can be similarly implemented not only in pachinko machines but also in various game machines such as slot machines, including other ball game machines such as arrange ball machines and sparrow ball game machines.
[0077]
For example, even if the lower frame material is not provided at the front lower part of the outer frame as in a general slot machine, the front side of the horizontal frame material on the lower side of the outer frame is opposed to the lower surface of the front frame. The present invention can be applied as long as it has a surface. For example, the same effect as that of the embodiment can be expected by providing a rotation guide member 46 similar to that of the embodiment on the front side of the horizontal frame member.
[0078]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention includes the rectangular outer frame 1 and the front frame 3 attached to the outer frame 1 by the vertical hinge 4 so as to be freely opened and closed. In the gaming machine in which the opposed surface 2a facing the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3 is formed in a state where the front frame 3 is closed, when the front frame 3 is closed on the outer frame 1 side, A rotation guide member 46 that pushes the lower surface 3a of the front frame 3 to the upper side of the opposing surface 2a while rotating around the rotation shaft 45 in the direction. In the rotation guide member 46, when the front frame 3 is closed, the contact receiving portion 57 with which the rear end portion on the lower surface side of the front frame 3 abuts is in front of the front end side of the facing surface 2a and more than the rotation shaft 45. The first state held in the upper position and the second state in which substantially the whole is housed below the opposing surface 2a are configured to be swingable upward, and at the time of the swing, the contact receiving The portion 57 is configured to pass outside the front end of the facing surface 2a. Therefore, it is possible to smoothly open and close the front frame 3 without providing a large protrusion on the rear side of the front frame 3 and without taking a troublesome procedure such as lifting the front frame 3.
