Claims (6)
- 電気機械式アクチュエータを初期位置からイネーブルされた位置へ向かって移動させる信号に応答するための決定可能な応答時間を有し、起動信号の受信に応答して、要求によって決定された力を対象に対して発揮するべく、ディセーブル位置からイネーブル位置へ向かって移動するように動作することができる電気機械式アクチュエータ(11)と、
要求によって決定された力を表すディジタル信号を供給するためのディジタル信号源(53)と、
前記ディジタル信号を受け取り、かつ、力を表す大きさを有するアナログ信号を供給するためのディジタル−アナログ変換器(55)と、
前記アナログ信号を反復して遮断するための回路(57、59)であって、各遮断の持続期間が前記アクチュエータの決定可能な応答時間より短い回路と、
を備えた電気機械式システム。 - 前記アクチュエータが、多重巻線直流ブラシなし電動機(13)を備え、前記システムが、電動機巻線の各々に前記反復遮断アナログ信号を連続的に供給するための整流子回路(21)をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクチュエータが電動機(13)を備え、前記システムが減速トルク増加歯車列(15)および回転運動−直線運動変換器(17)をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記アナログ信号を反復して遮断するための前記回路が、パルス列を生成するためのディセーブル要求発生器(57)、および前記パルス列に応答して前記アナログ信号の通過および阻止を反復するための電子スイッチング回路(59)を備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 所望の制動力(65)を表すオペレータ起動ディジタル制動要求(53)を提供するステップと、
前記ディジタル要求を前記所望の制動力を表す大きさを有するアナログ信号(63)に変換する(55)ステップと、
前記アナログ信号を周期的に遮断する(59)ステップと、
前記遮断アナログ信号を電動機に供給するステップと、
電動機の運動を回転運動から直線運動に機械的に変換する(19)ステップと、
前記制動円板(25、27、29、31)を圧縮するべく、前記直線運動を加えるステップと、
を含む回転車輪に制動力を加えるべく、制動円板(25、27、29、31)が介在する圧縮性スタック(23)に圧縮力を加える方法。 - 機械的に変換する前記ステップが、減速トルク増加歯車列(15、17)によって実行される、請求項5に記載の方法。
