【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は引き戸式ドアの開閉保持装置、詳しくは自動又は手動の引き戸式ドアが全閉した状態又は全開した状態で、その閉じ状態又は開き状態を保持させておくようにした引き戸式ドアの開閉保持装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、引き戸式の自動ドアの場合、ドアが全閉位置に達したときにドア駆動装置の電動機への通電をOFFにすると、ドア閉じ方向の駆動力がなくなるために、駆動装置のベルト(伝達機構)の変形(クセ)や戸先に設けたゴムの弾性によりドアが開き側へ戻り、あるいは縦枠の建付けの悪さ等と相俟って戸先部分と縦枠との間に隙間を生じて気密性が悪くなり、空調効果を低下させるばかりでなく外観を損なう不都合がある。
その不都合をなくすために、ドアの全閉状態でも駆動装置の電動機に押し回路による通電を継続させてドアに閉じ側の駆動力を与え続ける、いわゆる「常時押し」という動作を行っていた。

しかるに、上記「常時押し」による全閉保持動作によれば、電動機の温度上昇により駆動装置の耐久性に影響を及ぼすとともに、電力の消費量が増えてエネルギー対策上の問題があるために、特許文献1に開示されたドア装置が提案されている。
すなわち、特許文献1には、固定側2Aに永久磁石よりなる吸着ストッパ3が固定され、ドア部1の全開位置または全閉位置で吸着ストッパ3に当たる吸着部4がドア部1に設けられ、吸着部4と吸着ストッパ3とが永久磁石の力でもって互いに吸着し合うようにした引き戸式自動ドアの全開又は全閉保持装置が開示されている。

しかしながら、上記従来装置においては、ドア部1が全開位置または全閉位置に達したときに吸着部4と吸着ストッパ3とが吸着する方式、つまり吸着部4が吸着ストッパ3に当たって接合する方式であるために、それらの吸着に伴う吸着音(両部材が当たって密着する金属音)を発生して不快な騒音の原因になる問題があった。
また、ドア部1が全開位置または全閉位置で停止した状態で、吸着部4と吸着ストッパ3とが吸着するために、その吸着状態を解除(離反)させてドア部1を閉じ動作または開き動作させる際に大きな力を必要とする。とくに、特許文献1の図1〜図3のように、吸着部4と吸着ストッパ3がドア部1の進行方向で突き当たる構造においては両部材を離反させるために大きな力を要し、しかも、全開状態又は全閉状態を確実にするため吸着力を大きくした場合には、それが顕著である。そのため、自動ドアの場合、駆動力の大きな駆動装置を設置しなければならない不具合がある。

なお、ドアが駆動装置を具備しない手動ドア、例えば病院の病室やトイレの入り口で使用される手動ドアであって、閉じ方向へ下り傾斜する戸車レールにドアハンガーの戸車を走行可能に吊持した簡易な自閉型の手動開きドアにおいても、車椅子の患者が安全に通過するためにドアを全開位置で一時的に保持すると便利であるが、当該ドアに永久磁石を使用した全開保持装置の従来技術は見当たらなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来事情に鑑みその問題点や不具合を解消して、自動ドアを全閉位置または全開位置で保持させる際に吸着音が発生しないと共に全閉状態または全開状態からの開き動作または閉じ動作を軽力で円滑に始動させ得る永久磁石利用の開閉保持装置を提供することを目的とする。
また、本発明は、簡易な自閉型の手動開きドアにおいて、ドアを全開位置で保持可能にするとともに、吸着音の発生がなく軽い力で閉じ動作をさせ得る永久磁石利用の全開保持装置を提供することを目的とする。
さらに、本発明の他の目的は、永久磁石を保護するとともにその磁力を調整可能にし、しかも永久磁石を取り付ける部材の配設施工を容易にすることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
斯る本発明の引き戸式ドアの開閉保持装置は、ドアを開閉可能に装備する枠体の固定側に定置吸引部を設け、前記ドアには、その全閉位置または全開位置で前記定置吸引部に対向する可動吸引部を設け、それら定置吸引部と可動吸引部とを何れか一方又は双方に取り付けられている永久磁石の吸引力によりドアの全閉位置または全開位置で吸引保持させるようにし、前記永久磁石には非磁性体である保護カバーが被嵌され、該保護カバーと対向側の吸引部との間に所定の間隙が介在した位置で吸引保持させるようにする。
すなわち、本発明は、ドアが全閉位置または全開位置で停止したときに、永久磁石の吸引力で定置吸引部と可動吸引部とが所定間隙をおいた非接触状態で吸引することにより、ドアを全閉状態又は全開状態に保持させることを特徴とする。

上記永久磁石には、一般的なフェライト系の磁石を使用することもよいが、強い磁力を有するネオジウム、ホウ素、鉄を主成分とする磁石を使用することが好ましい。
この永久磁石は、定置吸引部と可動吸引部の何れか一方、又は反対の磁極を向かい合わせるように配置して双方にそれぞれ取り付ける。
また、永久磁石には保護カバーを被嵌せしめる。
それにより、保護カバーの厚さを選択することにより永久磁石の吸引力を調整することが可能であるとともに、定置吸引部と可動吸引部とが当接した場合でも永久磁石の損傷を防止することができ、また、定置吸引部と可動吸引部とが吸着した場合に両部材を離反させ易い。

上記開閉保持装置を自動ドアに適用する場合の具体的態様としては、上記ドアが、無目内に駆動装置及び戸車レールを配設し、該戸車レールにドアハンガーの戸車を走行可能に吊持した自動ドアであって、前記定置吸引部が戸車レールに取り付け固定された保持金具に設けられ、前記可動吸引部がドアハンガーに設けられる構成とする。
さらに具体的には、永久磁石は定置吸引部にのみ設けて可動吸引部をドアハンガーと一体又は一体的に形成する。これにより、永久磁石の交換を容易にすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図面により説明すれば、図1は自動ドアに適用した場合の配置構成図を示す。
図1において、符号1は出入口部に構築した枠体であり、その上部に無目2を配設して門型状の出入口枠が形成され、該枠体1の開口部にドア部3が開閉可能に設置される。なお、図中のドア部3は、ドア3a,3bで構成される両引き戸方式の場合を例示する。

上記無目2には、下端縁に戸車レール4aを形成した台板4を固定して取り付け、その台板4に駆動装置5を配設するとともに、前記戸車レール4aに、ドア3aの上部框に取り付けたドアハンガー6a,6b及びドア3bの上部框に取り付けたドアハンガー7a,7bの各戸車8及び9を走行可能に吊持させる。
駆動装置5は、動力源としてのエンジン(モータおよび減速機)10、制御部11、駆動プーリ12、従動プーリ13及び伝動ベルト14等で構成され、その伝動ベルト14にドア3a,3bのベルト掴み15a,15bが連結される。

具体的には、ドア3aのドアハンガー6bに可動吸引部25aを設けるとともにドア3bのドアハンガー7aに可動吸引部25bを設け、また、ドア3aのドアハンガー6aに可動吸引部35aを設けるとともにドア3bのドアハンガー7bに可動吸引部35bを設ける。

定置吸引部21bは、前記保持金具20bの側板202の外面に永久磁石21をビス止めするとともに該永久磁石21の外周に保護カバー22を被嵌して構成される。
永久磁石21には、強い磁力を有するネオジウム、ホウ素、鉄を主成分とする磁石を円盤状としたものを使用し、それにより、定置吸引部21bのコンパクト化を可能ならしめる。
保護カバー22は、アルミニュームやプラスチック等の非磁性体を使用し、その厚さを変更することにより永久磁石21の吸引力を調整するようにする。この保護カバー22は接着剤を介して永久磁石21に固定する。

上記保持金具20bは、ドアの全閉戸当り位置CP近傍の所定位置に、側板201,202を戸車レール4a上に載せた状態で、底板204をボルト206により戸車レール4aの底面に締め付けることにより、戸車レール4aに固定して取り付けられる。これにより、定置吸引部21bが、その保護カバー22を可動吸引部25b方向へ向けて戸車レール4a上に配置される。

上記間隙Sは、前記永久磁石21の磁力によって適宜に選定するが、定置吸引部21bにより可動吸引部25bを吸引保持するに必要な吸引力を確保し、同時に、ドア3bが開き動作を開始するときにエンジン10の駆動力で可動吸引部25bが定置吸引部21bから離反可能な数値に設定する。具体的には、ドア3aの重量や永久磁石21の吸引力等を勘案して1〜5mm、好ましくは2〜4mm程度とする。
この程度の間隙Sの場合には、上記保持金具20bを戸車レール4aに取り付け調整する作業中に、定置吸引部21bが可動吸引部25bに吸着するおそれもあるが、そのために、可動吸引部25bと定置吸引部21bとの間に薄板の非磁性材を挟みながら保持金具20bの取り付け位置を調整すればよい。

なお、上記定置吸引部21bは、永久磁石21を側板202の外面に単にビス止めする前記構造に代えて、永久磁石21と側板202との間隔を調整可能に取り付けることが好ましい。例えば、図示のように、永久磁石21にボルト23を貫通一体的に突設し、該ボルト23を側板202に螺合させロックナット24により締め付けて位置決め固定する構成とする。
それにより、上記保持金具20bを戸車レール4aに取り付け固定した状態のまま、前記ボルト23を前進又は後退させて永久磁石21と側板202との間隔を調整、つまり前記所定の間隙Sを調整することができる。

そして、ドア3a,3bが再び開き動作をするときには、駆動装置5の通電がONになってその駆動力により可動吸引部25a,25bが定置吸引部21a,21bから離反しながらドア3a,3bが開き方向へ移動する。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、ドアを全閉位置または全開位置で保持する際に、永久磁石の吸引力で定置吸引部と可動吸引部とが所定間隙をおいた非接触状態で吸引するようにしたので、従来の如き吸着音の発生がなく自動ドアの静音化に効果的であるとともに、その後に開き動作又は閉じ動作を始動させるときの駆動力を最小限ならしめることができる。
また、上記静音化については簡易な自閉型の手開きドアについても同様であるとともに、全開位置で一時的に保持した後に軽い力で閉じ動作を行わせることができ、病院等で使用される自閉型ドアの利用上の便益を向上させることができる。

そして、永久磁石を定置吸引部と可動吸引部の何れか一方、好ましくは定置吸引部に取り付けることによって、該永久磁石の取り付け作業性や交換が容易である。
また、永久磁石に非磁性体である保護カバーを被嵌したので、保護カバーにより永久磁石の吸引力を調整することができるとともに永久磁石の損傷を防止することができ、また、定置吸引部、可動吸引部の取り付け調整時に両部材が吸着した場合でもそれを離反し易いなど部材の耐久性、取り扱い使用性を向上させることができる。
