Description

【0001】
【0047】

Thus, the banknotes P can be conveyed one by one.
Next, the effect | action of the structure mentioned above is demonstrated.
First, the deposit transaction will be described.
[0032]
When the operator operates the console 7 of the banknote depositing / dispensing machine 1 to designate a deposit transaction, and the banknotes P are batch-inserted into the banknote slot 21, the banknotes P are separated and captured one by one by the capturing means 22, It is conveyed by the conveyance path 32a to the 1st discrimination | determination part 23, and discrimination | determination is performed about authenticity, a money type, front and back, damage, etc.
As a result, rejected banknotes discriminated from fake tickets (denomination type tickets) etc. are transported to the return port 24 by the transport path 32b, accumulated, and returned to the operator.
[0033]
The returned banknote can be inserted again into the banknote insertion slot 21 by the operator.
Banknotes discriminated as genuine bills that can be used for withdrawal by the first discrimination unit 23 are counted by denomination by the first discrimination unit 23 and are subjected to front / back determination, and then conveyed by the conveyance path 32c. After being sent to the front / back reversing unit 25 and the front and back sides are arranged, it is transported by the transport path 32d, and is sorted and accumulated in the temporary storage units 27 on the plurality of banknote storages 26 by denomination.
[0034]
In addition, the banknotes identified as non-payable bills that are genuine but not used for withdrawal by the first discrimination unit 23 are sent to the front / back reversing unit 25 by the transport path 32c after being counted by denomination. It passes without being arranged, and is further sent to the rotary conveyance path 15 by the conveyance paths 32f and 32j.
As described above, the banknote of the damaged bill is twisted by 90 degrees by the rotary conveyance path 15 and sent to the banknote replenishing and collecting machine 2 through the connection conveyance path 16.
[0035]
In the banknote replenishing and collecting machine 2, the banknote of the damaged bill is sent to the rotary transport path 15 by the connection transport path 16 connected to the connection transport path 16 of the banknote depositing and dispensing machine 1. After the banknote is twisted 90 degrees, it is conveyed to the front / back reversing unit 44 through the conveyance path 45e.
In this case as well, the bills pass without being arranged in the front and back sides, and further pass through the discrimination unit 43 and are conveyed to the feeding and accumulating unit 42 by the conveyance path 45a and accumulated in the feeding and accumulating unit 42.
[0036]
In this way, when all of the genuine bills inserted into the bill insertion slot 21 by the operator are accumulated in the temporary storage unit 27 of the bill depositing / dispensing machine 1 and the bills of the bill replenishing / collecting unit 2 are accumulated in the feeding and accumulating unit 42, The counting results of these bills are displayed on the display unit of the console 7.
By looking at this, when the operator inputs transaction approval information through the key input unit, the banknotes accumulated in the temporary storage unit 27 are stored in the banknote storage 26, and the banknotes in the feeding stacking unit 42 are banknotes in the batch storage 41. It is stored in the storage part 41a.
[0037]
On the other hand, when the operator inputs information for canceling the transaction through the key input unit, the banknotes accumulated in the temporary storage unit 27 are sequentially fed out one by one and sequentially conveyed by the conveyance paths 32d, 32g, and 32h, and the withdrawal port. 31.
Thereafter, the banknotes of the banknotes accumulated in the feeding stacking unit 42 of the banknote replenishing and collecting machine 2 are fed out one by one and sequentially conveyed by the conveyance paths 45a and 45e, the rotation conveyance path 15, and the connection conveyance path 16, Sent to the banknote depositing / dispensing machine 1 and further connected to the banknote depositing / dispensing machine 1, the transport path 16, the rotary transport path 15, and the transport path 32j. 32g and 32h are sequentially conveyed and accumulated in the withdrawal port 31.
[0038]
Then, when all the banknotes accumulated in the temporary storage unit 27 and the banknotes of the damaged banknotes accumulated in the delivery stacking unit 42 are accumulated in the withdrawal port 31, the shutter of the withdrawal port 31 opens, and the banknotes Is returned to the operator.
Next, the withdrawal transaction will be described.
When the operator operates the console 7 of the banknote depositing / dispensing machine 1 to specify a withdrawal transaction and inputs the number (or amount) of each banknote denomination, one banknote is stored from the banknote storage 26 by the feeding means 28. It is fed out one by one and transported to the second discrimination unit 29 through the transport path 32e, and discrimination is made on authenticity, denomination, front and back, correctness and the like.
[0039]
As a result, the reject banknote discriminated as a fake bill or the like is transported and stored in the reject banknote storage 30 by the transport paths 32f, 32g, and 32i.
Banknotes discriminated as genuine bills that can be used for withdrawal in the second discrimination unit 29 are sequentially conveyed by 32f, 32g, and 32h after being counted by denomination in the first discrimination unit 23. Accumulated in the withdrawal port 31.
[0040]
Also, the banknotes identified as non-payable bills that are genuine but not available for withdrawal by the second discrimination unit 29 are counted by denomination and then sent to the rotary transport path 15 by the transport path 32j. The banknote of the damaged bill is twisted by 90 degrees through the path 15 and sent to the banknote replenishing and collecting machine 2 through the connection conveyance path 16.
[0041]
The banknotes of the non-performing bill pass through the front / back reversing unit 44 without being arranged in the front and back sides, and further pass through the discrimination unit 43 to be conveyed to the feeding and accumulating unit 42 by the conveying path 45a, and accumulated in the feeding and accumulating unit 42. The
When the banknote of the denomination and the number of sheets designated by the operator is accumulated in the withdrawal port 31, the shutter of the withdrawal port 31 is opened, the banknotes are dispensed to the operator, and the banknotes accumulated in the feeding and stacking unit 42. Is stored in the bill storage part 41a of the collective storage 41.
[0042]
In this way, the present embodiment is a deposit transaction, and withdrawal but transaction is intended for accommodating the unfit collectively storing box 41 of the bill replenishment collecting machine 2 at the time, bills of the small strip wrapping small bundles dispenser 3 When the banknotes drawn from the banknote storage 26 of the banknote depositing / dispensing machine 1 to make a bundle are sent to the sealed small bundle payment machine 3 via the rotary conveyance path 15 and the connection conveyance path 16, the second discrimination unit 29 The banknotes discriminated from the banknotes are also stored in the batch storage 41 of the banknote replenishment and collection machine 2 in the same manner as in the withdrawal transaction.
[0043]
By the way, the banknote replenishment collection machine 2 uses the collective storage 41 when replenishing banknotes to an ATM installed in an automated corner in a business store. Therefore, the batch storage 41 used for banknote replenishment is attached to the banknote replenishment collection machine 2, and the banknotes sent from the banknote depositing / dispensing machine 1 are stored in the batch storage 41 via the feeding and accumulating unit 42. Moreover, the banknote of the banknote storage in ATM is collect | recovered in the batch storage 41 in the case of a close examination, this batch storage 41 is mounted | worn with the banknote replenishment collection machine 2, and the automatic of the banknote in the batch storage 41 is carried out. Counting is performed by the discrimination unit 43.
[0044]
In many cases, these bills are loaded and collected for detailed examination at a time determined by a sales office or the like.
However, although banknote replenishment is also performed during ATM operation, the frequency is not high.
Furthermore, it is also possible to attach a batch storage 41 storing banknotes in advance to the banknote replenishment collection machine 2 and send the banknotes fed out from the batch storage 41 to the sealed small bundle payment machine 3 to make a small bundle. The frequency is not so high.
[0045]
Therefore, as described above, there is no operational problem even if the banknote replenishing and collecting machine 2 is transported to the banknote replenishing and collecting machine 2 and stored in the collective storage 41 at the time of depositing and dispensing transactions by the banknote depositing and dispensing machine 1. At the time of processing for replenishing bills to the batch storage 41 by the bill replenishing and collecting machine 2, automatic counting, and creating a small bundle by the sealed small bundle payment machine 3, the batch storage 41 used for storing the damaged bills is a bill replenishing and collecting machine. It is necessary to remove from 2.
[0046]
Therefore, in the present embodiment, when a deposit transaction and a withdrawal transaction are performed in the bill depositing / dispensing machine 1 during these processes, the bill discriminated as a non-performing bill in the transaction is stored in the temporary holding unit 27 as a denomination. After the banknote replenishing and collecting machine 2 is remounted, the collective storage 41 for storing the damaged bills is fed out from the banknote storage 26 again and discriminated from the damaged bills. When it is done, it is transported to the bill replenishing and collecting machine 2 and stored in the batch storage 41.
[0047]
In addition, after the above-described processing of loading, automatic counting, and creation of a small bundle, if the collective storage 41 for storing the damaged ticket is not remounted, the collective storage 41 for storing the damaged ticket on the display unit of the console 7. It is assumed that a message prompting the user to install the message is displayed and the slip is stored in the bill storage 26 via the temporary storage unit 27 in the same manner as described above until the message is attached.

The present invention described above, the bill depositing and dispensing machine, the bill supplementation harvester includes a bill transport means allowing the transport of banknotes to each other physician between banding fascicles dispenser, in the bill depositing and dispensing machine Banknotes discriminated as banknotes by the banknote depositing / dispensing machine at the time of deposit transaction, withdrawal transaction, and banknote transport from the banknote depositing / dispensing machine to the sealed bundle payment machine The paper is conveyed to a replenishing and collecting machine, and is stored in the collective storage that is installed in the banknote replenishing and collecting machine for storing banknote bills via the feeding and collecting unit.
[0049]
Therefore, it is not necessary to provide the banknote depositing / dispensing machine with a banknote storage for storing the banknotes, and the banknote depositing / dispensing machine can be downsized.
Also, if you want to increase the handling denominations in the banknote deposit and withdrawal machine with the issuance of new denomination banknotes, or to increase the storage capacity of banknotes of specific denominations (for example, 10,000 yen banknotes) Even if the number is increased, the effect of suppressing the increase in the size of the bill depositing / dispensing machine can be obtained because the lost bill storage is omitted.
[0050]
Furthermore, since the bill replenishing and collecting machine can be attached and detached as a single unit, it can be easily exchanged even when the banknotes are full. The effect that it can be done in time is also obtained.
