Description
炭化水素合成、好ましくはフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成から、脱硫された水素化処理生成物を製造するための統合された方法が開示される。脱硫メタン濃厚流は第1分離ゾーンと脱硫ゾーン(どちらの順序でもよい)において天然ガスから分離され、そして次いで合成ガスに転化させられる。合成ガスは炭化水素合成、好ましくはフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成、に用いられる。炭化水素合成のC5+生成物は、場合によって2つ以上の分離した流れに分けられた後に、水素化処理され、そして水素化転化から発生するすべての含硫黄化合物は同じ脱硫ゾーンにて処理される。
Claims (12)
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成からの、脱硫された、水素化処理された炭化水素生成物を提供する方法であって、
a)坑井ガスを処理ゾーンで処理し、そして脱硫されたメタン濃厚留分と、硫黄濃厚留分と、C3+炭化水素留分とを単離すること、
b)前記脱硫されたメタン濃厚留分を合成ガスに転化すること、
c)前記合成ガスに炭化水素合成条件を受けさせ、少なくとも一つのC 5 + 液体反応生成物を得ること、
d)炭化水素合成からの前記少なくとも一つのC5+液体反応生成物に水素化転化条件を受けさせ、そして含硫C4-留分と品質向上C5+留分を産出すること、及び
e)前記含硫C4-留分を処理ゾーンで処理すること、
を含む上記方法。 - 含硫C4-留分が坑井ガスと合流され、そしてこの合流した流を分離して脱硫されたメタン濃厚留分を単離する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 坑井ガスから、脱硫されたメタン濃厚留分を単離する工程が、
a)含硫C4-留分と坑井ガスを合流させ、そしてこの合流した流を脱硫すること;及び
b)前記脱硫された合流した流を分離ゾーンで分離し、そして脱硫されたメタン濃厚留分を単離すること、
を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 炭化水素合成条件がフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成条件を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成条件がワックス状生成物の生成に有利である、請求項4記載の方法。
- 水素化転化されるべき工程d)のC5+液体反応生成物が実質的に343 ℃ +(650 ° F+)生成物である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 工程d)のC5+反応生成物が実質的にC5〜343 ℃ (650 ° F)生成物である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水素化転化条件が、水素化精製、水素化異性化または水素化分解の条件の一つまたはそれより多くを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水素化転化条件が、C4-留分とC5〜343 ℃ (650 ° F)留分を含む生成物流を形成するように水素化分解することを含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- C4-留分が生成物流から単離され、そして処理ゾーンで処理するために坑井ガスと合流される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水素化転化条件が、少なくとも一つの第VI族金属成分と少なくとも一つの第VIII族金属成分を含有する硫化触媒の存在下で、C5+炭化水素生成物と水素を、149 〜 454 ℃ (300 〜 850 ° F)の範囲の温度および3.4 〜 24MPa(500 〜 3500 psia)の範囲の圧力で、接触させることを包含する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 脱硫された、水素化処理した、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成からの炭化水素生成物を提供する方法であって、
a)坑井ガスを処理ゾーンで処理し、そして脱硫されたメタン濃厚留分と、硫黄濃厚留分と、C3+炭化水素留分とを単離すること、
b)前記脱硫されたメタン濃厚留分を合成ガスに転化すること、
c)前記合成ガスに炭化水素合成条件を受けさせ、少なくとも一つのC 5 + 液体反応生成物を得ること、
d)炭化水素合成からの前記少なくとも一つのC5+液状反応生成物には、少なくとも一つの第VI族金属成分と少なくとも一つの第VIII族金属成分を含有する硫化触媒の存在下で、149 〜 454 ℃ (300 〜 850 ° F)の範囲の温度および3.4 〜 24MPa(500 〜 3500 psia)の範囲の圧力で、そのC5+炭化水素生成物を水素と接触させることを含む水素化転化条件を受けさせ、そして含硫C4-留分と品質向上C5+留分を産出すること、及び
e)前記含硫C4-留分を処理ゾーンで脱硫すること、
を含む上記方法。
