Claims (12)
- 縦継目溶接管の溶接部の縦欠陥および横欠陥を超音波で検査するための装置であって、揺動可能に懸架されて管の表面上で溶接部の左右を摺動可能な2つの縦欠陥検査用検査台車と、揺動可能に懸架されて溶接部に対して中心で整列して管表面上を摺動可能な1つの横欠陥検査用検査台車とを有し、各検査台車は1つの受容部とその中に配置されて振動子を有する少なくとも1の探触子と少なくとも1つの接触媒質接続部とを備えており、接触媒質接続部の通路が振動子の領域で通じかつ出口領域でノズル状に構成されており、各ノズル領域がねじによって受容部と結合されているものにおいて、縦欠陥検査用探触子がさまざまな固定設定された角度位置で、ノズル要素との距離を変更可能に受容部(8)内に配置することができ、単数もしくは複数の横欠陥検査用探触子が受容部(64,64’)と共に、管表面との距離を変更可能に、受容部(64,64’)を受容する支持要素内に一緒に配置することが可能となっていることを特徴とする装置。
- 縦に立てた2つの平行な側板(14,14’)が縦欠陥検査用検査台車の基板(6)に固着されており、これらの側板が特定角度で延びる凹部(16,16’)を内側に備えており、探触子(9)を囲む受容部(8)が、凹部(16,16’)に合わせて、2つの相向き合う鼻端状突起(17、17’)を備えており、かつ側板(14,14’)の間に固定可能であり、検査台車の揺動軸線(2)を通る垂線(27)と検査台車の載置点によって生じる水平線(25)との交差によって形成される交点(26)を探触子(9)の軸線(24)が通るように凹部(16,16’)の成角が選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 各側板(14,14’)に差込可能でかつ受容部(8)にねじ込可能な少なくとも1つのねじによって受容部(8)の固定が行われていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 2つの側板(14,14’)が結合部材(15)によって互いに結合されて互換性挿入組立体を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 横欠陥検査用検査台車は各探触子に対して1つの受容部(64,64’)を有し、これらが一緒に支持要素内に配置されており、支持要素はそれを囲む枠内で案内されて高さが変更可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 支持要素は各側を2つの案内部品(56〜56’’’)と結合されており、枠内に配置された相応する凹部(47,47’)内で案内部品が摺動可能であり、支持要素の正面側末端が、協働する調整ナット(61)の刻み付ナット(60)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 支持要素は、ばね要素(63〜63’’’)によって枠に対して緊締されていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 横欠陥検査用検査台車は、固定探触子と、これに対して軸線方向で摺動可能な横欠陥検査用探触子と、ラミネーション検査用の他の固定探触子とを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1、5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 各探触子用のノズル要素(72,72’,75)が耐摩耗性プラスチックから製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ノズル要素(72,72’,75)用の固着ねじ(73,73’,76,76’)は、下からノズル要素に挿通可能で、かつ受容部(64,64’,71)にねじ込可能であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 横欠陥検査台車の第2探触子の軸線方向摺動用に2つのスピンドル(66,66’)は支持要素内に配置されており、スピンドルは正面側末端に各1つの歯付プーリ(67,67’)を有し、この歯付プーリには無端歯付ベルト(68)が巻掛けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 歯付プーリ(67)には刻み付ナット(70)が固着されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
