Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pachinko machine in which an inner frame for mounting a game board and a glass frame hinged to be openable on the front surface thereof are formed of a synthetic resin, and more specifically, an illegal operation such as a piano wire or a thin plastic plate through a gap between them. The present invention relates to a pachinko machine capable of preventing an illegal act of entering a member inside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general pachinko machines, a frame-shaped inner frame to which a game board is attached is hinged on the front side of the outer frame so that it can be opened and closed, and a glass frame equipped with glass is opened and closed on the front side of the inner frame. It is worn. In recent pachinko machines, the inner frame and the glass frame are often molded with a synthetic resin in order to improve the quality of the appearance and the design.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when molded with synthetic resin, the strength of the frame itself is weakened, and in particular, the glass frame is a heavy object including two large-sized glasses, so that the rigidity is increased so that the entire body is not bent or twisted. There is a need. Therefore, conventionally, reinforcing means such as providing a reinforcing sheet metal is provided on the outer periphery of the glass frame. As described above, in the inner frame and the glass frame made of synthetic resin, it is necessary to suppress the entire bending, twisting and the like, but it is also desired that the outer peripheral edge portion is not deformed or damaged by an external force. That is, when the outer peripheral edge portion is easily deformed, a so-called goto action is possible in which a piano wire or a thin plastic plate is inserted from a gap generated thereby to illegally acquire a prize ball.
[0004]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, an avoidance space is formed in the inner frame 80 so that the outer end portion 82 </ b> A of the glass frame 82 does not interfere when the glass frame 82 rotates about the hinge shaft 84. When the glass frame 82 is closed, there may be a gap W between the inner frame 80 and the glass frame 82 due to the avoidance space. Therefore, the inner frame 80 is provided with a covering member 78 protruding forward so as to cover the gap W from the outer side, but the inner frame 80 (covering member 78) and the glass frame 82 are combined. If it is made of resin, it can be deformed so as to widen the gap W between the covering member 78 and the glass frame 82, and from this, it becomes possible to perform a go-to action that allows the piano wire P or the like to enter the pachinko machine.
[0005]
The inner frame is hinged to an outer frame made of wood or the like so as to be openable and closable, and is locked by a locking device. And conventionally, there was no gap between the outer frame and the inner frame by being locked by the locking device. However, when the inner frame is made of synthetic resin as described above, a gap may be generated due to distortion or the like. In addition, when an integrated dish attached with a ball receiving assembly or launching handle for storing pachinko balls is hinged to the inner frame so as to be openable and closable below the glass frame, the boundary between the integrated dish and the glass frame, That is, there was a considerable gap between the upper edge of the integrated dish and the lower edge of the glass frame. If such a gap exists, there is a problem that the above-described fraud is easily performed.
[0006]
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present invention prevents an illegal act of causing an unauthorized operation member such as a piano wire or a thin plastic plate to enter the inside even in a pachinko machine having a synthetic resin inner frame and a glass frame. The purpose is to obtain a pachinko machine that can do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a pachinko machine according to claim 1 according to the present invention includes a synthetic resin inner frame provided with a game board, and a glass unit including a glass covering a front surface of the game board. A synthetic resin glass provided on the front side of the inner frame so as to be openable and closable via a hinge portion, having an opening in the center, and mounting the glass unit on the inner surface of the game board so as to close the opening. A pachinko machine having a frame, and a tip that comes into contact with an inner surface of the inner frame at a predetermined pressure when the glass frame is closed at a side edge of the hinge portion of the glass frame. A plate spring is provided, and the glass frame is not interfered when the glass frame is opened and closed on the inner surface of the inner frame and on the back side of the inner frame with respect to the portion where the tip of the plate spring abuts. So that the raised part is along the leaf spring Is characterized in that form was.
[0008]
According to invention of Claim 1, when a glass frame is closed, the clearance gap between an inner frame can be reliably obstruct | occluded with the leaf | plate spring provided in the glass frame. That is, since the leaf spring can be brought into contact with the inner frame with a predetermined pressure, the gap can be reliably closed even if there is a molding error in the inner frame or the glass frame.
[0009]
Therefore, even if an unauthorized operation member such as a piano wire or a thin plastic plate enters the pachinko machine through the gap between the inner frame and the glass frame formed on the hinge side, the unauthorized operation member comes into contact with the leaf spring. Any further entry is blocked. In the unlikely event that the unauthorized operation member slips between the inner frame and the leaf spring and further enters the pachinko machine, a convex portion is projected at that position, so the unauthorized operation member It abuts against the convex part and further entry is prevented. Thus, fraud is reliably prevented.
[0010]
In addition, since the tip of the leaf spring is substantially cylindrical, when the glass frame is opened and closed, there is no risk of injury due to contact with the leaf spring and damage to the inner frame. There are no defects.
[0011]
In addition, in a pachinko machine equipped with an integrated dish that can be opened and closed via a hinge part on the inner frame below the glass frame, a step-like engagement is provided on the back side of the upper edge of the integrated dish. the engagement portion is continuously arranged, when closing the glass frame, by the lower edge of the glass frame is engaged with the engaging portion, it is bent in a stepwise manner between the lower edge portion and the engaging portion maze You may make it the structure in which a structure is formed.
[0012]
According to this , even if an unauthorized operation member such as a piano wire or a thin plastic plate enters the pachinko machine from the gap between the upper edge of the integrated dish and the lower edge of the glass frame, the gap is stepped. Since it has a maze structure that bends, the unauthorized operation member is prevented from entering the pachinko machine. Therefore, fraud is reliably prevented.
[0013]
At this time, the engaging portion, and a bag portion that is continuous with the gap between the integral tray and glass frame, in the upper side of the bag portion, and a stepped portion lower edge of the glass frame is engaged, the It is preferable to have .
[0014]
According to this , even if an unauthorized operation member such as a piano wire or a thin plastic plate enters the pachinko machine from the gap between the upper edge of the integrated dish and the lower edge of the glass frame, the unauthorized operation member is It will only be inserted into the bag. Therefore, the unauthorized operation member is reliably prevented from entering the pachinko machine.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pachinko machine 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the pachinko machine 10 includes an outer frame 12, and a frame-shaped inner frame 14 having a window portion is hinged to the front surface of the outer frame 12 through a hinge portion so as to be opened and closed. A glass frame 20 on which a glass (including a transparent synthetic resin plate) 18 is attached is hinged to the inner frame 14 so as to be openable and closable via a hinge portion. The inner frame 14 and the glass frame 20 are locked to the outer frame 12 and the inner frame 14 by a locking device 16 provided on the inner frame 14, respectively.
[0016]
A game board 22 is installed in the window portion of the inner frame 14 so as to be replaceable. The game board 22 has various functions such as a special symbol display device, a large winning opening (variable winning apparatus), a start opening and various winning openings, A windmill, a decorative windmill, an outlet, and the like (not shown above) are provided. Further, below the glass frame 20 are a ball receiving assembly 24 for storing pachinko balls, a launch handle 26 and an ashtray 28 for adjusting the flight distance of the hit ball to be driven into the game portion of the game board 22 by a hitting ball hitting device (not shown). Is integrally hinged to the inner frame 14 so as to be openable and closable via a hinge portion (the closed state is shown in FIG. 1).
[0017]
The glass frame 20 is broadly divided into a synthetic resin frame main body 32 having a large opening 34 in the center, and a light source, a speaker (not shown), and the like that are provided on the front surface side of the frame main body 32. It consists of a lens 36 made of a synthetic resin that passes through. Since the lens 36 incorporates a light source, a speaker (not shown), and the like, a concave portion is formed on the rear surface side, and the lens 36 protrudes from the front surface of the inner frame 14 as a whole. The frame main body 32 includes a plane portion (a portion facing the game board 22) 32A having a large opening 34 in the center, and a side surface 32B perpendicular to the plane portion 32A is integrally provided on the outer periphery of the plane portion 32A. Yes.
[0018]
A glass unit 38 is detachably disposed on the inner surface of the flat portion 32A of the frame body 32. The glass unit 38 is obtained by fixing two pieces of glass 18 to a frame-like glass frame 40 formed of a synthetic resin with an adhesive or the like at a predetermined interval in parallel to each other. Two pins 42 project downward on one side in the direction, and two locking pieces 44 project on the other side in the width direction.
[0019]
Further, a reinforcing sheet metal 46 is disposed on the inner surface of the plane portion 32 </ b> A of the frame body 32 along the edge of the frame body 32. As shown in FIG. 1, the reinforcing sheet metal 46 is connected to a rectangular frame shape and is formed so as to have a substantially L-shaped cross-sectional view, and is arranged in parallel with the planar portion 32 </ b> A of the frame body 32. The portion to be formed is a frame attachment surface 46A, and a portion perpendicular to the frame attachment surface 46A and parallel to the side surface 32B of the frame body 32 is a reinforcement surface 46B.
[0020]
In addition, a guide plate 32C is projected horizontally on the flat surface portion 32A immediately above the reinforcing sheet metal 46 disposed on the lower edge side. The guide plate 32C is partially tapered so as to guide the lower surface of the glass unit 38 when the glass unit 38 is closed. The reinforcing surface 46B of the reinforcing metal plate 46 disposed on the lower edge side is in close contact with the lower surface of the guide plate 32C in order to suppress deformation and damage of the guide plate 32C.
[0021]
In addition, on the upper and lower sides of the reinforcing sheet metal 46 disposed on the right edge portion side toward the game board 22, key receiving portions 48 that are bent in a substantially L shape are provided at a predetermined interval. The inner frame 14 is provided with hook-shaped key portions 50 that can be locked to the key receiving portion 48 at the top and bottom.
[0022]
Further, hinge bearing portions are integrally formed at the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the frame mounting surface 46A of the reinforcing sheet metal 46 disposed on the left side edge portion side. A hinge shaft (not shown) that is wound with a coil spring and biased upward is inserted into the upper hinge bearing portion (not shown), and the hinge shaft is supported so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. ing. As shown in FIG. 2, the hinge shaft 54 attached to the lower portion of the inner frame 14 is inserted into the lower hinge bearing portion 58, and the glass frame 20 is supported by the hinge shaft and the hinge shaft 54 (not shown). It is designed to rotate.
[0023]
In addition, a bearing 52 is formed in the vicinity of the middle portion and the lower end of the frame attachment surface 46A on the left edge side so that the pin 42 protruding from the glass frame 40 is rotatably supported. Thus, the glass unit 38 can be opened and closed inside the frame body 32 by the pins 42 being supported by the bearings 52. A pair of lock levers 56 are rotatably attached to the inner surface side of the plane portion 32A of the frame body 32, and the locking pieces 44 of the glass frame 40 are moved by turning the lock levers 56 downward. It is sandwiched between the lock lever 56 and the inner surface of the frame main body 32 so that the glass unit 38 can be fixed in a closed state.
[0024]
The glass frame 40 and the glass 18 of the glass unit 38 are formed larger than the opening 34 of the frame main body 32, and when the glass unit 38 is closed, the opening 34 of the frame main body 32 is formed from the inside by the glass 18. It is completely blocked.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a leaf spring 60 capable of closing the gap W described in the prior art is provided along the reinforcing sheet metal 46 (parallel to the hinge axis) on the left edge portion side of the glass frame 20. Over substantially the entire length of the left side edge). The base of the leaf spring 60 is attached together with the reinforcing sheet metal 46 by fixing means such as riveting or screwing, and the tip (outside) is bent and formed into a substantially cylindrical shape (substantially circular in plan view). And the front-end | tip of this leaf | plate spring 60 is comprised so that it may contact | abut to the left side edge part inner surface of the inner frame 14 with predetermined spring pressure, when the glass frame 20 is closed.
[0026]
Therefore, even if the piano wire P or the like is entered from the gap W, the leaf spring 60 can reliably prevent entry into the interior, and even if a dimensional error in molding occurs in the inner frame 14 or the glass frame 20, The gap W can be reliably closed. Further, the tip of the leaf spring 60 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape (substantially circular shape in plan view), so that when the glass frame 20 is opened and closed, the tip of the leaf spring 60 comes into contact with the injury. There is no worry. And there is no malfunction which damages the inner surface of the left edge part of the inner frame 14 with the front-end | tip of the leaf | plate spring 60. FIG.
[0027]
Further, a predetermined height (glass) is provided on the inner surface of the left side edge portion of the inner frame 14 with which the tip of the leaf spring 60 abuts and at a position behind the tip of the leaf spring 60 when the glass frame 20 is closed. When the frame 20 is opened and closed, a convex portion 62 having a height that does not interfere with the outer end portion 20A is provided along the reinforcing sheet metal 46 (in parallel with the leaf spring 60, over the entire length of the left side edge). ing. Therefore, even if the piano wire P or the like is forcibly pushed between the inner surface of the left side edge of the inner frame 14 and the tip of the leaf spring 60, the convex portion 62 serves as a barrier to enter the piano wire P or the like. Because it blocks, fraud is definitely prevented.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 2, a transparent partition plate 64 having a substantially fan shape in a bottom view is provided on the rear side (inner frame 14 side) of the hinge bearing portion 58. A peripheral wall 64A directed downward is formed. For this reason, entry of the piano wire P or the like from below is prevented, and the partition plate 64 is transparent, so that the operation of attaching the hinge shaft 54 to the hinge bearing portion 58 can be easily performed while visually observing.
[0029]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, an approach prevention means such as a piano wire P is provided also on the right edge portion side (locking device 16 side) opposite to the hinge portion. That is, when the inner frame 14 is closed with respect to the outer frame 12, the hook-shaped key portion 66 of the locking device 16 provided on the back surface of the inner frame 14 is locked to the key receiving portion 68 of the outer frame 12. However, the key portion 66 is provided on a plate 70 provided on the back surface of the right edge portion of the inner frame 14 via an engagement / disengagement mechanism (not shown).
[0030]
The plate 70 is attached along the right side edge of the inner frame 14 and over substantially the entire length thereof, and as shown in FIG. 4, the outer side edge (outer end) of the plate 70. Portion) is bent about 90 ° rearward (toward the outer frame 12) to form a rising wall portion 70A having a predetermined height (width). Therefore, even if the inner frame 14 is made of synthetic resin and is deformed due to distortion or the like and a gap S is formed between the inner frame 14 and the outer frame 12, the rising wall portion 70A completely enters the piano wire P and the like from the gap S. Can be prevented. The rising wall portion 70A is preferably integrally formed with the plate 70 in order to reduce the number of components, but may be configured to be attached to the plate 70 or the back surface of the inner frame 14 as a separate body.
[0031]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, the approach prevention means, such as a piano wire P, is also provided between the lower edge part of the glass frame 20, and the upper edge part of the integrated dish 30. As shown in FIG. That is, a rib 72 extending horizontally by a predetermined length toward the rear (inward) is integrally provided on the upper edge portion of the integrated dish 30 over substantially the entire length of the left and right. A step-like engagement portion 74 that is upward and forward is integrally provided at the end. Then, after closing the integrated dish 30, the side surface 32 </ b> B provided at the lower edge of the glass frame 20 is engaged with the inner surface of the engaging portion 74 by closing the glass frame 20.
[0032]
That is, the inner surface side of the engaging portion 74 includes a bag portion 74A that is substantially U-shaped in side view and a stepped portion 74B that engages the tip of the side surface 32B in contact or non-contact with the glass frame 20. The space continuous upward from the gap U with the integrated dish 30 is configured to be a non-linear space (so as to have a maze structure). Therefore, even if the piano wire P or the like is entered from the gap U between the glass frame 20 and the integrated dish 30, the piano wire P or the like is merely inserted into the bag portion 74A formed by the engaging portion 74, and more. Is prevented from entering. That is, since the engaging portion 74 is formed in a stepped shape toward the upper front, it is impossible for the piano wire P or the like to pass through the space formed in the stepped shape. Definitely blocked.
[0033]
The operation of the pachinko machine 10 configured as described above will be further described. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the pachinko machine 10 starts from a gap W between the glass frame 20 and the inner frame 14 generated on the hinge portion side. Even if the piano wire P is caused to enter the inside, the piano wire P comes into contact with the leaf spring 60 and further entry is prevented. In addition, even if the piano wire P passes through between the inner surface of the inner frame 14 and the tip of the leaf spring 60 and further enters the interior, the projection 62 is projected at that position, so the piano wire P Abuts against the convex portion 62, and further entry is prevented. Therefore, fraud is reliably prevented.
[0034]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, even if an attempt is made to enter the piano wire P into the pachinko machine 10 through the gap S between the outer frame 12 and the inner frame 14 generated on the locking device 16 side, the piano wire P is not connected to the inner frame 14. Since it abuts against the rising wall portion 70A of the plate 70 of the locking device 16 disposed on the back surface, further entry is impossible and entry into the interior is reliably prevented. Therefore, fraud can be prevented.
[0035]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, even if an attempt is made to enter the piano wire P into the pachinko machine 10 through the gap U between the glass frame 20 on the front side and the integrated dish 30, a rib is formed on the inner side of the upper edge of the integrated dish 30. 72 is extended, and further, a staircase-like engaging portion 74 is continuously connected from the rear end portion toward the upper front, and the side surface 32B of the glass frame 20 is engaged with the stepped portion 74B. The space that becomes the entry path to the inside of the piano wire P has a maze structure that bends in a staircase shape, and it is impossible to enter the piano wire P while bending it. It is only inserted into 74A, and entry into the interior is reliably prevented. Therefore, fraud can be prevented.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in any case, according to the present invention, even a pachinko machine equipped with an inner frame made of a synthetic resin that easily deforms due to distortion or the like, or a glass frame, an illegal operation member such as a piano wire or a thin plastic plate is Unauthorized acts that enter the aircraft can be reliably prevented.
