【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、前面枠体の前面にガラス板保持枠と上球受皿を有する前面板及び下球受皿を有する前面下部板を開閉自在に備えてなるパチンコ遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のパチンコ遊技機は、周知のように外枠の一側にヒンジ機構を介して前面枠体が開閉自在に装着され、該前面枠体の前面一側にガラス板保持枠と上球受皿を備えた前面板が開閉自在に軸支されていた。また、前面枠体の前面下部には下球受皿を備えた前面下部板が固定的に設けられていた。一方、最近では遊技盤の前面下方部に設けられる打球発射機構の組付けやメンテナンスを容易にするため、下球受皿を備えた前面下部板を前面枠体の前面に開閉可能に設けるようにしたパチンコ遊技機が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、最近のパチンコ遊技機においては、遊技盤の誘導レールで囲まれる遊技領域に始動入賞口、可変表示装置、大入賞口等を配設し、始動入賞口へ遊技球が入賞すると可変表示装置の数字や図柄を変動させると共に、その停止時の表示が所定の組み合わせに揃うと大当りとなって大入賞口を所定時間又は所定個数の遊技球が入賞するまで開成する動作を所定サイクル行わせるようにして一時に多数の賞球が獲得できるように構成されている。このため、大当り発生時において、下球受皿には上球受皿からの余剰球が多量に貯留されて前面下部板にかなりの荷重が掛けられることになり、長期間にわたって使用されると前面下部板の軸支部分が歪んで開閉動作がスムーズにできなくなったり、前面枠体と前面下部板との間に隙間が生じたりして不正が行われ易いという問題点があった。

本発明は上記した問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、前面下部板の強度的弱点を解消すると共に、前面板に比べて開放頻度の少ない前面下部板を必要に応じて容易に開放することができるようなパチンコ遊技機を提供することにある。

上記した目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の発明は、前面枠体の前面にガラス板保持枠と上球受皿を有する前面板及び下球受皿を有する前面下部板を備えてなるパチンコ遊技機において、前記前面下部板を前面枠体に開閉自在に取り付けると共に、前面下部板の開放側に係止機構と固定部材を設け、前記係止機構を前面枠体の係止部に係脱自在に係止すると共に、前面枠体と固定部材とをねじ止めするようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図面を参照して本発明の一実施の形態を説明する。図1はパチンコ遊技機の正面図、図2はパチンコ遊技機の裏面図、図3はガラス板保持枠と上球受皿を有する前面板及び下球受皿を有する前面下部板を開いた状態の斜視図、図4は前面枠体の分解斜視図である。図1において、パチンコ遊技機1は、縦長な方形状に枠組み形成される外枠2と、該外枠2の一側に上下のヒンジ機構3によって開閉自在に装着される前面枠体4とを備え、該前面枠体4の前面一側にガラス板保持枠5と、上球受皿6を有する前面板7及び下球受皿8を有する前面下部板9とがそれぞれ開閉自在に設けられている。

前記前面枠体4は、図3及び図4に示すように鉄板等の金属板によって形成されるもので、上部にほぼ正方形状の開口部10が形成された板状の主枠部11と、遊技盤取付枠12を構成する金属製の左右縦枠12a,12b及び下部枠12cとを備えて構成されている。前記主枠部11の外周縁には、外枠2の前縁に当接する段部13が形成され、さらに段部13から手前方向に向けて直角に折曲する上下及び左右の側辺部14a〜14dが周設されている。また、前記左右縦枠12a,12b及び下部枠12cは、主枠部11の裏面側であり、開口部10の左右両側位置及び下側位置にそれぞれカシメ着されて該主枠部11と一体化されるもので、その遊技盤取付枠12であり、かつ主枠部11の開口部10を覆うように遊技盤15が着脱可能に取り付けられるようになっている。この遊技盤15の前面には円形状の誘導レール16が複数のレール取付ピンで取り付けられており、該誘導レール16で囲まれる領域が遊技領域として構成されている。

前記開口部10の下方に位置する主枠部11には円形状取付孔17及び方形状取付孔18が貫通形成されており、円形状取付孔17に打球発射機構19が取り付けられ、方形状取付孔18には通路部材20が取り外し自在に装着されている。また、主枠部11の前面には図3及び図4に示すように遊技盤15の遊技領域外を覆うようにレール飾り部材21とレール変形防止部材22が設けられており、さらに遊技盤15の前面であり、遊技領域の外側位置には合成樹脂により形成された盤面部品としての証紙貼付部材23が設けられている。24は前面枠体4及びガラス板保持枠5の施錠機構であり、遊技盤取付枠12を構成する右縦枠材12aの側部に組み付けられるようになっている。

一方、図2に示すように前記前面枠体4の裏面には、合成樹脂製の機構板25がヒンジ26a〜26dを介して着脱及び開閉自在に設けられている。この機構板25は、遊技盤15の裏面の上部と側部及び下部に相対するように上下に二分割されたコ字形に形成されており、その裏面上部に球タンク27と、該球タンク27に貯留された球を下流側に整列しながら誘導する球誘導樋28が設けられ、さらに球誘導樋28の下流側であって、機構板25の側部には屈曲誘導樋29を介して賞球払出装置30が着脱可能に設けられている。また、賞球払出装置30の下方には、払い出された賞球を上球受皿6に導く賞球排出通路31、該上球受皿6の余剰球を下球受皿8に排出する余剰球通路32、アウト球通路33、球抜通路34等が設けられている。また、遊技盤15の裏面略中央には入賞球を機構板25の下部に形成された樋状の入賞球集合部35に導くための入賞球集合カバー36が取り付けられており、該入賞球集合カバー36の裏面にはパチンコ遊技機の遊技状態を制御するための遊技制御基板を収納した基板ボックス37及び各種の電気部品から引き出される配線コードが接続される基板38が着脱可能に装着されている。なお、36aは入賞球集合カバー36に形成された箱状膨出部,36bは箱状膨出部36aの上面に開設された開口を覆うカバー部材である。

前記外枠2と前面枠体4のヒンジ機構3は、図5ないし図7に示すように上部ヒンジ機構3aと下部ヒンジ機構3bとから構成されている。上部ヒンジ機構3aは図5に示すように外枠2の外側の上部隅部にビス39で取り付けられる上部固定金具40と前面枠体4の一側上部にカシメ着される上部可動金具41とからなる。上部固定金具40は、外枠2の上面に添わせる水平板部40aと外枠2の外側面に添わせる垂直板部40bとにより逆L字形に形成されており、水平板部40aには外枠2の上面端部から前方に突出し、かつ外側に向かって開口する切欠き溝42と該切欠き溝42と連通状に軸受孔43を穿設した突出片44が一体に設けられている。なお、前記切欠き溝42の両側に位置する突出片44の上面は手前下から後方上へ向かう上向き傾斜面44aとして形成されている。

前記上部可動金具41は、前面枠体4の裏面に添わせる取付片41aと前面枠体4の前方に突出する水平板部41bとを有し、その水平板部41bの先端下面に上ヒンジ軸45が下向きに突設されている。前記上ヒンジ軸45は、上部固定金具40の軸受孔43に嵌合する円形軸部45aと前面枠体4をほぼ直角状に開放した状態で切欠き溝42に挿入できる幅に形成した扁平軸部45bを有し、その円形軸部45aと扁平軸部45bとの境界面が後方上から手前下へ向かう下向き傾斜面45cとして形成されている。なお、前記上ヒンジ軸45であり、その扁平軸部45bには、前面枠体4の上動範囲を規制する突起状の規制突部46が一体に設けられている。

前記下部ヒンジ機構3bは、図6に示すように外枠2の内側の下部隅部にビス47で取り付けられる下部固定金具48と、前面枠体4の一側下部にカシメ着される下部可動金具49とから構成されている。下部固定金具48は、外枠2の下部内側に添わせる垂直な取付片部48aと外枠2の前方に突出する水平板部48bとを有し、その水平板部48bの上面に凸状部50が一体に形成されている。この凸状部50は、下部可動金具49との接触面を少なくして前面枠体4の開閉を円滑に行い得るようにするためのもので略円形状に膨出形成され、その中心に貫通孔51が設けられている。そして、貫通孔51の下方から下ヒンジ軸52が上向きに貫通されてカシメ或いは溶接等により一体に固着されている。また、前記下部可動金具49は、前面枠体4の裏面側に添わせる垂直な取付片部49aと前面枠体4の前方に突出する水平板部49bとを有し、その水平板部49bに前記下ヒンジ軸52に嵌合する軸受孔53が穿設されている。

このように構成されたヒンジ機構3において、外枠2に前面枠体4を軸支するには、先ず下部可動金具49の軸受孔53を下部固定金具48の下ヒンジ軸52に上方から嵌合させ、次に前面枠体4をほぼ直角状に開放した状態に位置させて上ヒンジ軸45の扁平軸部45bを上部固定金具40の切欠き溝42に臨ませて前面枠体4を外枠2に押し付ける。これによって、図7鎖線で示すように上部固定金具40の上向き傾斜面44aと上部可動金具41の上ヒンジ軸45に形成された下向き傾斜面45cとによって前面枠体4が徐々に上方へ押し上げられ、さらに前面枠体4を押し込むことにより図7実線で示すように上ヒンジ軸45の円形軸部45aが上部固定金具40の軸受孔43に嵌合されるもので、このように外枠2に対して前面枠体4がワンタッチで開閉自在に軸支されるようになっている。

一方、前記前面枠体4の前面であり、かつその軸支側の上端には図3及び図4に示すようにガラス板保持枠5の一側上端が軸支される下向きのヒンジ軸54を突設した支持体55が固着されている。また、前面枠体4の軸支側であり、その中程よりやや下方位置に前面板7と前面下部板9とを軸支するためのヒンジ金具56がカシメ着されている。このヒンジ金具56は、上端にガラス板保持枠5と前面板7との間に介在してガラス板保持枠5の軸支側下面を受ける水平な上部支持片56aが形成され、上下略中間位置に前面板7と前面下部板9との間に介在して前面板7の軸支側下面を受ける水平な下部支持片56bが形成され、さらにその下端には前面下部板9の軸支側下面を受ける水平受止片56cがそれぞれ形成されており、これら上下部支持片56a,56b及び水平受止片56cにそれぞれ設けられた軸通孔57a,57b,57cにヒンジ軸杆58を貫通させている。このヒンジ軸杆58は、ハンマーなどで強く打ち込むことにより外周面に形成されたロレット加工59部分を上部支持片56aの軸通孔57aに圧接させて抜脱しないように固着されており、その上端が上部支持片56aから上方へ僅かに突出するようにその長さが選ばれている。

前記ガラス板保持枠5は図1及び図3に示すように中央部に遊技盤15の遊技領域が視認可能な方形状の開口が形成される合成樹脂製の本体枠5aと、該本体枠5aの裏面側に装着される補強金属板5bとによって前面枠体4の上半部分を全幅にわたって覆う大きさに形成されている。前記補強金属板5bには、本体枠5aの開口の上辺部を除く左右側辺部及び下側辺部を囲うようにコ字形に形成された溝枠部材5cが一体的に設けられており、該溝枠部材5cに遊技盤15を透視し得る内、外2枚のガラス板60が上方より挿入嵌合されて保持されるようになっている。また、前記ガラス板保持枠5の軸支側には、その上端にヒンジ部材61が設けられており、下端に前記ヒンジ軸杆58に嵌合する軸孔62が穿設されている。前記ヒンジ部材61は図8及び図9に示すように本体枠5aと補強金属板5bとの間の中空部に設けられ、補強金属板5bにビス止めされる支持部63と、該支持部63に横方向へスライド自在に装着され、その先端に傾斜面64が設けられた滑動子65と、該滑動子65を付勢するばね66とからなり、前記支持部63にヒンジ軸杆58が保持されるU字形溝67が設けられている。なお、前記溝枠部材5cの左右両外側方であって、補強金属板5bの裏面側に不正防止用リブ68a,68bが形成されている。

上記のように構成されたガラス板保持枠5を前面枠体4に取り付けるには、先ずガラス板保持枠5の下端軸孔62をヒンジ金具56の上部の支持片56aから上方に突出されているヒンジ軸杆58に上方から嵌合させて連結し、次にガラス板保持枠5のヒンジ部材61を前面枠体4の支持体55に突設されたヒンジ軸54に接近させ、ヒンジ部材61の滑動子65の傾斜面64にヒンジ軸54を接触させた状態でガラス板保持枠5を前面枠体4に押し付ける。これによって、滑動子65の傾斜面64に接触するヒンジ軸54によって該滑動子65がばね66の付勢に抗して後退し、さらにガラス板保持枠5を押し付けることによりヒンジ軸54が傾斜面64の先端から外れて図9に示すように支持部63のU字形溝67に嵌り込み、同時に滑動子65がばね66の付勢で元の位置に復帰してヒンジ軸54を外れないように保持するもので、ガラス板保持枠5は、ヒンジ軸杆58の突出部とヒンジ軸54に支持されて前面枠体4に開閉自在に装着される。そして、ガラス板保持枠5が閉じられた状態のとき、施錠機構24の係止部69,69とガラス板保持枠5のL形係止金具70,70とが係合して該ガラス板保持枠5が施錠されるようになっている。なお、ガラス板保持枠5を前面枠体4から取り外すときは滑動子65をばね66の付勢に抗して指で後退させながらU字形溝67からヒンジ軸54を抜き出して外せばよい。

一方、前記前面板7は図10に示すように金属製板体7aを有し、その前面に上球受皿6が固着されている。また、金属製板体7aの前面であって、その軸支側の上端と下端に前記ガラス板保持枠5のヒンジ部材61と同じ構造のヒンジ部材61a、61aが固着されており、さらに、金属製板体7aの左右側縁には裏面側に突出する不正防止用リブ71a,71bが折曲により一体に形成されている。そして、前面板7を前面枠体4に取り付けるには、上下のヒンジ部材61a、61aのU字形溝67をヒンジ金具56の両支持片56a,56b間に位置するヒンジ軸杆58に嵌め込むことにより前面枠体4に開閉自在に装着される。

また、前記前面板7の開放側には、係止金具72が上下動可能に設けられている。この係止金具72は、前面枠体4の前面側に設けられた係止部73と係脱可能な鉤部74を有し、図11実線で示すように係止金具72が上動位置にあるときその鉤部74が前面枠体4の係止部73に係止されて前面板7が前面枠体4の前面に閉止され、図11鎖線のように係止金具72が下動位置にあるときその鉤部74と係止部73との係止が解かれて前面板7を開放することができるようになっている。さらに、前記係止金具72には、前面板7に開設された球出口76を開閉する球止め板77が一体に固着されている。この球止め板77は、ステンレス等の薄い板状の弾性体により形成されており、係止金具72が上動されて前面板7が閉止されているときには図12実線で示すようにその先端球止め部78が球出口76の上方に位置して該球出口76を開放し、係止金具72が下動されて前面板7が開放されると図12鎖線のように係止金具72と一体に下方へ移動して球止め部78により球出口76を閉鎖するようになっている。このように、前面板7を係止又は開放する係止金具72と一体に球止め板77を設け、係止金具72を下動して前面板7を開放したとき球止め板77により上球受皿6の球出口76を閉鎖する構成とすることにより、前面板7を開放する際に上球受皿6に球が貯留されていても球出口76から球が零れ落ちるようなことがなくなり、前面板7を開放する度に上球受皿6の球を抜き取るという面倒な手間を省くことができるという利点がある。

前記前面下部板9は図13ないし図15に示すように前面板7と同じように金属製板体9aを有し、その前面に下球受皿8が固着されている。そして、下球受皿8と金属製板体9aとの間であって、その軸支側の上端と下端に前記ガラス板保持枠5のヒンジ部材61と同じ構造のヒンジ部材61b,61bが固着されており、さらに、金属製板体9aの左右側縁に裏面側に突出する不正防止用リブ79a,79bが折曲により一体に形成されている。そして、前面下部板9を前面枠体4に取り付けるには、前面板7と同じように上下のヒンジ部材61b,61bのU字形溝67をヒンジ金具56の下部の支持片56bと水平受止片56c間に位置するヒンジ軸杆58に嵌め込むことにより前面枠体4に開閉自在に装着されるようになっている。なお、金属製板体9aには、ほぼ中央部に上球受皿6の余剰球を下球受皿8に導く下皿口80と配線通し孔81が設けられており、さらにスピーカー82が取り付けられている。

しかして、前記前面下部板9の開放側であって、金属製板体9aの背面下部位置に固定部材91を設けている。この固定部材91は図16に示すように合成樹脂により方形立体形に形成されたもので、筒状凹部92と取付ボス93が一体に形成されており、図15に示すように金属製板体9aに穿設された貫通孔94から後方へ突出する下球受皿8と一体の突起95に筒状凹部92を嵌合し、さらに固定部材91に穿設されたねじ挿通孔96から突起95のねじ孔97にねじ98を嵌めて締着することにより前面下部板9に確固と固定される。なお、前記取付ボス93は、前面下部板9を閉じた状態でその先端が前面枠体4の前面に当接するようになっており、その中心に取付孔99が設けられている。また、前面枠体4の主枠部11には、取付ボス93の取付孔99に対応する位置に取付用の小透孔100が穿設されている。

上記した構成からなる前面下部板9は、図15に示すように前面下部板9を閉じて下係止金具83を前面枠体4の係止部84に係止した後、前面枠体4の小透孔100から固定部材91の取付孔99にねじ101を嵌めて締着する。これによって、前面下部板9が前面枠体4に強固に固着されることになって前面下部板9の強度低下が抑えられることになり、下球受皿8に上球受皿6からの余剰球が多量に貯留されて前面下部板9にかなりの荷重が掛けられても該前面下部板9の軸支部分が撓んだり歪んだりするようなことがなくなる。このため、長期間にわたって使用されても前面下部板9の開閉動作をスムーズに行うことができると共に、前面枠体4と前面下部板9との間に隙間が生じるようなこともなくなり不正が行われ易いという問題点を解消することができる。そして、前面枠体4の前面下部に取り付けられる打球発射機構19や通路部材20或いは前面下部板9の裏面に設けられるスピーカー82等の修理や交換のため前面下部板9を開放する必要が生じたときには固定部材91と前面枠体4とのねじ止めを外した後、下係止金具83の鉤部85と係止部84との係止を解除することによって容易に開放することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したところから明らかなように、請求項1記載の発明によれば、前面枠体の前面にガラス板保持枠と上球受皿を有する前面板及び下球受皿を有する前面下部板を備えてなるパチンコ遊技機において、前記前面下部板を前面枠体に開閉自在に取り付けると共に、前面下部板の開放側に係止機構と固定部材を設け、前記係止機構を前面枠体の係止部に係脱自在に係止すると共に、前面枠体と固定部材とをねじ止めするようにしたものであるから、前面下部板が前面枠体に強固に固着されることになって前面下部板の強度低下を抑えることができると共に、固定部材と前面枠体とのねじ止めを外した後、係止機構と係止部との係止を外すことによって前面下部板を容易に開放することができるため、遊技盤の前面下方部に設けられる打球発射機構や通路部材の組付け或いは前面下部板の裏面に設けられるスピーカー等の修理や交換が容易にできる。
