本発明は、パチンコ遊技機に関し、特に外枠に対して前面枠体を容易に軸支し得るようにしたパチンコ遊技機における前面枠体の軸支構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ遊技機においては、各種遊技機器の点検や修理のため外枠に対して前面枠体が開閉可能に軸支されている。また必要に応じて外枠から前面枠を取り外せるように係脱自在に軸支されている。

ところで、従来の前面枠体の軸支構造は、外枠の下部固定金具に下ヒンジ軸を上向きに突設すると共に、上部固定金具に軸孔を設け、一方、前面枠体の下部可動金具に軸孔を設けると共に、上部可動金具に上ヒンジ軸を下向きに突設し、前面枠体を上方へ持ち上げながら上下のヒンジ軸をそれぞれの軸孔に同時的に嵌め合わせることにより、前面枠体を開閉可能に軸支するように構成されている。しかし、このような軸支構造では、前面枠体の重量を支えながら上下のヒンジ軸と軸孔とを一致させなければならず、その作業を一人で行うには非常に困難であるばかりか危険を伴うものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した前面枠体の軸支構造は、前面枠体の重量を支えた状態で上下のヒンジ軸を軸孔に同時的に嵌め合わせる必要のある一般的な軸支構造と比較した場合、前面枠体の重量を支えた状態での組付け作業が回避できて体力面或いは安全面で有利性があるものの、軸受部材やロック部材を必要として構成部品が多くなり製作コストが高くつくという問題点があった。

本発明は上記のような問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、一般的な軸支構造の有する問題点を解決すると共に、外枠に対する前面枠体の取り付け取り外しが容易かつ安全にでき、しかも構造が簡単で製作コストを安くできるようなパチンコ遊技機における前面枠体の軸支構造を提供しようとするものである。

上記した目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の発明は、外枠の一側縁上部に設けられた上部固定金具に、外側に向かって開口する切欠き溝と該切欠き溝に連通する軸受孔を設けると共に、前面枠体の一側縁上部に設けられた上部可動金具に上ヒンジ軸を下向きに突設し、前記上ヒンジ軸には、上部固定金具の軸受孔に嵌合する円形軸部と切欠き溝に挿入できる幅に形成した扁平軸部を設けると共に、前記上部固定金具であり、その切欠き溝の両側に位置する上面を手前下から後方上へ向かう上向き傾斜面として形成したことを特徴としている。
