Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge for a game machine easily assembling by fitting a movable part and a fixed part of an upper part hinge of a game machine and preventing the detachment of the movable part by a fraudulent operation. <P>SOLUTION: A pin 4 is downward projected to a horizontal protrusion 3 of the fixed part 1 and a bearing part 13 having a half hole in which the pin 4 is inserted is provided on a horizontal fitting part 11 of the movable part 10. An external wall part 14 is formed on the horizontal fitting part 11 surrounding the bearing part 13 and an opening 15 is formed in the external wall part 14. A guide passage 16 is communicatingly formed between the opening 15 and the bearing part 13 and a guide member 20 guiding the pin entering from the opening part to the guide passage to the bearing part is movably attached on the horizontal fitting part 11 of the movable part. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機、スロットマシン等のゲーム機の前扉を本体枠に対し開閉自在に取り付けるゲーム機用蝶番に関する。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機の前扉を本体枠に対し開閉自在に取り付ける蝶番として、従来、上部に取り付けられる上部蝶番と下部に取り付けられる下部蝶番からなる蝶番がある。この蝶番は、上部蝶番、下部蝶番共に固定部と可動部とに分かれて形成された分離型の蝶番であり、ピンと軸受部の嵌合により可動部側が固定部側に対し回動可能に支持される。つまり、上部蝶番の固定部は本体枠の上角部に固定され、上部蝶番の可動部は前扉の上角部に固定され、下部蝶番の固定部は本体枠の下角部に固定され、下部蝶番の可動部は前扉の下角部に固定される。そして、前扉を本体枠に対し取り付ける場合、前扉を持ってその下部蝶番の可動部を本体枠側の固定部にピンと軸受の嵌合により嵌め込み、同時に、その上部蝶番の可動部を本体枠側の固定部にピンと軸受の嵌合により嵌め込む。

従って、上記のように、前扉を本体枠に対し装着する際には、上角部と下角部に設けた両蝶番のピンと軸受を上下同時に嵌め合わせて行なう必要があり、加えて、パチンコ機の前扉には、パチンコ球の打ち出し装置や玉出し装置等の制御駆動装置が数多く取り付けられているから、前扉の重量は非常に重い。また、これらの前扉は、パチンコホールにおいて、作業者の手作業により本体枠側に装着されるため、このような前扉の取り付け作業は、かなり難しく、労力を必要とし、ピンと軸受の嵌合が良好にできない場合には、蝶番や他の部材を傷つけてしまう問題があった。

そこで、従来、下記特許文献１などにおいて、組付け作業を容易に行なうことができる分離型の蝶番が提案されている。

しかし、この従来の蝶番は、固定部の前部に突出した水平突出部上に、軸受孔を有する金属板を固定し、可動部上に上方に突設したピンを、その金属板を上方に弾性変形させながら、金属板の軸受孔に嵌入させる構造であるため、ゲーム機の使用中に、ドライバの先端などで金属板を押上げた場合、簡単に可動部のピンが固定部の軸受孔から外れ、前扉が不正に開放されてしまう虞があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記の点に鑑みてなされたもので、ゲーム機の上部蝶番の可動部と固定部を容易に嵌合して組み付けることができ、且つ不正操作による脱着を防止することができるゲーム機用蝶番を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明のゲーム機用蝶番は、ゲーム機の本体枠の上角部に固定される固定部と、固定部にピンと軸受部との嵌合により回動可能に支持されゲーム機の前扉の上角部に取り付けられる可動部と、を備えたゲーム機用蝶番において、固定部の水平突出部にピンが下向きに突設され、可動部の水平取付部上にピンが嵌挿される半孔を有した軸受部が設けられ、軸受部を囲うように水平取付部上に外壁部が形成され、外壁部に開口部が形成され、開口部と軸受部との間に案内路が連通して形成され、開口部から案内路へと進入するピンを軸受部へ導入させるガイド部材が、可動部の水平取付部上に移動可能に取り付けられ、ピンを軸受部に保持させる位置にガイド部材を付勢するためのばね部材が設けられ、固定部と可動部を組付けて閉鎖したとき、可動部の少なくとも軸受部とガイド部材の上部が、固定部の水平突出部により覆われることを特徴とする。

【作用】
このような構成のゲーム機用蝶番は、ゲーム機の本体枠の上角部に蝶番の固定部が取り付けられ、前扉の上角部に蝶番の可動部が取り付けられる。また、本体枠の下角部と前扉の下角部には、ピンとそのピンを軸支する軸受部を有する下部蝶番の固定部と可動部が取り付けられる。

前扉を本体枠に対し装着する場合、先ず、前扉を持って下部蝶番の可動部を本体枠側の固定部に、ピンと軸受部との嵌合により嵌め込む。ピンと軸受部は可動部または固定部の何れかとなる場合がある。

次に、その下部蝶番を支点にして前扉を少し傾けながら、上部蝶番の可動部の水平取付部に設けた開口部に、固定部側のピンを導入させるように、前扉の可動部を固定部側に傾動させるように動かす。このとき、固定部の水平突出部のピンは、可動部の水平取付部の開口部から軸受部の案内路に進入し、ガイド部材の案内壁に当り、ガイド部材を反開口部側にばね部材のばね力に抗して押して移動させる。そして、さらに可動部を固定部側に移動させると、ガイド部材がピンに押されて移動し、案内壁が軸受部の半孔に達したとき、ピンは軸受部の半孔内に進入する。このとき、ガイド部材がばね部材のばね力によって元の位置に復帰移動し、ガイド部材の側部の閉鎖部が軸受部の半孔を閉鎖し、軸受部内にピンを保持した状態となり、蝶番の組み付けが完了する。

このように、先ず、下部蝶番を嵌め、次に下部蝶番を支点にして前扉を少し水平方向に傾けながら、可動部のピンを固定部の軸受部に、ガイド部材を介して案内路上を滑り込ませるように嵌合させるため、従来のように、上部蝶番と下部蝶番のピンと軸受部の嵌合を、前扉を持ちながら同時に行なう必要がなく、重量のある前扉を非常に簡単に、本体枠に対し蝶番を介して取り付けることができる。

また、蝶番の組付け時、可動部を装着した前扉は、固定部側に少し傾け、ピンを開口部から案内路に導入するだけの簡単な操作で、ピンを軸受部に嵌挿させ、蝶番の組付けを容易に完了することができる。また、蝶番の組付けを完了し前扉を閉鎖したときには、固定部の水平突出部によって軸受部、ガイド部材の上部が覆われ、その正面側及び両側が可動部の外壁部で囲われる状態となるため、不正工具を差し込んで可動部を不正に外すなどの不正行為を防止することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図１はパチンコ機などに使用されるゲーム機用蝶番の上部蝶番の固定部１の分解斜視図を示し、図２はその可動部１０の斜視図を示している。この上部蝶番の固定部１は、本体枠側に固定される部分で、鋼板を正面視でＬ字形に曲折して形成した取付板部２の水平部の前部に、水平突出部３を突設し、その水平突出部３の先端寄り下側に、ピン４を下向きに突設して構成される。ピン４は、例えば、水平突出部３に穿設した孔に頭付きピンを嵌入し、その周縁部をかしめて垂直に固定される。Ｌ字形の取付板部２の水平垂直両面には取付孔が穿設される。また、水平突出部３の下側にはストッパ５が板を切り起こして形成され、このストッパ５は、後述の可動部１０が閉じられた位置で、ガイド部材２０がピン４を外す側に動くことを阻止する。

一方、可動部１０は、前扉側に取り付けられる部分で、図２、図３に示すように、本体部として鋼板をＬ形に曲折して水平取付部１１と垂直取付部１２形成し、その水平取付部１１上に上記固定部１のピン４が嵌挿される軸受部１３が設けられる。軸受部１３は、水平取付部１１の鋼板の一部を上側に切り起こし、そこに半円形状の半孔１３ａを設けて形成されている。

さらに、その水平取付部１１の前部には、軸受部１３を囲うように水平取付部１１上に外壁部１４が形成され、外壁部１４の側方の端部には、ピン４を導入するための開口部１５が形成される。この開口部１５は、可動部１０が前扉の上部に固定されたとき、前扉を本体枠の前方に約９０度開いた状態で、固定部１のピン４の正面に位置するように、正面位置に形成される。つまり、前扉を本体枠に対し閉鎖したときには、可動部１０の外壁部１４が正面側に位置し、その開口部１５が正面に向かって左側の側面に位置するように形成される。

さらに、固定部１と可動部１０の組付け時に、その開口部１５から導入したピン４を、開口部１５から軸受部１３へと導くためのガイド部材２０が、水平取付部１１上に移動可能に取り付けられる。このガイド部材２０は、図３に示すように略板状に形成され、ポリアミド樹脂などの合成樹脂により一体成形され、ガイドピン２２によりその水平取付部１１上での移動がガイドされ、ピン４を軸受部１３に嵌め込む際、図６のように、ピン４の押圧によって反開口部側に移動し、ばね部材２３のばね力によって開口部側に移動するように構成される。

また、このガイド部材２０にはガイド孔２１が移動方向に沿って形成され、水平取付部１１の板上に立設したガイドピン２２がガイド孔２１に嵌挿されて、ガイド部材２０が移動可能にガイドされる。さらに、このガイド部材２０の縁部には、軸受部１３の半孔１３ａに接してこの半孔１３ａに嵌入したピン４を保持するように、半孔１３ａの開口部分を閉鎖する閉鎖部２４がその側部に形成される。

さらに、開口部１５の近傍のガイド部材２０の縁部には、凹部が形成され、導入するピン４を案内するための案内壁２５がその凹部の壁部に形成される。ピン４の案内路１６がこの案内壁２５と凹部によって形成される。案内路１６は、ガイド部材２０が図６示すような所定位置まで摺動したとき、軸受部１３の半孔１３ａに連通する。また、水平取付部１１上にガイド突部１７が形成され、ガイド部材２０は、ガイド突部１７と軸受部１３の間に移動可能に挿入され、ガイド孔２１の長手方向に移動する。さらに、ガイド部材２１を、ピン４を軸受部１３に保持させる位置つまり開口部１５側に付勢するためのばね部材（コイルばね）２３が設けられる。ばね部材２３はガイド部材２１の端部に形成された穴に挿入されて装着される。開口部１５に隣接してストッパ１８が設けられ、ガイド部材２１は通常時、ばね部材２３の付勢によりストッパ１８に当接する位置まで移動し停止している。

上記構成の上部蝶番の固定部１は、図４及び図８，９に示すように、そのＬ字状に形成された取付板部２をゲーム機の本体枠３０の左上角部上に嵌め、その取付孔と取付ねじを使用して、ゲーム機の本体枠３０の正面から向かって左角部上に、その水平突出部３を前方に出した状態で固定される。その水平突出部３の下面には、ピン４が下方に向けて垂直に固定されている。

一方、上部蝶番の可動部１０は、ゲーム機の前扉３１の正面に向かって左上角部に、その垂直取付部１２を前扉３１の背面側に固定して取り付けられる。前扉３１に固定された可動部１０は、図４のように、前扉３１を本体枠３０の対し略直角に位置させたとき、その前端にピン４を導入するための開口部１５が位置するように装着される。

一方、図示は省略されているが、ゲーム機の本体枠３０の下角部に、下部蝶番の固定部が取付られ、固定部はその水平取付板の突出端部にピンが上方に向けて垂直に固定され、更に、ゲーム機の前扉の下角部に、下部蝶番の可動部が取付られる。この可動部の水平取付板の突出端部に、軸受部となる軸受孔がピンを挿通可能に形成される。なお、下部蝶番においては、そのピンを可動部に設け、ピンが嵌る軸受部をその固定部に設けることもできる。

前扉３１を本体枠３０に対し開閉可能に装着する場合、先ず、前扉３１を持って下部蝶番の可動部の軸受孔を、本体枠３０側の固定部のピンに嵌め込む。軸受孔は鋼板に穿設した孔であり、ピンと孔の嵌め合いには多少の間隙があるため、前扉３１は多少傾動可能である。

次に、その下部蝶番を支点にして前扉３１を少し手前に傾けながら、上部蝶番の可動部１０の水平取付部１１に設けた開口部１５に、固定部１側のピン４を導入させるように、図４に示す如く、前扉３１つまり可動部１０を固定部１側に傾動させるように動かす。

このとき、図５に示すように、固定部１の水平突出部３のピン４は、可動部１０の水平取付部１１の開口部１５から軸受部１３の案内路１６に進入し、ガイド部材２０の凹部の案内壁２５に当り、ガイド部材２０を図５の下方に押して移動させる。そして、その状態で、可動部１０を固定部１側に移動させると、図６に示すように、ガイド部材２０がピン４に押されてばね部材２３を圧縮する側に移動し、凹状の案内壁２５が軸受部１３の半孔１３ａに達したとき、前扉３１つまり可動部１０を少し右側に動かす。

このとき、ピン４は軸受部１３の半孔１３ａに直ぐに進入し、これによって、ガイド部材２０を下方に付勢するピン４による力が外れ、ガイド部材２０がばね部材２３のばね力によって元の位置に復帰移動し、ストッパ１８に当って停止する。この状態で、ガイド部材２０の側部の閉鎖部２４が軸受部１３の半孔１３ａを閉鎖し、軸受部１３内にピン４を保持した状態となるから、固定部１のピン４は可動部１０の軸受部１３内に嵌入保持され、蝶番は固定部１と可動部１０を連結して組付け状態となる。

この状態は、図８に示すように、本体枠３０に対し前扉３１を約９０度開いた状態であり、前扉３１を本体枠３０に対し閉じると、図９のような状態となる。したがって、図９のように前扉３１を閉じた状態では、可動部１０の軸受部１３が位置する部分は、固定部１の水平突出部３によってその上部を覆われ、可動部１０の正面側は、左右両側を含めて外壁部１４により包囲される。よって、不正行為によりドライバなどを差し込んで、無理にピン４やガイド部材２０の閉鎖部２４を動かそうとしても、そのような不正工具を差し込むことはできず、可動部１０を固定部１から外すことは不可能となる。また、仮に開口部１５から不正工具を差し込んでガイド部材２０をピン４の外れ方向に動かそうとしても、ガイド部材２０はストッパ５に当って動かず、不正行為を防止することができる。

このように、先ず、下部蝶番を嵌め、次に下部蝶番を支点にして前扉３１を少し水平方向に傾けながら、上部蝶番の可動部１０の水平取付部１１上の開口部１５を、固定部１側のピン４に近づけ、ピン４を開口部１５から案内路１６内へと滑り込ませ、軸受部１３に嵌合させるため、従来のように、上部蝶番と下部蝶番のピンと軸受部の嵌合を、前扉を持ちながら同時に行なう必要がなく、重量のある前扉３１を非常に簡単に、本体枠３０に対し蝶番を介して取り付けることができる。

また、前扉３１に装着された可動部１０は、本体枠３０の正面に対し約９０度の角度で位置させたとき、可動部１０に設けたピン４の導入用の開口部１５が固定部１側のピンに向かうように形成されているから、そのまま前扉３１つまり可動部１０を固定部１側に傾動させれば、ピン４が開口部１５から案内路１６に導入され、ガイド部材２０が前後方向つまり可動部を傾動させた方向に円滑に摺動し、直ちにピン４を軸受部１３に嵌挿させ、蝶番の組付けを容易に完了することができる。

さらに、蝶番の組付けを完了し前扉３１を閉鎖したときには、固定部１の水平突出部３により軸受部１３、ガイド部材２０の上部が覆われ、その正面側及び両側が、可動部１０の外壁部１４で囲われる状態となるため、不正工具を差し込んで可動部１０を不正に外すなどの不正行為を防止することができる。

一方、ゲーム機の修理や保守点検などの際、前扉３１を本体枠３０から外す際、蝶番の可動部１０を固定部１より外す場合、図８のように、前扉３１を本体枠３０の前方に約９０度開いた状態とし、この状態で、僅かに水平突出部３から手前に突出したガイド部材２０の凹部２６を持ってガイド部材２０を手前に引くと、ガイド部材２０が図６のように移動して、軸受部１３の半孔１３ａが開放状態となり、そのまま前扉３１を手前に引けば、ピン４が案内路１６から開口部１５を通って可動部１０から外れ、前扉３１つまり蝶番の可動部１０を外すことができる。前扉３１を所定角度以上開かない閉鎖状態では、上記のように、水平突出部３が可動部１０の上面を覆い、ガイド部材２０を動かすことができず、前扉３１を外すことはできない。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明のゲーム機用蝶番によれば、蝶番の可動部と固定部の組付け時、可動部を装着した前扉を固定部側に少し傾け、ピンを開口部から案内路に導入するだけの簡単な操作で、ピンを軸受部に嵌挿させ、蝶番の組付けを容易に完了することができる。また、蝶番の組付けを完了し前扉を閉鎖した状態で、固定部の水平突出部によって軸受部、ガイド部材の上部が覆われ、その正面側及び両側が可動部の外壁部で囲われる状態となるため、不正工具を差し込んで可動部を不正に外すなどの不正行為を防止することができる。
