BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a transmission mounted on a vehicle, and more particularly to a shift operation device for a transmission that does not include a synchronization mechanism in each transmission clutch portion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A transmission mounted on a vehicle generally includes a synchronization mechanism in each shift clutch unit. Providing a synchronization mechanism for each shift clutch unit increases the axial length and weight of the transmission. In order to solve such a problem, a transmission in which the synchronization mechanism of each shift clutch portion is removed and the synchronization mechanism is provided on the countershaft has been put into practical use. In such a transmission provided with a synchronization mechanism on the countershaft, when the synchronous rotational speed difference becomes a predetermined value or less with the friction clutch disposed between the transmission and the engine disengaged, the neutral position is Start shift operation.
[0003]
By disengaging the friction clutch during the shift operation described above, power transmission from the engine side to the transmission side is interrupted, but when a wet multi-plate clutch is used as the friction clutch, drag torque is generated even in the disengaged state, This drag torque causes a smooth shift operation. That is, if the drag torque generated in the friction clutch is large, it becomes difficult to further advance in the gear-in direction from the state where the spline of the clutch sleeve is engaged with the dog tooth chamfer of the transmission gear.
[0004]
On the other hand, as a shift actuator for operating a shift lever for operating the clutch sleeve, a fluid pressure cylinder using a fluid pressure such as air pressure or oil pressure as an operation source is generally used. In recent years, an electric motor type actuator has been proposed as a shift actuator for a transmission mounted on a vehicle that does not include a compressed air source or a hydraulic pressure source.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, during the shift operation, the shift actuator is operated until the clutch sleeve reaches the gear-in position where it engages with the dog teeth. However, if the drag torque generated in the friction clutch is large as described above, the spline of the clutch sleeve is reduced. Since it is difficult to proceed further in the gear-in direction from the state in which the dog gear chamfer of the transmission gear is engaged, there is a problem that the shift operation is not completed.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned facts, and its main technical problem is that even if a drag torque is generated in a friction clutch that interrupts / contacts transmission of driving force from the engine to the transmission, the shift operation is smoothly performed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shift operation device for a transmission that does not include a synchronization mechanism in each shift clutch portion that can be performed.
[0007]

The control means calculates a synchronous rotational speed difference based on the input shaft rotational speed and the output shaft rotational speed during gear-in operation, and supplies power to the pair of coils when the synchronous rotational speed difference reaches a predetermined value or less. In addition, the power supplied to the pair of coils is controlled in a pulsed manner until the shift stroke position reaches at least the front end and the rear end of the dog teeth chamfer.

【The invention's effect】
Since the shift operation device for a transmission according to the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0075]
That is, according to the present invention, when power is supplied to the shift actuator to execute the gear-in operation, the power supplied to the shift actuator is at least until the shift stroke position reaches the rear end of the dog tooth chamfer. Since the control is performed in the form of pulses, the shift operation can be smoothly performed even if drag torque is generated in the friction clutch that interrupts or contacts the transmission of the driving force from the engine to the transmission.
